I don't know if two will be enough. Oh, they just fall off the bone. There is no fight. Absolutely delicious. Yes, it's unreal. You can't even believe it. It is so tender that it melts in your mouth. It's so juicy. It's one of the juiciest things you can get. you possibly bite into it and it literally falls apart, but then you have that crispy crust with all those spices in there, you can taste the pepper, you can taste how it's smoky and cakey in there, this doesn't need sauce because it's just completely embedded in the smoke, you actually have to be careful, yes, yes, you have to hold it real good so it sits on the bone, it will slide under, it will just fall, it will slide up, take one more bite.

Any way you can imagine it is absurd, melting in your mouth is an understatement.
I'm going to follow that with a jalapeño, yes, you need to take bites of vegetables like that to offset the richness of that meal, it just tastes good, it complements everything that I am. I'm going to try some sauce, then the hot sauce, the house sauce and the sweet one, you can give me mustard. Wow, my fingers are so slippery it's hard to remove the lid. You know it for sure. I'm going to get some of that spicy barbecue sauce, but. I mean, for me it's still good, you don't really need anything, but since it's here I have to try it, okay, I have to go with one more piece of brisket, oh, just squeeze your fingers and break off a piece, it's amazing . the barbecue sauce too, which gives it that spicy, sweet flavor, and then as you're still chewing, you get your first taste of the barbecue sauce and then that smoky meat really comes through.
I'm in a whole new meat world right now, okay? above, this is the pulled pork I think, look at that pink color, look at that smoked Pincus underneath, like everything so far, it's magnificent, it's phenomenal, melts in your mouth, tender, you can taste the pure smoke in that meat. like in the ultimate happiness right now I'm going to take a little break from the meat and try some of those beans even the beans look fantastic well they have amazing smokiness boo yeah another side we have is the cheese and the jalapeño grits, um, you. I can really taste the jalapeño that comes in there and you also get a cheese flavor.
There's still a lot of meat on this tray, but it's slowly going down and I'm loving each bite more and more. I'm going to move on to some. Of the other meats we have, there are still three more myths that we have to try in this dish. I already tried this awesome sausage and we watched them cooking it. You had to try it in line, but we have to take another one. One bite of that sausage, it's incredibly good for maybe two or three slices in one bite again. If you look into the depths of this sausage, look very closely at that composition, you can see the little bits.
I think there's some jalapeno in there. I can see the pieces of Scott black pepper. I mentioned to myself that there is some bacon in here and also a mix of beef and pork, all house-smoked, it has a little bounce, the perfect texture, the pepper goes very well, it's salty. I mean, it's amazing that beef ribs on those burrs could dwarf them for me, it's still incredibly good, you know something I've been thinking about?
Because the meat is incredibly tender, you can eat it very quickly and, as if you have no self-control, you barely chew it. I mean, a baby could eat this meat, you can chew your gums, it's very tender, but I don't realize how full you are getting and how delicious the meat is, but until you stop and rest, you take a little respite, a meat-breathing audience, and then you realize how much meat you've already eaten. consumed but you've only had about ten bites you've only chewed ten times okay and that completes the six different types of smoked meat oh I'm in eternal bliss right now this is like a handful of meat and it fell off the rib , it is so soft that it is one of the best bites of meat you will ever taste.
The last thing you have to eat at Little Miss Barbecue is their famous pecan pie, which is also smoked, I think. that's a bit of personal beauty okay, I'm going to try to dig deeper into this cake to get some of the layers of everything and really get to the depths of this pecan cake. Uh oh, look at that, you have to see it. in a close up of that, you can see that stickiness, you can see that crunchy, crunchy layer on top and those nuts and the crust. Wow, that's impressive. Hmm, I'm not very fond of sweets.
I usually prefer to fill up well on all meat, but I only made a couple of bites of this pecan pie, oh that's amazing, the nutty flavor, the sticky sweetness, it's like it's nectar, whatway to end an amazing meal, i think i might be on a water diet for the rest of the day this is one of those meals where i might have to buckle down to the next notch and you might have to do the same after finish eating here oh, that feels so much better. I should have done that while I was eating there their friendliness their passion for smoking meat their service I mean every time you are sitting eating there they will walk around various members of staff and the owners will walk around and ask you how what you are doing they will ask you how You know what you're doing, you know what you're doing, but they are like that and you know that's how it is.
When you do something you love, you automatically have a passion for it and you have such a genuine kindness that that can only happen because you love what you do so much and you love the people. people you interact with.
