ceramic

and, you know, inside and out we have some polka dots, penny balls and glass maces for the centers of our

flower

s and a variety of leaf sizes . I also have my slim game that I like. I use paper plates because I find it so

easy

to lay out all my materials, fold up and put them back in the bag at the end of the day and I also like to recycle so I say my old sour cream holds my water bottles.

Junction's laundry this is my water source. I have a wet towel and some tools. I prepare my pot in advance and I do it by submerging it in water for at least an hour, but I like to do it overnight and what this does is fill all the pores of the clay so that it does not absorb moisture since when we put too much We quickly weaken it and then to reinforce that and keep it moist I have here a wet towel that I put inside the pot and that will keep the water coming out of the towel into the pot the whole time I'm working and I feel like it's drying.

I can use my water bottle and get it a little wet to start my prep area. I have a turntable because I will be working hot and it's nice to be able to spin it and I will loosely cover it with a garbage bag and this will do two things, one it will catch anything that falls on it and they will be at the bottom of the bag for easy cleanup and two When I'm not working on my pot, I'll just close the bag around it to keep the humidity in because the longer the pot and glue stay moist the stronger your finished product will be, which is why you might see a lot of other people seal the pod. .

I prefer not to based on my experience in construction. I know that with the least amount of materials together, it will have the least amount of failure, so since that's really made to stick to the pot and the water that I soaked it in and keeping the towel wet and that keeps the cells closed so that it does not absorb moisture from the adhesive and we do not risk a future chemical reaction between any sealants or PVA glue and our senses now we are going to prepare our senses and I like to put a little water in the bottom before adding my sensor and this prevents it from peeling and accumulating at the bottom.

I'll add some senses I do what I think I can do in a day, we just need to really mix this up. A great tip for managing your 10 sets is to work with a ziploc bag, this does several things, one of them also prevents certain things from drying out. quickly and two, it makes it easy to clean and you'll see I put it on this little plastic cup which makes it very easy to fill and now we're going to cut the corner off so we can use it as a little piping bag so now we're going to start like I said, this is a no cut project so we have some damaged glass here and we're just going to make a

flower

centerpiece look at whatever color you want to start with.
Working on putting some thin set on the back and giving it a little squish and I've selected five of the same shapes and colors of the petals and we're really just going to put them on and give them a little squish. At first I don't push them all the way in because I feel like I might need to make some adjustments, so once I have them fixed, I push them down and give them a little wiggle so they sit completely with the slim set and fit nicely. Ready to start. I also left a little gap here from the edge and that will give us room to bevel our growth when we get to grouting this project.
Let's add a little reef here to continue building and I'll take the next petal and put it in place starting in the center. This time I'm going to start with a petal to get an equal distance between my last flower and the center so you can see that these tiles are big and flat and networked and around the surface and it looks like you shouldn't be able to use this tile, but you can , so first we have to make sure that we have the entire back of the mosaic covered so that when we stain it you know that it is missing a technical term, there are no places for water to get behind that, so once we have it on position, we will smooth it out and try to place them all at an angle that will make them level when doing the grouting process.
Now I'm at the end of my day. I'm going to finish with the flowers and come back later and put in a little bit of a background. I'm going to finish laying my last tiles and it's at this point. that I go and look to see if I have anything that I think is going to interfere with my grouting process and I pick it out real quick and you'll see that now it comes off easily instead of getting all over the place because it's set up a little bit and you don't have to go between each tile. , it's just in case you think it's in a place where it could be seen when you're grouting, the last thing I'll do when we give this tall a nice, moist spot over and over again. we are going to close our bag at the top we give it a sliding arrow and now it will be here waiting for me when I come back to make the bottom we subscribe to our YouTube channel and we remember life all day you pick up the pieces
