Dad's Giordano's Pizza Tutorial!!!

Jun 07, 2021
hey guys thats secret magic here and today my dad is going to make a

pizza

tutorial

so yeah lets get started hey today we are going to make a dark style stuffed

pizza

my first step is to roll out a first of all these balls of dough. It's been slightly warmed in a warm oven and it weighs about 460 grams, so the idea is that it's about a quarter inch thick, or if that's okay, now that the dough is rolled out, we'll put it in about ten percent. two inch deep pan that's been covered with butter, wow, the idea is to have it all the way to the sides and hanging down even a little more, now, we're going to cut off the excess batter. the sides are ok now that we have our batter pressed into the pan the next step is to add our meat in this case i'm going to use some Fugue sausage it's those tunes you use as kind of a soft sausage with heavy fennel and that's what we have here i like to wear gloves because it's quite a greasy thing it's easier to clean that way so it's important to put the sausage in first because the sausage takes a long time to cook and you want it with this style of pizza to be under the cheese so that we will only place one layer in the bottom of the pan and then we will put cheese on top.

If you wanted to put pepperoni on it, you had the sausage first and then the pepperoni on top. You're fine, so the sausage was basically placed here and now us. I'm going to add our shredded mozzarella cheese and for this size 10-inch pizza, I'm going to use 16 ounces of shredded cheese, so before we add our cheese layer, I'm going to go ahead and roll out the second layer of dough that's going to go on top of the pizza is the same size as the first one okay number two is rolled out and we're going to add our cheese and then place the second layer of dough on top it becomes one pound the cheese okay the cheese is done and now the letter number two of the dough goes on top and again we're going to use the knife to cut off the excess dough, so now that we have the second layer of dough there, I'm going to pinch it along with the first layer with the idea of ‚Äč‚Äčordering to combine on a layer of dough sometimes it doesn't stick very well so you can get a little bit of water on your hands and that will help make sure it will stick properly.

I have the two layers of dough in place with the fillings underneath, we've got a lot of extra dough here and we're going to use this to make breadsticks, so all I'll do with this dough is squash it into a ball of dough and then I'll roll it out later and we'll cut it into strips and then we'll cover it in salt and probably garlic butter so the next step is to put the sauce on it which is quite a thick sauce it's like a marinara sauce with oregano and garlic I put pretty heavy on the sauce ok so all the sauce has been applied and now the final step before it goes into the oven just to sprinkle on some grated parmesan and it's ready to go um ok now we were ready to put the pizza in the oven i like to put on the bottom rack of the oven on top of a pizza screen that will sit on top of a preheated piece of steel baking sheet you can also use a pizza stone and it will go into the oven at about 450p or probably 35 Minutes come on okay so it's been 35 minutes and we're going to take the pizza out of the oven look it's almost okay the trick is to do this without burning yourself okay so one way to know it's fact is you should have a good amount of space between the pain and the pizza what we do we can put this around and i look a little to the side here it is close it could be a little bit below what do you think it did to me?
