in Deltarune. A lot of people wanted me to do this. So I gathered as many

secrets

as I could find. And everyone who spoke to me. There will be spoilers. So make sure you know the game before watching it. But now we can begin. The first secrets you can find are right at the beginning. When creating your character you can use names that trigger certain responses like in the original Undertale, but something more interesting happens when you choose Gaster as a name. It just completely restarts the game and doesn't let you use the name at all.

This was also the case in Undertale. Speaking of names, this is more of an interesting detail that I just want to throw in real quick for anyone who hasn't seen it. This again, DELTARUNE uses exactly the same letters as UNDERTALE and it is the same for the two names RALSEI and ASRIEL and now some more things about Ralsei. I'm sure most players choose to listen to his story, but you actually get a pretty funny cutscene if you just say no. After that, Ralsei will offer a combat tutorial against a dummy and this fight is super detailed, there are a lot of things that can go wrong and that's just what I did, enjoy.

No matter what you do, you'll get a manual after that that doesn't really help you, so you might want to throw it away. Now I understand that if you feel terrible after doing that, I certainly did, so there is one thing you can do at any time. time and that's being close to Raslei after a while. He will start to blush. It's a very small detail but it's really adorable. Let's get into some more random things you can find in the game. First of all, at home you can have Kris flush the toilet over and over again, which triggers some funny responses.

During the box puzzle, if you mess it up you'll get some great interactions between the characters. After Susie decides to be a better person, you can return to that Susie teacher and there will be a new dialogue waiting for you. This may not really count as a secret, but I think it's still important to point out. The unused classroom you find yourself in after your adventure is actually full of references. On the floor, you can see Sean the merchant, the big board, all the cards, just the whole world. And one thing that I unfortunately see a lot of people miss on their first playthrough, including myself, if you stay near the lake for a few seconds, you can talk to Union-san and I think it's 100% worth it.

But now it's time to get serious and talk about more mysterious secrets. For the first one, we have to go back to Undertale. And look at a certain weird character named "Clamgirl." this NPC tells you about someone named "suzy", of course it doesn't confirm it 100%, that's Susie from Deltarune, however, I think something else confirms it. As far as I know, this is only available in the Switch version of the game. Clamgirl receives new dialogue that says when it's time to meet this Susie; Suzy approaches quickly and then Deltarune is launched. Another connection to Undertaile can be made with the Lancer and Susie blueprints;

They look very similar to the ones you can find in Sans' secret room. I don't think this is extremely important. You know, maybe that's how Toby Fox always doses shots, but it's defiantly interesting to think about Ok, it's time for some things that really interest me personally. First, when you save your game for the first time, you are actually overwriting a save file. Kris already has one and you overwrite it with yours; then at the end Kris is seen ripping her soul out of her and throwing her into the cage. Really move! but you're still useful while Kris... or whoever just turns around to mock you :'( this raises so many questions, like who is Kris, when did that first save happen, and who are we that it's just overkill? that determination or is it even determination in this world, or is it something different?
