Every Ride at Walt Disney World RANKED!

Apr 11, 2024
In this video, we'll rank each attraction at Walt Disney World from worst to best, of course, this is all my opinion, so be sure to leave your favorite attractions in the comments below, with 58 of them across the four Florida parks. This was a difficult list to put together, so without further ado, let's start this list with the 58th turn of the Triceratops. I know putting an attraction like this all the way to the end might seem a little silly. However, I really think this attraction deserves this. bottom point this is the epitome of the worst Disney has to offer a Bare Bones clone of a better

ride

stuck in the worst land Disney has ever created dinoland USA has been falling apart for a while and will probably be replaced by a theme Moana land in the near future despite the few remains of this land still standing as a reminder of what this land could have been and what ended up being just a cheap parking lot Fairgrounds with nothing else to offer number 57 Academy of Lightning McQueen Racing I I'll be honest, I didn't even know this existed until recently.
every ride at walt disney world ranked
Lightning McQueen's Racing Academy is a short children's show featuring characters from the Cars franchise, more specifically the first and third films, most of the show takes place on a big screen with the exception of the Lightning McQueen animatronic in the center, well it's quite pretty to look at, it doesn't distract from what would otherwise be a pretty boring show, don't get me wrong, it's perfectly harmless and probably entertaining enough for kids compared to other attractions at the resort. although it includes those for kids, this one just doesn't do much to impress, even if you're just looking for a show that allows you to relax a little, there are so many better options than Hollywood Studios alone, taking all that into consideration, this show.

More Interesting Facts About,

every ride at walt disney world ranked...

It has to rank pretty low on this list as well before continuing. I just want to clarify that I will only be talking about the pre-recorded shows at Walt Disney World. I'll be skipping live shows like basic Fantasmic video shows like Awesome Planet and improv shows like Monsters Inc, Laughter Story, the rest, however, are completely fair game saying let's move on to our next 56th attraction, Aladdin's magic carpets spin like the Triceratops has another Dumbo clone, which means there's not much to say. Regarding the

ride

experience, the reason it's above that ride is the theme surrounding it, which makes it a little more enjoyable to get on overall, even though there's no real reason for this ride to exist. and with how much he blocks the paths in Adventure Land, it seems to me.

I wish Disney would just remove it, that will never happen, but I Can Dream number 55 Prince Charming Regal Carousel despite being a Classic park, this is another attraction that I rarely go to because of how basic it is, it makes sense to give it a theme . Park such a large carousel and while it's nice to see, it should also explain why it's so low on this list. The number 54 rotating alien saucers located in the center of Toy Story Land. The spinning alien sausage is a flat ride that feels like nothing else. more than found in the resort, I mean in the end it's not much different, it's just another type of spinning ride however at least it's not another clone of Dumbo or Mad Tea Party, its unique ride system combined with its theme colorful makes it one of the best Flash attractions at Walt Disney World.

It's still not very high on this list, don't get me wrong, but it's not horrible either. Number 53 of the Hall of Presidents. I admit that I feel a little bad putting the I show it up to here, but I have to be honest with myself at the end of the day. This is just a 15-minute video on American history, followed by five minutes of laboriously naming all 56 American presidents if it weren't for a far superior. The US-based show later on this list would perhaps appreciate this attraction a little more; However, aside from all the animatronics, this show doesn't have much to offer.
Space mission number 52, the green space mission, is an attraction consisting of two. different missions, the green mission and the orange mission, which was a lot of missions anyway, since the orange mission is a completely different journey. I'll split this attraction into its two halves for the sake of this video, the first and less intense of those two halves is a green mission which I found to be a perfectly decent little simulator, the visuals are fine although the frame rate feels strangely choppy sometimes. I also appreciated the added interactivity, although unfortunately it's not as exciting as its orange counterpart.
I feel like making this trip less intense defeats its entire purpose. I don't want to spoil too much of my thoughts on Mission Orange, but the G-forces exerted on that ride really make it feel like a trip to outer space. here it just feels like you're trapped in a claustrophobic box that moves up and down a bit. I understand their purpose considering how intense the orange mission is, but I also can't justify putting this trip higher in my rankings. 51 Dumbo the flying elephant, I mean, it's Dumbo. I know I've already talked about two of his clones, but this ride ranks higher simply because it's the original plus it's out of the way, has a nice theme, and has a capacity machine with two identical sides. maybe putting it even this high on the list is a little silly, but I think the iconic nature of this ride makes it one of Disney's best flat rides at #50 Tomorrowland Speedway when I was a kid, this seemed a lot more exciting than that.
In reality, having these cars go so slowly and be attached to a guardrail makes it much less exciting than a traditional go-kart track; However, for a child who is too young to notice those things, I know that this walk is a great bonding experience, I personally can do it. I'm not saying I enjoy it, but I understand its appeal to younger guests. The 49th trip to the imagination with fictional products. Okay, I know there are big fans of the fictional products, but I think most people would agree that this ride needs some serious work. I've heard good things about previous iterations of this trip, but unfortunately I've never experienced any of them today.
This ride is more annoying than Charming despite a unique theme near the end, almost

every

thing else about this ride just doesn't hold up. especially clear when you come out with a playground that looks straight out of the 2000s in the future. I hope Disney does more with products than just another bucket of popcorn; However, as time passes, that reality seems less and less likely. Number 48 Cali River Rapids the more I think this ride gets worse despite having a big drop near the middle,

every

thing else on this ride is incredibly mediocre, it's strangely short and barely anything happens before or after the aforementioned drop , the titular Rapids don't get you wet or offer anything. excitement leading to a ride that is more boring than fun, even the theming is bland, not even close to what you should expect from a Disney park, especially compared to Popeyes at Islands of Adventure, this ride is honestly just bad.
I think it had a lot of potential, but in its current state it has to be one of the most bland and disappointing attractions found at Walt Disney World. The drop is the only thing saving him from an even lower spot on this list. Number 47 Astro Orbiter. This is the fourth and final Dumbo. clone on this list and for me it is by far the best. Getting that elevated view over Tomorrowland is a unique experience and the ride itself has a really cool aesthetic, beyond that it's exactly what you'd expect from a Dumbo clone, but I still really appreciate its more unique aspects number 46 The Barnstormer .
This was most likely the first roller coaster I ever rode. I will always be grateful to this attraction for introducing me to a whole new

world

of intense and crazy experiences. into more thrill rides since then, although this ride doesn't have much to offer in terms of excitement, it's a toddler cost so there's a lot you can expect there, however even in terms of theming it feels a bit light , maybe it's just nostalgia talk, but I prefer the old Toontown theme, where you literally go through a barn any which way, although The Barnstormer doesn't have much to offer either as a roller coaster or as a themed attraction as the first roller coaster for kids.
It's a solid attraction, but nowadays it's one I rarely revisit the 45th Crazy Tea Party after giving it some thought. I think the Crazy Tea Party may be the best flat ride at Walt Disney World. The ability to spin your own teacup allows the ride to be as basic or as intense as you want it to be, the theming is also pretty solid with an Alice in Wonderland style inspired look, it's not a play teacher or anything like that, but it's still a pretty good flat ride, which I'm glad it's in the 44th parks, it's hard I know a mistake, this show used to scare me when I was a kid, as soon as the villain Hopper, things are starting to get scary, insect repellent spiders and some 40 unique effects all combined to create this very strange but interesting experience, I'm still looking forward to it.
This program has some weaknesses that left me a little disappointed. This program depends so much on its tricks that it forgets that it also has to be a good program. The effects themselves range from good to broken, making the weaker parts of the show stand out. Even more, just as an example, on my most recent visit, the movie animatronic was in a really rough state and the hopper animatronic was completely down, which made the second half of the show incredibly uncomfortable, as the movie He simply stared into nothingness and spoke in a disembodied voice. The easy fix would be to add a backup mode, such as increasing stamina and making Hopper appear on the screen, and a few more updates might have pushed the program a little higher on the list, even then the core of the program itself just doesn't work. it does. click with me, which leaves you in a bit of a tough spot overall, the queue is pretty good, as well as the theme and effects, but otherwise it's mostly crazy number 43 Country Bear Jamboree.
I know this show scares a lot of people and honestly, I like it. Overall, this is an attraction I try to avoid when visiting Magic Kingdom. However, every time I watch the show I always find myself more entertained than I expected, there are a lot of cool animatronics here and it has a really fun energy to it. Once you get into it, I can't deny that the character designs are a little creepy and I understand why a lot of people can't get behind this kind of fun, but it's not great either. Number 42, American Adventure, in my opinion, this is a much better American-centric show than Hall of Presidents.
There's just a lot more going on with a lot of practical animatronics and sets. It's still mostly screen-based and isn't something I do every visit to Epcot, but it's certainly one of the more interesting shows. Found at Walt Disney World number 41, Seas with Nemo and Friends has a ride. Nemo and his friends are fine with this building being an aquarium and I suspect there wasn't much room to build a completely dark ride instead. It's more of a small attraction meant to nudge visitors into the full exhibit again. The ride itself is fine, but I want to praise the really fast line for being much cooler than I remember.
The way the lighting emulates being under the sea is incredibly well done. Unfortunately, everything else seems too short and simple for a 40th Disney attraction. Frozen forever. This has a very similar problem to Nemo and the attraction they fit in this area is too small, that's mainly because it's a repeat of them. of maelstrom which IMO makes much better use of the land area, just as an example, the old ride where you stabbed, the boat peeks out from a waterfall outside, which was completely removed in this version of the ride, right after Of that, there's the fall that's still present and Frozen Ever After, but it feels completely undone in terms of the story of the journey, like there's no real reason why we fell, it just happens that the fall is still fun and the theming is pretty cool, but I can't help but feel that there will be better iterations of this attraction at other Disney parks in the future - we've already seen the far superior Elsa animatronic coming soon to Hong Kong Disneyland and the fact that the attraction building Tokyo Disneysea appears to be much larger suggests that Edcott's version was simply a prototype for a better ride insomewhere else is still a perfectly good ride, but to me it feels like a good ride was shoved into a smaller space than it really needed number 39 Mickey's philhar Magic for a 3D show philhar magic is pretty fun, full of great songs from classic Disney movies and the interactions Donald has with these characters are quite charming, it's still a screen based show, aside from the animatronic that appears in the same act, that animatronic is pretty cool, but still not much happens beyond what is happening.
On screen, these pre-recorded shows have a lot more potential in that regard, as an entry later on this list will turn out to be Carousel of Progress number 38 on the technical level. This is a very impressive show, having all the seeds circling around the theater is very unique and something you can only experience at a Disney park even though the show does seem a little outdated, especially at the end. I think the rest of the show is pretty good, if not a little boring, but the final scene is by far my least favorite part. I'm still very happy that the show is at Magic Kingdom, but it's not something I'd stop by on every 37th visit.
Slinky Dog Dash. This attraction is one of the least intense roller coasters in the entire Resort, which already puts it at a disadvantage however, while other attractions like Big Thunder Mountain make up for their lack of excitement with a fantastic theme, the Slinky Dog Dash theme. Unfortunately it's pretty barren. From the Jenga Tower centerpiece and a few loose pieces the theme of this attraction pales in comparison to most other Disney coasters; However, I will say that the lighting package at night is honestly just stunning, it brings this area to life in a whole new way and Watching the terrain go around the track is still a lot of fun to watch.
I feel like this ride is highly overrated by park visitors as it almost always has an hour wait, at least it's a perfectly decent ride, but nothing worth all that Grand Fiesta number 36. ride the part of this ride It is where the Mexico Pavilion takes place. It is a very beautiful area and setting up a walk inside this building was a great idea, the whole physical theme is incredibly immersive from start to finish, but unfortunately much of this walk is Based on screen-based elements, it works as a good way to make jokes and show off iconic landmarks, but overall it feels a bit cheap.
Luckily, the end of this ride replaced the huge screen at the end with some fantastic animatronics, making it a much more fun experience. most satisfying conclusion, it has its flaws but it's a nice little dark ride that I really appreciate number 35. It's a small

world

, this is one of the most iconic dark rides ever created, the unique style of its theme really makes it stand out , but above all. What makes this ride so iconic is the song. For some, the song is enjoyable and fun, while for others it is incredibly annoying. Personally, it never bothered me too much, but by playing it repeatedly in the background throughout the trip, I can understand how.
It gets a little irritating other than that I think this is a nice little ride, it's nothing special in my opinion and I feel like the Disneyland version is better but I can't disrespect a ride that is so recognizable in everyone. It's a little World After All number 34 Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin as much fun as shooting dark rides can be. I have to admit that I suck because the small lenses combined with the low visibility of the laser can make it a little difficult to perfect the photo. I know a lot of people who have mastered this ride, even if I'm not one of them, so I won't say that it affects the quality too much, what it does affect the qualities is a somewhat outdated topic on this ride despite being almost 25 years, this feels like one of the oldest and least capable attractions in the park, it still has its charm and the interactivity does a lot to boost it up the rankings, but it feels a bit underwhelming overall.
The number 33 rising around the world, this may be the hottest shot in this entire video in years. I've considered Soren and the test track to be the two best attractions at Epcot. I don't think I've been the only one to say that, especially for a park that's a bit short on attractions, however, on my most recent visit I discovered something that surprised me. Soarin isn't really that good. I mean, it's a unique ride system for a simulator with your feet hanging off the edge of the glider, but in the end it is. just a simulator. I appreciate the concept with the visuals that take you from one place to another, but there are many flaws in the journey that are hard to ignore.
The first one out of line is just bad. The architecture is somewhat unique, but there's not much to it. do or see when you're in line, a trivia game appears on some screens, but it feels a bit cheap and not very fun, which doesn't go well with the broken air conditioning in some parts of the line, so the ride itself has its own set of problems, the most egregious of those problems is the curvature of the screen, which I assume is meant to match the movement of the ride vehicles, but in the end it looks a little awkward, that's especially the case depending on where you are.
Sit with the outer edges of the screen looking extremely uneven and with other riders' feet blocking your view at the bottom. Rose and it seems as if the person's travel system has so many flaws. I know that was very negative. but I want to reiterate that I don't think this is a bad trip if you're one of those people who loves it. I'm really glad you did it personally, although I have to be honest with myself and put it here in my rankings. There's a lot to take in from the sights, sounds and smells, but in terms of simulators, I feel like Disney and many others have beaten this ride tenfold.
Space mission number 32 is the orange mission. That's why I decided to divide the mission space. The green mission is perfectly fine. For those looking to experience this journey without the intensity, but it is actually that intensity that makes the journey what it is. It really feels like you are launching into space with the G-force pushing down on your entire body. It's simultaneously terrifying and extremely funny. Being such a unique sensation, it's also totally understandable why this is the only Disney attraction with built-in barf bags. It's very claustrophobic in your little space capsule, which probably doesn't help with the forceful nature of the attraction, regardless of whether I enjoy this experience.
There are some flaws, such as choppy and outdated visuals, but it really is a dark ride like no other. I understand why I rate slow for some, but in my opinion, the mission space is a strange and unique experience that you can only find. at Epcot number 31 Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run, there are many things about this attraction that I appreciate, but at the same time there are many things that I feel don't quite work in terms of what does work, the theming of this attraction is absolutely immaculate, you can be another one. simulator, but from the tail to the ride vehicle, every little touch they've added to this really makes it look like something out of a movie.
The Ride system is also deceptively complicated with a full interactive video game controlled by six different guests, unfortunately. That's where the problems start to arise, as I appreciate all the engineering that went into making this ride what it is. I feel like it ended up being unnecessarily complicated, unlike the other Star Wars simulator in the park. There's only one quest to continue here and it's one that I think is relatively boring in terms of its story, partly due to the tight, one-size-fits-all nature of Galaxy's Edge, but also because this travel system is so complex that adding another story would be A big problem aside from that, while the pirate role generates a lot of interactivity, the other two roles are completely boring and almost nothing happens beyond pressing buttons and it barely feels like you are affecting anything, for that reason, this It's a trip I rarely take alone with a group.
It's a perfectly fun moment, but really only once or twice beyond that the rewrite ability isn't really there, which hurts an otherwise quite enjoyable 30th ride. The many adventures of Winnie the Pooh. This is a cute little dark ride that I can't avoid. but enjoy, there are a lot of interesting physical themes here in some scenes that I would consider absolute classics. I can't put it too high because it's a kiddie ride and all, but I think it's solid, not one of the best. in the park by any means except one I pass by from time to time number 29 Navi River Journey I am very mixed on this ride, the way it combines physical settings and screens is absolutely stunning and the smoothness of the animatronic in the The ending follows being unreal, while the theme is amazing, the ride experience itself doesn't have much going for it, it's very short and simple, with an extra minute and a drop, this could very well have been one of Walt Disney's best dark rides World.
Regardless, even if it didn't reach its full potential, I can't help but admire the immaculate work done on issue number 28, Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room, this is one of my favorite shows at Disney World, there are so many animatronics packed into one small one. space with more and more revealed as the show goes on, it's amazing how well they're hidden too just when you think they're all awake and singing the show will reveal a whole new set of characters in a completely different area yet with how little, of I actually go and watch this show. I feel like I can't justify putting it much higher than this.
I would recommend everyone experience it at least once if they can, but I admit it's not something you should do at Magic Kingdom. issue 27 Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, this is a very good but very flawed work by Ride The Rock and the landscaping is quite good along with most of the theme, however there are a few details that I have that prevent it from going any higher in this list, first on the list. The faces on the screen are just horrible, it's a real shame as the animatronics themselves are pretty impressive but the faces on the screen make them look so disgusting it's not as bad as Frozen Ever After but it's still so weird that the second flaw is the The real roller coaster is again Disney and all I know is that I have to control my expectations when it comes to intensity, yet it feels especially tame even compared to the other roller coasters at Magic Kingdom If the swinging cart trick actually did anything, that lack of intensity could be more easily excused overall, although while it's a solid ride, I feel like you can find much better roller coasters at Walt Disney World, the line is good and There are some fun scenes, but it's not one of my favorites, especially with It's an Unusually Long Road, test track number 26 until recently.
I love this trip. I think the concept is extremely cool and the speed you feel at the end is simply incomparable. However, the reason it has fallen so low is the theme until the test track in 2012. It had a very unique car test theme. I admit it was a little outdated, but I think the new theme just ruined it completely. The boring futuristic aesthetic doesn't stand out at all, especially compared to the old theme that was so unique not to mention the advertising. in the queue for this ride is just unpleasant most of the time. I'm fine with the sponsored ride as the songs don't take away from the attraction here, the entire sign is a shrine to Chevrolet along with the literal sales floor you pass on your exit is a bit insulting to the gas and IMO , it's a complete waste of what this ride used to be, still, the ride wire is still there and still very good, each of the tasks is exceptionally exciting, even if I don't do it.
I love them as much as before, it may have some new weaknesses, but it's still something I always love to ride when I'm at Epcot #25, living with the land. I swear I'm not kidding, Living with the Land is truly one of my favorite places to visit in Epcot, from the Fantastic themed scenes in the first half to the fantastical Garden in the second half. There's so much to see during the surprisingly long trip that there's not much to do outside of that, but there is something. about the vibes of this attraction that really appeals to me.
I'm not an Epcot enthusiast or anything, but this attraction really helps me see the appeal of the park. I understand why it may be boring for some, but for me it is a really nice and relaxing attraction. number 24 Star Tours, the adventures continue Although this trip in essence is aPretty basic simulator, there's a lot of things that really elevate it way beyond the obvious, it has a Star Wars theme meaning it could use so many iconic characters and locations in order. to tell his story and unlike Smuggler's run, this journey doesn't have to adhere to a specific timeline, meaning he can go wherever he wants and whenever he wants before, that used to bother me a little as you'd see that a character like Darth Vader immediately followed him. by Kylo Ren, which couldn't exist at the same time now, although I think the sheer amount of scenarios in this ride really helps make it unique and incredibly rewriteable.
There are 66 different combinations of scenarios to experience and even more in the near future. Combined with this ride's excellent sense of humor, it puts it head and shoulders above Smuggler's run for me, even if the theme isn't as good. Star Tours stands out as the best simulator in Hollywood Studios number 23. Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. This trip from the rammies of points of view seems to depend too much on the screens and not so much on its physical theme; However, what POVs don't quite capture is the sheer scale of it all, as you're reduced to the size of a rat, everything around you.
You look huge and that is captured perfectly by the physical theme of it all. There are some pretty cool scenes here because of that which really elevated the experience for me. Still, the screens were definitely the worst part, especially since the dialogue was not translated from the original version at Disneyland Paris. It's just weird having half the dialogue spoken in French and it feels a little lazy of Disney not to fix it here, regardless of the fact that I quite enjoyed this ride, it could be because my expectations were too low or because I only got one ride. on it, but I still think it's a solid addition to dinosaur park number 22.
This is a very good but very forgettable ride hidden behind Dinoland USA. This ride is a re-themed clone of the popular Indiana Jones Adventure at Disneyland in California. I've been on that ride myself, it's far superior to this clone, however that doesn't make the dinosaur a bad ride, the theme is a little outdated but the animatronics of the dinosaur combined with the dark nature of the ride really gives you place in this place. prehistoric world coupled with the violent movements of the attraction vehicle, this is a surprisingly intense ride for a Disney park, if the animatronics worked a little more consistently this might have placed even higher on this list, but it's a solid ride, even if it doesn't quite do it. matches Indiana Jones' top adventure number 21 Muppet Vision 3D well look, I'm a big fan of the Muppets, their humor really appeals to me and all the characters are so memorable and charming even putting that aside.although I think this is the one best Walt Disney World show, while many other 3D shows feel a little cheap in their gimmicks.
Muppet Vision leans into that perception by fully embracing it, the 3D effects are as cheesy as the jokes, which really works for me. As a huge Muppet fan, other than that the show does a lot of things that go beyond just a 3D on-screen show, there are a lot of animatronics throughout the theater and even a live performer that comes out right in the middle of the show , not to mention the effects. near the end they are incredibly well done. I admit there are some moments that don't work as well as others and in the end this is just a screen based show, but I personally can't rank it any lower than the last one.
The Muppet project that Jim Hansen worked on is a major draw for me and many others. It's a fantastic show that stands as one of my favorites at Walt Disney World. I hope it continues to entertain visitors for years to come. Peter Pan's 20th Flight. I'll be honest and say I haven't been on this ride in years. I have seen a viewpoint to summarize before this video but the line for this ride is so extremely long that I haven't been on that viewpoint since I was a kid and from my own memory this is a great classic dark ride the way in which the height is simulated by reducing the scenery below you is a cool effect in the scenes of this trip they remain iconic to this day I understand why it is loved but I don't think I will ever understand its popularity, they may just be capacity issues, but waiting over an hour for this trip is just absurd, it's good and all, but yes, The Little Mermaid's 19th trip under the sea, this is It's a trip I normally skip, but after having it Revisited recently I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.
The queue is one of the best at Magic Kingdom with some amazing work by Rock and the details throughout the ride itself are great too, with tons of animatronics. and a colorful and pleasant theme. I think the pacing of the ride is a weak point, as it goes through everything on land, but everything else is pretty gray. Surprisingly one of the best dark attractions in the Disney parks number 18. Roller and rock coaster in terms of theming I admit that this attraction is a little mediocre, the queue is okay and although the neon signs help a little the theming does not is the strong point of this attraction, what is the strong point, although it is the thrill, this is easily the most intense roller coaster at Walt Disney World it is the only attraction that is turned upside down not once but three times, when combined with a great release, the excitement alone elevates this to first place, the design meanders a little at the end but I still feel like it's a nice solid ride around spaceship number 17, Earth, never in a million years would I have expected Putting this above the test track and elevating, however, this ride is so much better, the theming is amazing, especially considering it's built into the park's icon.
I also think the story is just fascinating and takes you through the history of human communication. Even the weakest part of this journey on your way down is surrounded by an intriguing and abstract theme that I find really attractive. The main thing I'm not convinced about is the whole future creation thing at the end can be fun the first time, but beyond that it feels a little strange, although this is a fantastic achievement and another example of why Epcot is a park Number 16 so unique and interesting, the Tomorrowland Transit. People Transportation Authority, this is secretly one of the best rides at Magic Kingdom.
Something about taking this aerial tour of Tomorrowland is very relaxing and enjoyable with a great view of Space Mountain and even Cinderella Castle, what really makes me happy is going beyond. The normal guest areas heading to the shops and restaurants are pretty cool, but literally walking into Space Mountain is amazing, especially if you get a chance to see it with the lights on. I think I have ridden this attraction so many times in my life. it really made me grow to appreciate it there's something about how perfect and intricate it is that really makes me feel that way.
I know there are many others who feel this way too, so for all of us I'm happy to represent it by putting it that way. At the top of the list, I hope Disneyland brings it back in the near future, probably not, although jungle cruise number 15, this is another ride I've been on countless times, but unlike the People Mover, in Actually I feel like I liked it a little less. As time goes on, don't get me wrong, it's still a fantastic ride. I love the theme throughout the interaction, from the dense jungle to the dark temple and Moody, which also applies to the animatronics, which have aged quite well considering their age.
However, what really sells this ride is the cheesiness and sense of humor. The jokes are really boring but at the same time really great, which makes it a pleasure to experience from time to time, although the reason it has fallen a little behind in my rankings is simply. how repetitive those jokes can get, the skipper adds his own stuff from time to time, but for the most part the script remains unchanged, it's still very funny and memorable, but it makes this ride a little less rewriteable overall , like I said, although I still LOVE this attraction, which is why it ranks so high on this list.
It's just a small flaw and a great overall attraction number 14 for Toy Story Mania. At first glance, this attraction shouldn't be anywhere near the top 15. It's a largely screen-based attraction with the following No physical theme, I still can't help but have fun on this ride. It's addictively fun to be a score-based shooter Dark Ride with infinite re-rideability. Pulling that rope is very satisfying, especially when combined with the colorful images and objectives. Although it's screen based, I honestly prefer this travel system to the style found in Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin, although I feel like it's a little difficult to aim there, here it's pretty easy to know who you are and what you're shooting at. makes it extremely rewritable with a constant need to beat your score and the score of your party members in general, as simple as it may be, there is something about this attraction that makes it stand out at Walt Disney World, objectively it may not fantastic, but personally I just love number 13.
Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway, this is a great dark ride, although I have a soft spot for The Great Movie Ride, especially since, as a film student, I think this ride in Overall it's a little bit better, the projection mapping is expertly done and makes for an incredibly fun, trackless Dark Ride. There are so many cool effects and moments here that really make it something special. However, the main flaw of this ride is that the queue is a new The Great Movie Ride theme on the outside façade. and Q are still themed around the iconic Chinese Theatre, which doesn't work well for a Mickey and Minnie attraction, especially compared to the queue at Disneyland in California, it's not even close although it's still a great ride and will gives the titular Mouse an attraction worthy of its name number 12 Splash Mountain, as you may already know, this attraction is no longer operating, but my audience decided in a poll that I should include it here anyway since it is no longer in the park .
I don't want to dwell on this walk too much, but I'll quickly give my opinion before continuing. Splash Mountain had a fantastic theme and some cool drops for the water ride, whereas I feel like the universal water rides are more exciting. There was something about Splash Mountain that really stood out mainly with the animatronics, rock work and music as time went on, although it seemed more and more like this ride needed some serious work, the attraction at the end of its life is what which made it fall out of the top 10. For me, besides not feeling as exciting as I've gotten older, I think it was a very good ride and I'm hopeful that whatever Disney does next will be just as good, if not better.
Tron light cycle number 11, Rod, has the newest attraction at Walt Disney World, there may be a bit of bias in placing it so high on the list, however, despite how long it was under construction, Tron surprised me so much For better and worse, starting with the exterior, the distinctive undulating canopy that surrounds this attraction is very unique, leaving room for a huge central area before entering the attraction, something I can't say I've seen on any other attraction. from Disney. I've heard that this area is especially pretty at night, but unfortunately I've only ever seen it during the day, even so, it's a unique entry point into the futuristic world that this attraction places you in once you enter the building. of the attraction and you head to the queue, the theme starts to get really good, the pre-show is a great moment, perfect.
To sync with the launch track of the ride itself, after storing your belongings in a locker, you'll be ready to board the light bikes and be on your way. His board is rumored to be huge with a sense of scale rarely seen in Disney parks. However, the journey itself is less magical. The restrictions for this trip are incredible. You lay face down before having a brace on your back. It was a little awkward for me, but for others it meant they literally couldn't board the attraction without going inside. a specialized car at the back of the train.
I'm glad Disney had the foresight to put them here, but it's still a shame that these ride vehicles are as uncomfortable and unwelcoming as they are after that, while the ride itself is exciting, the highlight is obviously, that initial launch out of the attraction building before returning to complete the Rays, while the rest of the ride is still very good, that first part is unmatched by almost any other roller coaster at Walt Disney World, when you hit the brakes, run with your heart.I'll still be pumping from that adrenaline rush to sum it all up. Tron is a fantastic experience with some minor flaws with some tweaks.
This could have been the perfect addition to Magic Kingdom, still, Tron is a great experience that I'm happy to be able to enjoy. see finally open now just get rid of the virtual sign and we'll all be fine number 10 Kilimanjaro Safaris Above Ground Kilimanjaro Safaris is a fairly simple walk-in zoo that displays a wide variety of different animals, however I think it's a Much of the draw when it comes to this attraction, every time you ride you are likely to see something completely different, not only that but I think the theme of this attraction is very simple even though it is obviously a safe experience for both the guests as well as the animals.
It's amazing how fluid it is. there are barriers between them, it's expertly designed to feel as open and natural as possible, which I think no other park can do as well as Animal Kingdom Six Flags Great Adventure had a similar experience to this and while it was still great, It doesn't exactly match what Disney was able to do here considering the space and money needed for a project like this. It's amazing that it was done in the first place, regardless of the fact that Kilimanjaro safaris are a huge must-do attraction at Animal Kingdom number nine. Haunted.
Mansion many would say this is Disney's masterpiece and I can't say I totally disagree. The Haunted Mansion is simply incomparable in terms of its spooky atmosphere with the most iconic pre-show at any Disney park. This attraction starts off strong by putting visitors straight into this strange and surreal Manji. From there, the attraction is filled with great effects and lots of animatronics, all of which really adds to the atmosphere of the attraction compared to the other attractions that use the Omni Move system. I think this is easily the best, however the ride system has a few flaws that I think take away from the ride experience a bit as some guests need a little extra help getting in and out of their vehicle, it's not It is rare that the entire system comes to a standstill. stop to give them time to climb, of course, that's not the fault of the gas, but rather a ride system that prioritizes capacity over all else, not to mention the turning motion on this ride is incredibly choppy, which seems to have custom developed The attraction is an old park for my Omni Move weak points, although I have to agree that this is a fantastic Dark Ride.
The Ride system may have some flaws, but everything else makes it one of the best dark rides at Magic Kingdom, Everest Expedition 8. Located at the back of Animal Kingdom Acts Expedition, Everest is widely considered by most to be the best roller coaster Disney has ever made. I don't share the same opinion, as you'll soon see, but there's obviously a reason it occupies that spot. At the top of this list, the rock work and scale of this trip is simply extraordinary, as long as there isn't a train on the bridge the mountain looks amazing, making the Expedition itself much more More exciting.
There is a short warm-up before starting the trip itself. which is an overlooked aspect that I think was a bit unnecessary, regardless of it being a nice little appetizer before starting the full meal. That food is pretty good from the red herring at the edge of the mountain to the back section that immediately follows from there. Get some exciting twists and hints of the Yeti's existence on the mountain, while the Yeti's animatronic has been broken for years. Still a nice touch before ending this intense adventure. There are some weak points, but overall Expedition Everest is still one of the best.
The roller coasters you can find in Orlando have strong competition from both Disney and other parks, but it still remains a standout attraction within that crowd. Number seven Pirates of the Caribbean of all the classic Disney dark attractions. Pirates of the Caribbean is surprisingly my favorite. Until my most recent visit I thought this trip was very good, but not even close to the top.10. Now, while I completely understand the praise this attraction receives, while many other Disney dark attractions are fantastically themed, the craftsmanship of this attraction is simply unmatched. As soon as you go down that drop, you come across a huge ship fighting those on land.
Beyond that, you have some iconic scenes that take place around a local town that are comical and perfectly detailed. All of the animatronics are great too and bring each scene to life through their dialogue and movement. The only flaw I can point out with this ride is that everything before the drop is done much better at Disneyland, there is a lot more detail in the cave scenes and floating past a restaurant is a cool experience that is only compared to the grand Fiesta tour at Epcot, while the California version is superior to the Florida version. no slouch either Pirates of the Caribbean is a fantastic ride that is more than worthy of a spot on this list number six Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind this is another recent addition to the Disney parks and in my opinion one of the best, while Many people have called this a modern Space Mountain.
I almost feel like it's more comparable to a roller coaster like that. Every time you ride Cosmic Rewind, a completely different song will play, making it a pleasure to ride this roller coaster like always. The experience will be slightly different than before. The other clear comparison is the launch, which has the distinct difference of starting backwards, whereas in general I think the roller coaster launch is a little more impactful. The cosmic rewinds almost feel disorienting. The seats rotate. right at the end of the launch pad, putting the throttle straight into a bunch of flashing lights, to some it may seem a bit horrible, but personally this was an extremely amazing start to an amazing coaster compared to Tron, this ride It feels extremely long when taking the track.
The places you had no idea could go bigger, although the theming is a big improvement over the aforementioned roller coaster and rock coaster. The display elements aren't the best, but the star projections and other space-themed props really elevate this ride beyond just a good shot. poster, the effect at the end especially impressed me because it's such a cool showcase of projection mapping technology, while the tail feels a bit squashed in the old Power Universe building the pre-shows that follow it are pretty solid, some of the dialogue is a little painful, sure. but the effects used throughout are really understated but very well done overall.
I enjoyed this ride much more than I expected, while it has some unique imperfections, it also stands out in a way that no other ride at Epcot can't Avatar Flight Five. The beginning of this Elite top five is a journey that I consider the best simulator ever created despite being inspired by a franchise that I don't care much for. Flight of Passage stands out as an impressive combination of technology and theming, the hallmark of this ride is in my opinion the best in all of Walt Disney World, the way it dynamically changes from one location to another, each with its own Distinctive appearance while taking you further into the caverns, it's just brilliant, everything in this Hue is expertly designed from the bioluminescence of the plant. to the underwater animatronic in the lab, then you have the ride itself which is the most immersive simulator I have ever been in.
Seat it breathe to mimic the Banshee's breathing, you are riding on a small fan, it blows air and water to simulate A sense of speed, even small details, like 3D glasses with peripheral vision, add up to create an incredible experience. The only thing I can complain about is this somewhat boring pre-show, but even that I can completely understand that Flight of Passage is an amazing achievement and one of the best attractions Disney has done on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad number four in a long time. time. I consider this to be my favorite roller coaster in all of Walt Disney World.
Everything about this attraction is just great in terms of theming. up there as one of the best themed coasters in the world, the rock work is very intricate and the little details put together really add a lot to the experience, not only that but it's also a surprisingly fun coaster, it's not that intense like Cosmic rewind. or Expedition Everest, but I feel like the balance of theme and excitement is even better here than on those two attractions, other than that the queue is pretty solid, the covered section is a good introduction to the attraction, and the rickety elevator up The Third Hill is a unique element that adds even more value to an already fantastic attraction overall, although it is no longer my favorite Disney roller coaster, it is still one of my favorite attractions in the entire Resort without a doubt.
Star Wars stamina boost number three, this attraction feels unreal from start to finish. Everything about the stamina boost is simply amazing The seemingly endless pre-shows The sheer scale of the ship you were carrying The non-stop action of the journey itself is without a doubt an incredible achievement The journey begins with the first pre-show issue two where you are instructed to board a transport ship on your way to another planet. The next pre-show has guests packed into this transport ship which itself has its own little travel system that simulates movement. Finally, you are captured by a star destroyer in LED. down a hallway into an interrogation room, where the third pre-show takes place, where the guests come face to face with the villain Kylo Ren, after that, you go through a secret door and enter the bar proper, which uses a trackless vehicle to maintain the ride.
Both dynamic and engaging combine with the incredible theming surrounding this fast spaceship and it's no wonder why many would call this the best attraction at Walt Disney World. As a theme park fan, I completely understand that praising the amount of animatronic systems and visual effects that went into making this ride work is a bit absurd, the downside of it all is how unreliable this ride is. One of the most common examples of this is the kylo ren animatronic which often breaks down and sends the ride into B mode. There are many other problems. Too technical and fundamental, but not worth dwelling on considering how much this ride does, aside from the technical issues, the mediocre signal, and the ugliness of the floor, there really isn't much I can complain about when it comes to the increase in speed. endurance.
This is one of the most incredible dark attractions you can find at any theme park in the world and, without a doubt, one of the best things Disney has ever created. Space Mountain number 2 between this and Big Thunder Mountain. I had a hard time choosing my favorite attraction. However, at Magic Kingdom there is something about Space Mountain that makes it completely untouchable. As old as this ride is, it's surprising how well the Q holds up today, and the ride itself immerses you perfectly in the Dark Void of space while also having a certain aesthetic to it. that differs from the more modern idea of what the future will be like, even just as a roller coaster.
It's surprisingly exciting, sure the track is a little rough, but for me, Jank is part of what makes this ride so fun despite his mediocre stats. The ride itself is great with guests flying through the stars in their own little spaceships. Honestly, I can't even think of a flaw in this journey from start to finish. It is an experience so perfectly designed that it still stands the test of time today. It's the best attraction at Magic Kingdom, but it may be the most iconic attraction ever. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. This is the best attraction in all of Walt Disney World.
Tower of Terror is the perfect combination of thematic excitement and rewrite. All of this culminates in an experience unmatched almost anywhere else, from the Erie Q that takes you deeper inside the hotel to the iconic pre-show with many memorable lines. Everything before the journey begins is amazing in its own right. Every inch of the hotel is immaculate. theme that gives off an eerie feeling to any guest who walks through its doors, beyond that, there is the ride itself, which is filled with so many fantastic and innovative effects that keep guests on their toes throughout the first scene as it sends the elevator up. is such a strange yet creepy star and everything that follows continues to emulate that unique vibe.
There is an extremely cool scene that is only present inThis version of the ride where the elevator moves through a room in a way you would never expect. C, then you get the descent. tower itself, which is easily the best ever created. The falls are incredibly exciting but completely random. Sometimes they allow you to take a look at the park below you. The sequence is also very long and the random aspect provides many reasons for visitors to come back up. and again, overall, considering everything this Rod excels at, I have to give it the honor of being the best attraction at Walt Disney World.
It's a flawless experience from start to finish and I can't wait to return to it on my next visit. the
