I'm a little jet lagged, but overall I'm very excited about this and thank you all, you made it possible for this to be able to come and run races like this, but thank you very much, we'll catch it. in the race, that's the race done 10K 44 minutes a little faster, we had some GPS issues with all the time to build TR here, so it's probably more like 45 minutes, let's take a quick shower and go to the Expo really.

About 10 years and yes, I've run quite a few big questions over the years, but it never really worked out to get here and come pick up my number and run the race. I just take out my phone and see what number. Hi, we're 1.8, right, oh, we're here, let's take a look. Hello afternoon, how are you doing?

marathon

. Actually, I don't even know what race you're going to enter, but you have to run the qualifying time, so about four-fifths, about 80% of the participants, will have run that qualifying time to be able to enter the race. . like 18 to 35 men, you have to run less than three hours and then go a little faster than that too because it's the fastest ones between 30 and 35,000 people who do the race and who actually enter and, yeah, another guy 1/5th of the people are all sorts of sponsoring venues or people who do international tours operating venues that sort of thing, so technically you don't have to run the big ones, but Myers you should, that's really what it's all about.

Running your BQ and coming here to celebrate Sarah now that you're on this side of me can you talk on the mic how excited are you for the London marathon exp spr next weekend yeah I'm really excited I know that doesn't sound I am, but I'm excited that you have the contrast between Sarah and I, but yeah, we'll be at the London Marathon Expo next weekend. We have a booth there, so it will be the whole next week on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We have a booth there with all our running caps, our t-shirts, our gear and all that kind of stuff, hopefully a lot of you will come and say hello to us, let us know if you're going to be there. f82 I think we are very nervous because I have never done anything like this before.
I have only sold this online our first thing in person. I'm really looking forward to it and yeah, I can't wait to see you there so on to this. A huge board behind me is the list of six-star finishes. I hope to join them soon. If I end up in Boston, I shouldn't keep saying that I'm sure we'll end up in Boston on Monday, but with me you never know. Let's be honest, then I'll just have to do Tokyo, which we can try to do next year. I contacted a couple of travel companies that I have tried to get through so many times, just one of those things, that's all. a little complicated, I don't really know, but I hope to test my abs to enter the Tokyo Marathon next year so we can finish it and get my six star result, probably before we get to the Seven Star, um, and then... .I will have to go to Sydney to finish that, everyone will get their normal technical legs fixed and recovered before Monday.
It's still so strange to say that the RAC is on Monday, but yeah, Patriots Day in Boston, um, I think it's always the third one. April weekend is always Monday, it's always the special day, well guys, we're moving away from the Expo, it's all done and then we're going to go out down the road here so you can see behind me because that's the line marathon B finish line where we will be on Monday so yeah really excited about that anyway awesome sorry I messed up your recording don't worry good luck we have the cyber truck on display.
Just over here, I actually saw one this morning while out running, I haven't seen any of those in the UK, they're not coming to the UK anyway, but as a car fanatic, probably one of my biggest hobbies, it's quite nice to see. My first Cyber Tru walking back across the finish line. What will be on the clock when we cross that well? I don't know. I get my excuses out of the way first, but I had about 5 weeks off in February. a hamstring strain which was really silly so I haven't really done any training this year, my mileage has been okay but here and now apart from turning my ankle a little this morning in the race this Tomorrow, we're pretty good.
So I'll take anything in sub 250, it'll be a really good race. I'm just here to have a laugh, make a good video experience out of Heartbreak Hill, and just experience the massive magic of the race. All my big training will focus on Valencia. At the end of the year I just want to have an amazing experience, so yeah, less than 250 Happy Days, with that I'll go a little faster and see how we go, but to be honest, I really have no idea. Because I haven't done any proper long training, my longest run so far this year is about 25km, so yeah, we'll see, so we'll go to lunch and see you in the morning for the ShakeOut.
I'm running really looking forward to it, but yes, I need to get some good fuel inside those Newton Hills Heartbreak Hill. I'm not getting up alone, so we need to get some good fuel in these legs over the next few days, so I hope you'll follow us, have enjoyed the whole day, and we'll see you early in the morning for the ShakeOut. Thank you so much for coming and joining me and Eric, thank you all for coming today. I don't know how many people we are. Looks like we have a couple hundred absolutely amazing super bombs coming tomorrow.
Alright, ready. Many thanks to everyone who came, impressed by the number of people who came to say hello to myself, Sarah and Eric too. uh we'll link to Eric's YouTube channel below YouTuber who is hugely on the rise right now creating awesome running content so go check out his channel and yeah the weather is looking really good for tomorrow nice trailer maybe a little warm, but We'll see, but now we're going to go back to the hotel and go and chat about each piece of kit that I'm using and finish this video guys, we're just starting to get everything ready for race day. around 2:00 on Saturday now and, yes, we have to upload this Vlog and finish it.
If you want to follow me, that's my number in terms of race day kit. with the Nike vaporfly version 3, my old trusty ones, I now have the new aex meta speed Sky p and Edge Sky Edition, so we'll try those out next week. I really want to wear those shoes for some of my upcoming races, but I just haven't had enough time to put enough miles on it, so maybe wearing them in London next week depends on how much training I can do next week, we have a lot, just I'm going to use the Inlet font, I can finally compete.
In this version of The Source Inlet, we've sold it out twice and I haven't even managed to run it yet, so yeah, really cool new design, check it out, but there won't be much left in it. The website soon managed to go buy some bagels and jam for my breakfast, although there is no toaster in the hotel so you will be a little strange having that combination, but that's it and finally, guys, best of luck if you compete in Boston . If you've run before, I love Boston, let me know how it went in the comments and yes, if you ran in Manchester or Rotterdam today, then yes, let us know how it went, it's always great to catch up, so for me and Sarah , who is it. editing this Vlog as I speak, uh, yeah, I hope everything is okay with you and I'll see you very, very soon, good luck, keep working hard guys, keep working and I'll see you in the next one.
