I cook some fried stuffed chiles in them. I'll fry up some fish. I'll fry some potatoes. It really works well for seasoning, it's easy to clean, but. it's speeding up the seasoning process even more because you're at 350 degrees most of the time when you're frying and that oil gives you a point to sit there and just soak and soak again, take advantage of that season. I've also noticed that these filled pans end up a little different than other things I had. I won't say they're slower, but they look a little different than anything I've seen.
