edible

calculator! Wengie: You'll need fondant, Skittles, and white chocolate! Wengie: First, take your fondant and start kneading it with your hands to warm it up and soften it. Wengie: Next, you need to press it flat and slowly mold it with your hands into a triangular shape, which will form the base of your calculator.

Wengie: Use a pinching motion with your fingers to create crisp harmony; You'll end up with something like this! *Music playing* Wengie: Now, before it dries too much, take your Skittles, dip one side in a small amount of water and press it into the fondant; The water helps the Skittle stick when the fondant is dry; In fact, you can lick it too, but I didn't say that! Wengie: Make some rows of Skittles, which will be the buttons on your calculator; finally, take your white chocolate, cut a thin rectangle and press it on top; This step can be very fragile, depending on the thickness of the chocolate, so be gentle!

Wengie: This is your calculator screen, just finish it off by adding a few lines with a knife and you're done! Wengie: Okay, so you won't fool anyone who looks closely, but this looks super cute and colorful, so I was very happy with the result! *Music playing* Wendy: Wengie, look at your pens, they're so pretty and colorful! Wengie: Oh thanks, I made them myself! Wendy: What, that's crazy, you can make pens! Wengie: Actually, it's very simple! Wendy: What do you need as a machine, plastic? Wengie: No, Jolly Ranchers, Starburst! Wendy: Huh? (Wengie licks the

edible

pen) Wengie: Hey, do you want one?
Wendy: Erm, no, crazy! *Music playing* Wengie: Guys, I'm so proud of this Jolly Rancher edible pen! Wengie: To make this, you'll need some Jolly Ranchers, thick straws, pens, Starbursts, and blue tac! Wengie: First, remove the pen tube and keep the top of the pen too! Wengie: Next, cut the straw so that it is about a centimeter shorter than the pen tube; You will be able to place the top of the pen in the tube! Wengie: Then I rolled up some blue tac to cover the bottom of the straw and then I took the tube of my pen and just pushed the tip into the middle of the blue tac.
Wengie: Next, I use about five red Jelly Ranchers and melt them in the microwave; you can use any color; Of course, this mixture is extremely spicy, so be careful when handling it, I'm not kidding! Wengie: You basically want to pour it into the straw and yes, it can get a little messy, but that's okay; In the end it will still look great; While it's still soft, use your fingers to position the pen tube so it's right in the middle of the straw, because it looks better that way! Wengie: Now wait for it to dry and then cut the straw with thin scissors or a knife;
You may want your parents to help you with this because it is not that easy, it is very dangerous and you can get hurt! Wengie: When it finally comes out, you'll have something like this! *Music playing* Wengie: Now, take some Starburst in a matching color and use a small amount to shape the tip of the pen, and then spread some water around the body of the pen to hold it in place. *Music playing* Wengie: Finally, put the pen cap on the end and that's it! Wengie: What do you think? Pretty cool, right? Wengie: I made some pens with different colors and OMG I was so happy with these! *Music playing* Wendy: Wengie, you know not to bite your pencils;
They have all kinds of germs! Wengie: Oh, okay! *Music playing* Wengie: Hey, you just told me not to bite the pencil; Now you're chewing on yours! Wendy: This is bread for dipping; It's meant to be chewed, see? (Chewing) *Music playing* Wengie: What? *Music playing* Wengie: Hey! *Music playing* Wengie: We made some edible gum pencils in my previous video, and now, here we're going to make a different kind of edible pencil, using licorice and some rolled icing mix! Wengie: First, you're going to make the pencil lead by cutting a thin strip of licorice! Wengie: Next, take your frosting and start massaging it.
I use this yellow frosting, but you can try different colors if you want! Wengie: Basically, you want to make this into a long, thin tube and then flatten it; I turned my highlighter into a mini roller for this because it was just there! Wengie: When it's done, simply cut the top and bottom of the frosting to match the length. Wengie: They are also very crispy! Wengie: Then start rolling the licorice into the tube; It will end up looking like this and you'll just have to wait for it to dry! Wengie: When it's dry, the pencil becomes solid and you can take a knife and start shaving the tip to reveal the licorice underneath, and that's it!
Wengie: I think this is probably the most compelling edible pencil we've made so far, and I know people love or hate licorice, but I personally like it, so which team are you on? *Music playing* Wengie: Here, it's for you! (Silent movement) Wendy: Oh, thank you, you're the best! (Silent movement) Wengie: Wait, what are you doing? That's my coffee! Wendy: You told me to drink it! Wengie: No, I told you to eat the note! Wendy: What? Why would I do that? Wengie: Well, if you don't want it, I'll have it! *Music playing* (Wengie is eating the edible note) Wengie: And I'll have my coffee back! *Music playing* Wengie: To make these edible Post-It notes, you will need edible rice paper, edible paint, some edible markers, and some glucose syrup.
Wengie: First, you need to cut the edible paper into squares; I made mine three inches by three inches and managed to turn each sheet of A4 paper into twelve squares! *Music playing* Wengie: Next, squeeze some of your edible paints into a container and use a brush to paint them on both sides of the edible paper; If you have burst paint, it will look even better! Wengie: Now, wait for them to dry and you'll have some colorful Post-It notes that you can bite into with edible markers; You can even make them feel tacky and glue them together by applying a little glucose syrup or honey along one edge if you like! *Music playing* Wengie: Hello Wendy, can I borrow your ruler?
Wendy: No! Wengie: Why? I thought we were friends! Wendy: We are! Wengie: Why don't you lend me a ruler? (Wendy sighs) (Wendy breaks the edible rule) Wengie: Are you mad at me? I'm sorry! What did I do? Wendy: I'm not mad at you, yeah, I'll share my period with you! (Wendy licks the edible ruler) (Silent movement) Wendy: Mmmm! (Wendy licks the edible ruler) Wengie: Hmm! (Wengie licks edible ruler) *Music playing* Wengie: To make an edible ruler, you will first want to start with the icing sugar mixture and start kneading it. Wengie: When easy to handle, roll it out again into a long cube about thirty centimeters;
I use my highlighter as my emergency mini rolling pin and roll it out so it's flat. Basically, you need to make sure that an actual twelve-inch ruler can fit over your form. Wengie: So, just take a knife and cut off the excess frosting following the edges of the ruler! Wengie: Now you just have to wait for it to dry! *Music playing* Wengie: When it's dry, take a black edible marker and start drawing the ruler lines along one edge of the ruler until you're all the way through, and you can use a ruler to make this! *Music playing* Wengie: Then, fill in the numbers and that's it!
Wengie: The best thing about this edible ruler is that you can use it as a ruler and then eat it later! *Music playing* Wengie: So guys, did we do a good job today
