My dad was a chef and my mom washed dishes at a local restaurant. And some nights my parents ate very little just because they were worried they wouldn't have enough food to feed us. and yes, we were very broke when I was a child. I really didn't know how much they sacrificed for us, but knowing this now that I'm older really breaks my heart. When I was about 22 months, it was almost 2. years I hadn't had any baby teeth. Babies usually get their teeth around 6 months, so my mom was scared. She took me to the doctor and the doctor said that if my teeth didn't come in within 2 years they would go away. having to take me to a specialist, and maybe pull my teeth manually.

I probably pooped my pants. I don't remember anything, but apparently after that conversation my teeth came out. Look, it's not my teeth that grew! I had a big gap between my two front teeth and I love to hiss through them, it bothered my brother a lot. But I thought it was very funny. Since there are five of us, you can obviously guess that we tend to get into mischief. I remember one time my brothers and I thought it was a good idea to microwave a rubber pizza to see if it would expand, we stuck it in the microwave for a whole minute and boom, it exploded all over the microwave.

We got in trouble for that. But hey, it was a cool experiment to see something explode! One day my dad bought a used Nintendo console at home that his humble boss gave him at work because he felt bad for my dad. He told my dad that her daughter didn't love her anymore and that maybe we would enjoy playing with her. It was called the famicom I know it sounds silly But this was the best thing my brothers have ever done And I played Super Mario brothers and other games all day We would sit there for hours and hours playing video games Moving forward, this is me in elementary school, a pretty shy boy with only a few friends.
She was also a mini artist. He carried my doodle book everywhere

ing things he thought were fascinating. One day, at art time, my teacher saw me drawing in my book and she thought it was really cute, so she asked me if she could share it with the class. She didn't want to but she convinced me anyway. After this all the children congratulated my work and I felt very happy, my smile was unbreakable. I remember in second grade our teacher made us do an assignment about what we wanted to be when we grew up. up In my head at that moment.
I wanted to be an artist. I loved to draw and express my ideas on a canvas That's what I saw myself doing in the future One day the famicom went bankrupt we were very sad Four years later our dad saved enough money to buy us a new console It was called the Nintendo gamecube the console only came with a driver, but we didn't care. We loved it so much that we spent the entire day taking turns playing on the Gamecube. In 2005 my family and I moved house, we wanted more space for ourselves while we were growing up because our house was starting to get tight so we moved to another house.
I was excited and sad at the same time, moving house meant we moved schools and moving schools meant saying goodbye to my friends. Here I am at the new school with new faces. I was very quiet at school when I was trying to make new friends. She was nervous and uncomfortable, so all the kids thought she was weird. Those two years I built an image of being a strange and quiet girl who didn't talk to anyone. But being alone wasn't so bad after the first year passed. I just didn't care what they thought of me anymore.
During these years my parents gave me an old digital camera. I would record funny skits with her and show videos to me. my family and cousins all laughed and really enjoyed it. I was also known as the little comedian in my family, being able to see my family one last time meant a lot to me because growing up without much and seeing my parents come home from work exhausted and stressed. I knew that with my videos I could make their day a little better with laughter. As the year went on, I kept making these fun videos.
However, they were never published on YouTube. Thank God, I think this is the moment I realized I really wanted to work in creative filmmaking. In 2008, my parents brought a restaurant downtown. Hoping the business could generate more income to support the family, it wasn't the prettiest part of downtown. The windows were always breaking and you know all that stuff. I worked here on weekends and sometimes during the week, cleaning the tables. The year went by, we spent more and more time in the restaurant, the business was not very successful, so my parents couldn't. We didn't hire anyone, so we had to help our parents.
We were at school during the day and after school. We would take the bus to the restaurant and work there until 10:30 p.m. At night, when business was slow, my brothers and I would watch YouTube videos on our laptop. It made working at the restaurant less miserable. We watched tons and tons of videos from different creators. He was amazing and made our day a little better. As the months went by, this family restaurant became the most depressing time of my life because every night when my family got home around 11:00 p.m. At night there were arguments, tears and anger, the biggest problem was the debts.
We were in deep debt because the restaurant was losing a lot of money and business was slow. I finally made some new friends in high school, these girls, and I don't have the same common interest, but we still talk anyway, one day they started making rumors about me and at lunch time these girls made a group of other girls told me that they didn't want to be my friends anymore. I let these girls be catty. Girls bully me into silence, and if I could go back in time I wish I could tell my younger self to be confident and not be afraid to speak up for yourself, but at the end of the day there were a couple of things that made me smile, which was video games, my dog and YouTube.
Every night I played video games for hours and watched YouTube videos with my dog. I was happy. After three years, my parents sold their restaurant because we were growing. And you know, we couldn't work there forever, it felt like the chains were finally breaking. Until my parents brought in another business, of course, but hey, this one did better than the last one. On September 1, 2011, I created my first YouTube channel. What channel are you watching now? The first video I created on my channel was called Black Ops Ranger Match. But now it's a private video. At the time, Minecraft was a very popular game and we were very obsessed with it.
So I said. Hey, we should make some videos, my brothers and I got to work. We create parodies of Minecraft Machinima and Minecraft. I remember one of our parodies hit a million views at the time and I cried with joy but I also cried with sadness because the video was taken down due to a copyright strike after this we just worked on Minecraft machinimas and little Slowly, as the months went by, I became very busy with school and told myself that once we finished the last episode of the Minecraft love series, I was going to quit.
YouTube because I couldn't keep up with posting these videos so I stopped. High school was pretty quiet for me. I was quiet and got decent grades. I also missed classes a lot because I didn't like school very much. My mom always called to tell me that she was sick. Isn't she the best? No, I'm kidding, don't do that, guys don't do that. Anyway, every time I missed school or classes I had to go to work at my parents' store, where there was a computer and on that computer I played Minecraft and watched YouTube videos, so it wasn't that bad.
Every day I went to school. I spent most of my time writing scripts during lunch secretly in the library, they were for YouTube. They were just a bunch of ideas that I never had a chance to make videos of. I know this sounds pretty weird, but I was a weird kid, okay? ? I graduated high school in 2013 and wanted to pursue my dream job in digital media. One day when I came home from school, my older sister, you guys might see her in a lot of my videos, she said, "Hey, we should start posting on your channel again, except we." I should play Minecraft and comment this time.
Something like making silent machinimas for me. Comment. I can't even talk to people in real life. So what made you think you could talk into a microphone for random people to hear on the internet? I was so nervous and against her opinion, she convinced me and we published our first Minecraft Let's play. It was a Minecraft school video. I'm pretty sure you guys know what it is. I remember this day very clear and vivid because after recording the video for two hours I wanted to throw it away but my sister said we should post it anyway so we did after a couple of weeks the video blew up.
You discovered our channel. In shock and excitement in my head, I thought why would these people want to look at me? And you guys always left the best comments on my videos to help me continue and post more and now here we are today with 1 million subscribers! Something I would only dream of. I feel blessed to have them in my life and to have found what I love to do. I like to make people smile and being able to improve someone's day with laughter means a lot to me.
