I want to make it with sturgeon because a lot of times it's also made with thin slices of pork, so I'll use sturgeon instead and I think it will be Well, first we're going to start with half a cabbage and we're going to cut it into small slices and dice and we'll put it in a bowl and then I'm also going to add some green onions in there like Okay, and this is a portion of the sturgeon, I'm going to slice it thin like sashimi, slice it thin and cut it cold, and moving on, this is another piece of the sturgeon, I'm just going to take it, butterfly this piece open and We'll leave it at that, these are some of the dry ingredients that we're going to use today and the first one is okunomi flour, but if you don't have access to this stuff, you can use all purpose flour.
