The suspect appears to be emerging from the rear windshield of that vehicle.

We don't know if anyone else is there, but that person is now in custody again. This is Hollywood I-95 southbound. Now there is another person they are arresting. Police were moving to stop the two suspects who were in that speeding car. We had been watching for you and we just broke into Good Morning America to tell you live. That vehicle was speeding on I-95 southbound through the Hollywood area and it appeared the driver was trying to make a move to exit at Hollywood. We'll let him know exactly which exit it is as soon as we can see it and then he saw all the police officers come in and arrest them both.
