Finding some amazing fossils whilst fossil hunting in Yorkshire, England on the Holderness Coast

Hello everyone, I'm here in all the Nest today it's a bit windy, a bit gloomy but other than that it should be the conditions so as always I can find anything. I'll let you know the conditions are already looking good, it's very rocky. lots of sand right now, yeah, see what I can find. Well, it's time to play and detect the

fossil

. It's quite difficult because it's reaching far, but it's a pretty decent size. Shelly, our red block here is pretty good, so look, this is very. interesting box not too sure what

some

interesting markings are just give it a whack to see what's inside this big this rock has

some

uh Amit showing it off so it's definitely worth a whack definitely worth a whack hopefully we will do it. get a good split right down the middle, okay, looks like a good split, take a look, it's a beauty, look at that, okay, this one looks like it has some sides, I'll give it a whack, get a good split, here we go, there was one.

There, other than that, there's really too much going on, everyone seems to be outside, so I'm further down the beach, now past all the rocks into the mud. Fields Rock fields, um, so yeah, it's always worth a look to see what falls. off these boulders, take a couple of weeks to clear all the mood, it's always worth a lot. This looks like an interesting shape, wow, look at that polished, pretty beach, just B, this golden cannibal here definitely has or had elegance at some point. I'll find some way to hit it, see if there's anything in there, and luckily there shouldn't be just one on the outside, two, an important reminder of how dangerous cliffs are.

This wasn't here when I walked there and now. I went back and looked at all of that, if you were looking at

fossil

s at the bottom there you would have felt that, so always stay away from the cliffs, they are soaked and just crumbling, it is absolutely fascinating what the glaciers formed 20,000 years ago and they were transported all the way up north and then they just deposited it all here on the stand just as it was intended and it's just

amazing

the things you can find down here that shouldn't be here, fascinating, well that's it I'm done for today, probably the conditions are as good as you will get for the entire Nest, very rocky, you never find much in the entire nest, but when you find something, you send it to be Well, yes, it is definitely worth

finding

a couple of good finds and yes, it has It's been a good trip, it's always a good trip here because it's very quiet and there's no one else here, it's just a great way to spend the date and if you're lucky, find some

fossils
