Blue Coast a couple of years ago and we're really excited to see this, so we decided, you know, Everett, you made blue Mars coats, you know you don't belong in this reaction video, this is not for you, yeah, you know, come out so we're gonna react ourselves um we're super excited sorry my cat's upset um but yeah let's buckle up and watch this um Autumn Leaves from the beginning oh that's cool , that's the backfield, they're playing in that backfield, there's that accessory. from 2016 right at the 50 yard line Malik and I slid through those things that were dangerous oh I didn't even realize I think they're doing poses from different years oh that's cool oh yeah I saw the one from 2015 yeah , I eat something on one leg, this sucks from that iconic show what year was that 2011 2011 right there, look, that was when I was in high school like that show I used to watch all the time it's like one of the reasons I got into Drum Corps was that video yeah it's like the first clip I had seen of Drum Corps was this opening here wow wow is it coming out now Jesus oh my god that's a huge spread look how many flags I mean, it's like the greatest alumni core of all time, okay, here we go, oh my God, but flip the switch, it's the boxer, so come on, come on, oh my God, that's it so strong.

I like to put my headphones down, yeah, oh, and then they're singing, this is it. so iconic as a member of the blue coats, you gotta learn this and sing it at shows, uh, it's cool, wow, and yes, those old school blue coat uniforms too, yes, yes, my lap, my year of rookie was the last year in 2015 that they had. Those coats, but those coats were like whoa, they were like thick cotton, they weren't stretchy like today's uniforms, so people were ripping their uniforms in 2015, so they had to change them. Oh, they're doing exercises here, they're marching, brother. okay, look, there's like eight bass drums, how many snares, like two rows of snares, oh wow, no, that's crazy, that's pretty good, actually, can you imagine how hard that is to clean, I like it.

I know SCV had one, several. years ago, I forget what year it was, but it was a few years ago like before, not a few years before this, this, uh, the Court acted, yeah, but you know I'm upset because I didn't see us getting older, you know, that makes. You wonder, do I need to button up my suit, put my suit back on, you know, yeah, come on out, let's start practicing, it's cool to see some old faces and it's like being in a group where there are just generations of your essence that you can exchange stories. and I don't know, just strengthen your core, strengthen the community, um, and the blue goats have always been like that, yeah, they always have a history night for the members and they like to know where you are. coming is very important in the blue codes, yes, like just giving the hat to the people who took you there because there are people who, you know, are between 50 and 60 years old and older, who go decades and now the blue coats are one of the best drum groups in the world.

That's always been the case, but it's people from generations ago that are responsible for this core becoming one of the highest performing, amazing jump circuits in DCI, yeah, and I mean, honestly, that's one of the things that I missed when going from the blue cuts to the Blue Devils. it's the tradition, I really enjoyed history night and learning about the alumni and meeting the alumni, not that it's not like that at BD, it's just that family is very important at

and I really love it, I really love it that and I did it. The strange thing, sure, yes, there are a lot of loyalty seekers and yes, um, I mean, there are a lot of jumpers that have certain Traditions, some of them maybe not the best Traditions, but for the most part, a lot of cores have a lot of wealth . history they teach, yes, the Blue Devils have always been the type that don't necessarily despise Traditions, but we don't have many similar core Traditions.

I think part of the reason is because the Blue Devils are, you know, a melting pot of a lot of different drum groups that come from, oh yeah, different places, oh yeah, and they accept it to a certain extent, we have traditions in the Blue Devils. like the family day where we get the B core and the C chord to come play and tons. of the Blue Devils alumni come and we all get to perform for each other, it's like one of the most special days to be a Blue Devil, oh yeah, but it's so refreshing to see a core do something like this, yeah, for remind you where you are. you come and who paved the way for you to be able to march cores like this and you can see the love like all those people came back to rehearse this and put on a great show because they love their experience in the blue. coats and man, it was great to see all those faces like dancing, dance, space events, Gunners brand, like everyone was back for the love, like it was still strong in their hearts to put on a show like that, you know, it takes a lot and wow, man.

I'm just saying a little bit of everything. I was crying because I smiled a lot, my eyes are like they are watering. Alright guys, thanks for joining us for another video. It was very fun to see.
