Hello everyone, welcome back to Pajama Crafts, where I make pajama crafts. My name is Sarah. If you are new here, welcome. I have some Valentine's Day crafts for you. These are more

chic

if you don't like that. style just move on to the next because these are going to be super worn and almost dirty, but I

love

that look, especially for Valentine's Day stuff, so I bought this little plate from Dollar Tree and covered it with a coat of white paint of Waverly chalk and I took that little heart off and just covered it with a little bit of what color was this lacquer.

I think it's a cloud and I just covered that little heart with it. The heart needed a couple of coats because the red paint is a little thinner. but I really like the color once it dries and then I just applied a coat of white paint because I was going to cover it with this sheet music. This is from an old book I found at a thrift store, but if you can't be as lucky as me to find something like this. You can definitely print something online, if you want to make it look really old you can stain it with tea or coffee and there are lots of di or lots of tutorials on YouTube on how to do that. do that if i ever do it i'll show you how i do it but anyway i found a

love

song in that book and mod podge did it right on my little sign and this is a trick i learned a long time ago.

More Interesting Facts About,

diy valentine s day decor primitive country shabby chic love hearts...

About years ago on someone's channel. I have no idea who it was that long ago, but I think I just got this distress ink from Hobby Lobby and I can't remember how much it cost. It was literally years ago that I entered. It still works fine, but I like it for

shabby

chic

chic type projects. You can use it on wood, paper, fabric or anything, but if you don't like your hands getting a little greasy, you might want to wear some gloves because it's a little greasy, almost like a stain, so if it gets on your hands, wash them with dish soap but it may stay a little bit but I really like that you can scrub it off so I'm wondering if that's the case. that kind of stained look since I don't know how to explain it, but you can see what I'm doing here, but I really like the effect it gives, they have different shades too, they are darker, I think this is called. dark walnut or something actually it's almost like a stain but it's like on a stamp pad.

I'll start and stop talking about it now. I really love now these pieces of fabric that I actually got from a different project that got ruined because it got wet, I'm like in a move or something, but these are just pieces of fabric that I had a long time ago, the red ones I bought at Walmart like the fat quarters or whatever they are called and then I had them This musical fabric I bought a long time ago when I lived in Colorado at a small craft store but I'm trying to fight something similar and this ribbon is from Hobby Lobby and also I wore it out with that faded ink.

I love it. the look it gives and honestly guys I have no idea what the prices are for these. Moses suffered for a long time. I like to use what I have on hand, so that's what I was doing here now. These flowers were also from a project a different project and I just plucked them out there, but they're like those little burlap rosettes. I think they're from Walmart or Hobby Lobby, they're really cheap, so I'm just hot gluing everything on and then these labels. They were also from Hobby Lobby they come in a big package and I really like the brown part oh my gosh I don't know what happened to the editing there but I took some small stamps and wrote love on them and then using some twine wrapping that and just tying a little bow and this guy is done, I actually came back with that distress ink a little bit on the bow or maybe that was the next one anyway, like oh my god ignore me today.
Guys next is a Dollar Tree DIY that I made for Christmas and I just wanted to reuse it because it really wasn't my favorite after a while so I decided to make this now this is scrap paper that Mod had. Stick it on there and so done, I hot glued it on and it came out great so I decided to leave that paper and then I had this foam heart from Dollar Tree a long time ago, they come in packages like a lot pink and red foam

hearts

and I'm just Mod Podge and a little more of that paper, that music paper, and I just tore it up and you can see what I'm doing here and I just cut the edges to make it look pretty and more like a heart if anything overlapped too much.
Next, I just painted the back of one of those little wooden

hearts

from Dollar Tree with that same red and then I'm wearing down some Dollar Tree ribbon and just tying that up, hot glued it on. everything except the tape. I like to tie it up with ribbon or twine or whatever whenever I can because I'm poor and I don't want to use all my glue sticks before I have to so I just want to save money if I can't and then this little key was from Hobby Lobby it came in a package years ago and I pulled it from a different project I did a little more worn out with that faded ink and that was it and I think it came out so cute I sped this video up too fast sorry guys don't be shy we're just recording a video, what do you have?
We're going to use all of Mom's craft supplies, yeah, fun, huh, but for this next project I just grabbed some fabric that I had on hand. At Walmart I bought about three yards a long time ago. Nissa lasted me forever. It was like a dollar 79 a yard or something like that. It's a thin fabric that fits me very well, but I really like it. It's very cute for things like shabby chic and farmhouse type. I'm using this multi surface paint from Walmart it's like a dollar and it said the fabric on the back was one of the things I could use it for so I just grabbed it and just wanted to do those stripes I was just calling .
I don't know, correct me in the comments, but I just used painter's tape. I looked at him. You could use a ruler or something if you want to make it more perfect. It's probably the smartest thing to do, but I don't do it. I usually do the smart thing anyway and my camera cut out some of the footage but I just did a bigger stripe and then two smaller stripes on either side and I just did three of those in the heart and that was it with the paint It is very satisfying to remove the tape and see the result.
Oh no, I just made a side because it's not about doing extra work for no reason. I didn't care about the back, so I started gluing the two edges together with hot glue. I almost forgot to leave a hole to put my stuff in and don't do that, make sure you leave a hole anyway, so have this old pillow that I've been taking the filling out of for a while and it just breaks. I spread it all out to make it fluffier more because it was super old and mangled, but I stuck it all in there anyway until I felt it was full enough and then closed it back up with that glue, yes I'm using that one. distressed ink again don't be scared guys I like this look but if you don't like it just don't do it do something else and I also pulled the edges of the heart and used another piece of fabric. for me like a little patch and I just pulled on the edges to fray it but then it didn't matter because I decided to put tape around the edges so whatever I just took some more of that tape from Dollar Tree and glued it on hot. around the edges of my little patch and then I had this piece of brown ribbon from Walmart, I think a long time ago, and the other day I bought these little heart buttons from Walmart, so they should still be there, but they're like two and something like that.
How cute and then I used another piece of fabric and made a little heart. You can see what I'm doing. I thought it didn't stand out enough, so I used a marker to go around the edges and then just hot glued it on. that down and that little wooden button on top and I think it's adorable, let me know what you think and what kind of look you're going for with your Valentine's Day

decor
