Can I Beat Terraria Master Mode Using Only Summon Weapons?

Apr 17, 2024
Terraria Master Mode is a difficulty that requires maximum skill to complete and the Summoner is a class that provides very little protection. Immense talent is required now. I have no skills or talent and I'm sure I've never tried Master

mode

or played as a Summoner. but I can already tell you that this challenge will go smoothly. I enter the world and immediately realize how much harder the world will be than in normal

mode

and being restricted to

only

using

summon

er

weapons

means that in order to progress I must. I'll need to find defense personnel first, so while I scan the world for one, here's how the challenge will play out first.

I can

only

use whips and Minion

summon

weapons

. In this video there will be no central use. Second accidents happen, so Damage done. by a spike bomb etc, that's not on purpose doesn't mean I failed and finally I have three targets. I plan to complete one defeat of each boss in the mini boss, two defeats during the day, Empress of Light, three defeats of the Moon Lord and the game along with it. After an hour of searching through worlds I finally managed to find the Finch Staff, now in my possession, the journey has officially begun and heads south almost immediately as I first die to a couple of literal bees I think. that I'm starting.

More Interesting Facts About,

To figure out why they call this mode

master

, I continued exploring the world, but soon night came, so I frantically started setting up the base camp. I died from a zombie and built myself the most spacious mud hut overnight. I expanded into a cozy log cabin. While I let my Finch staff do all the heavy lifting, the night ends and I head straight to an ice cave in search of Flink's fur that would not only allow me to create a summon but also a piece of summoner armor, let's say I did it. I won't get very far, well now I know there's a trap there.

I surely won't fall into it again. I finally overcame the threat of a dart trap and began the hunt. Finding flies is usually the hard part and killing them is easy. well not anymore Taco can only do about two damage per hit and flins have 210 health meaning it takes almost two full minutes to kill a single flinx. Thank goodness I only have to do this two more times. I collect enough skin to make the staff. and start mining platinum, which I also need. I'm looking for a pair of brown boots. I finish collecting platinum and craft Flink's staff.

A massive damage buff to the Finch Staff. Sorry, Taco, you serve me well, friend. I return to the ice caves and force new pet flinks to attack their own kind. I finished collecting all the fur I need and crafted the flinks for the coat, allowing me to have two minions at once, doubling my damage. I explore the world a little more in hopes of getting my Beast area. to 10% for the zoologist to intervene and could you look at that with the zoologist here? Now I can buy my first whip. I've never messed around with whips, but man, this is amazing.
I spend the next few days mining for platinum and hunting. for Life Crystals I make a platinum helmet, platinum pants, a diamond toilet and build an arena to fight the Slime King and I'm guilty of leaving only one thing on my pre-boss checklist in the horribly hellish jungle. I go to death more than I care. I'll say it later and I have everything I need to do the Snap Thorn, it's the second best whip in pre-hard mode so naturally it's a big damage boost. Now I have everything I need to take on the Slime King, which means it's boss time, baby, I summoned my first Master Mode Boss ready for the most intense fight of my life.
I only get hit twice in the entire battle. I thought this was supposed to be a difficult challenge. The Slime King is defeated, earning me my first Relic. Next is the I cthulu I. I invoke it and I am immediately hit. I'm so sorry, that joke is really horny. I'm going to ride. I'll leave it with the eye jokes, aside from that initial blow. The rest of the fight is very easy and soon the Eye of Cthulu will appear. he is defeated. I start preparing for cthulu's brain right away. I built a basic arena in the crimson caverns and collected some more life crystals.
I have no idea how he's going to go, but I made it through Crimson Hearts. I woke up Cthulu's brain and the fight. It starts off well enough until the brain teleports away and I'm returned to it in a matter of seconds. I am left with less than a heart of health. I somehow manage to escape and drink a healing potion

using

my whip. I take out the rest. the creepers leave only the brain to kill for such a massive mind, you think it would be a harder boss but the rest of the fight ends up being a complete joke, the whip leaves a target circle icon on the boss that apparently doesn't go away . when the brain itself always lets me know which three are fake and which one is real, a few cracks of the whip later and cthulu's brain is defeated, I invent a nightmare pickaxe M, some obsidian hooks into an inferno, forges and I create a full Obsidian Armor Set that greatly improves both my minion and whip damage, but that's not the only upgrade I make upon returning to the depths.
I drink a potion of obsidian skin and my hellstone. I can get enough quickly and create the final summon weapon in pre-hard mode. imp staff and with all that out of the way it's time to prepare for Skeletron, this task would normally be simple except for the fact that the meteor landed directly next to the dungeon causing one of my least enemies to favorites in all of Terraria to appear and since I hate myself instead of just removing the meteorite that I suffered throughout building a basic Arena while constantly being harassed by meteor heads, I finally finish it.
I brew some potions and curse, old Skeletron wakes up and I know I'm screwed in seconds. Skeletron delivers incredibly strong blows and the meteor heads want to catch me. They kill me before even removing the skeleton's hands. This is going to suck. I make the arena a little bigger, but the goblins invade before I can give the new Arena a try. test drive, it turns out that the Goblin Army is still super easy in

master

mode, so I quickly take care of them, which means that after adding some sunflowers to the arena, it's time for Skeletron again, trying two goes infinitely better than before.
I won't go broke. by meteor heads and I can barely destroy both of Skeletron's hands, but it still counts, it's blatantly clear at this point that I'm not ready for this fight, so in hopes of fixing that I search and find the manipulative goblin. I buy a pair. from rocket boots, upgrade them to lightning boots and reforge my weapons, I already feel much more confident. I curse the old man for the third time. The fight starts hard. I take tons of damage right away, but by now I've already learned how to use Master Skeletron mode. works.
I manage to destroy both hands before accidentally dodging Skeletron's spinning skull, but after a quick heal I'm back and soon Skeletron is defeated, allowing entry into the dungeon. I go in looking for a few different things. the bewitching table, which I can grab quickly, the alchemy table which I also find pretty easy, and a ton of bones. It takes a few minutes, but once I've had enough, I get out of there with a handful of bones. able to create the final pre-hard mode, whip the lumbar puncture and thanks to the spell table I can now have an extra summon.
Now I have pretty much the best possible summoning gear before hard mode, so I head straight into the jungle to start digging for a queen bee. Sand unfortunately and also unfortunately I never manage to excavate anything because while trying to cover the queen bee's lava I accidentally broke it with my grappling hook despite being completely unprepared and with hardly any space or preparations, I decide that I might as well give The fight was my best chance with only 60 health to my name and in complete shock the queen bee was defeated, that was crazy and frankly saved me a lot of time and effort.
As for progression, deerclops is next, so I build a single deck and spawn. him and since my imps aren't good at hitting moving targets, I use my Flink friends instead. I wish there was something interesting to report about this fight, but before long the stag clubs were defeated leaving only the Wall of Flesh blocking us. Since I enter hard mode I start preparing for the fight by building an infernal bridge. I don't really know how long it will take to build it, so I make it to what I think will be long enough and then add things like heart lanterns, sunflowers, and campfires, waiting for my preparations.
It will be enough. I throw the voodoo doll GU into the lava and simultaneously kill the guide and awaken my Doom. The fight starts off great. I get hit a few times, but I can heal it as time goes by. Things are starting to get better. the wall gets worse the number of lasers increases and the hunger reforms I try to hold on to life but I am overtaken by the Wall of Flesh before I reach half Health not knowing how the hell I am going to defeat that Beast I decided I needed change something in what I'm doing and that thing is my armor, while my current obsidian armor provides a lot of whip damage.
I prefer to rely on my minions to do the damage so I can focus on dodging, that's where the B armor is. The steps on it have less defense but increase minion damage and give me an extra minion slot allowing me to have three minions without any buffs instead of the two I got with obsidian armor when returning to the jungle. This time I summoned the queen bee on purpose. time, but this fight is not a piece of cake. I was on the verge of death the entire battle and barely managed to defeat our first attempt, second attempt, then forged a set of

beat

armor and stuck with an impulsive honey theme for extra regeneration.
With that I awaken the Wall of Flesh once again, my new armor works wonders. I come out relatively unscathed for most of the fight, but man, this boss gets so chaotic the further you go and I lose everything in a matter of seconds, dying to the Wall of Flesh with only 741 health left, it was such a close fight. I go in on attempt number three using the massive spinal tab range. I can efficiently kill the hungry while adding that my imps do all the damage to the wall itself. I continue this pattern of killing the hungry, dodging lasers and taking hits on the wall until after only 2 minutes of battle, the mighty wall of flesh is defeated, releasing upon the world the spirits of light and darkness and throwing me which I will soon realize. to be one of the most exhausting and difficult chapters ever, but while I enjoy the final Pre-Hardmode Relic and consume a demon's heart, if you are enjoying the video, I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider subscribing.
I have some positively wild ones. projects in progress that I guarantee you won't want to miss now that I'm finally on hard mode. I jump right into hard mode or do grinds. I break some altars and head to the caves, the only reason I'm doing it. The mineral hard mode is to make a myal anvil, which I need to make spider armor. I mine for a few minutes until I can make an anvil and pickaxe and then return to the mines to collect spider fangs. What is this fair like? doing so much damage is ridiculous. I die a total of four times before collecting enough spider fangs to allow me to craft my first hard mod armor and weapon set.
Now I can have four minions at once without any upgrades and that's when it hits me. I completely forgot to buy the witch doctor's pygmy necklace. I finally bought it by increasing my Max minions by one, but I still don't feel ready to take on a boss, so while I wait for it to rain so ice gems can appear. sleep the following for several days in a row, oh uh, let's move on to the next, the next, the next, please build a basic ocean arena and learn that the blood moon mini bosses are no joke, it rains eventually, so I'm rushing to get an ice core that I can use to create my first Cool Whip, no, I mean, it's literally called The Cool Whip.
It does almost twice as much damage as Spinal T, which I demonstrate to another Frost Golem who kindly drops an Ice Feather a few minutes into WN. Then I farm and make myself a couple of Frost Wings. I feel pretty good about my new equipment, so I decide it's time to fight the Slime Queen. I'm heading to Hallo Jungle hoping to get a Jelly Crystal. Instead, I die about 100 times to each and every creature in the jungle, eventually finding one and building an arena on the surface and without much confidence awakening the slime queen hoping against hope that it is there. fight wasjust a coincidence.
I breed her again. Attempt number two is a little better, but once again I'm dead before she gets half health. There are so many random projectiles and enemies that think she might not be able to defeat her with the equipment I have. I find that Shimmer transmutes my sorcerer emblem into a summoner. emblem and while I'm doing some renovations I get this message which means the twins are getting closer quickly. I don't have a proper Arena setup, so I try to get to my platform in the jungle, but I don't get there in time, forcing me to fight the twins in the desert, the fight goes as well as I could have hoped, without preparations and having never fought the twins in master mode before, I am able to turn green beyond half my health, but their flame attack burns me to a pulp immediately afterward despite losing the battle.
I'm surprised how far I got considering the circumstances, so I decided to make a variety of potions and in my Ocean Sand I summon the twins. I really wish I could say that this fight went well and the twins were defeated, but unfortunately I clearly can't, I don't stand a chance against the twins in my current state, so I decide to take on the Destroyer instead. I have no words to describe what just happened. The sheer number of lasers and probes is like nothing I've seen before. In total shock, I decide that the Destroyer is definitely off the table, leaving me with only three options: Skeletron Prime Queen Slime or the fearsome Nautilus, deciding that I have the most to gain by defeating the fearsome Nautilus.
I do so next. I can fish the Nautilus pretty quickly, but I shipwreck even faster without more blood tears to use. I turn toward the only avenue I don't have yet to go down Skeletron Prime. I invoke it and it really begins. I turn out great, I can constantly dodge his attacks, I finally go to defeat a boss and make some real progress and then I realize there's a huge problem: my spider minions are doing little to no damage with the way Skeletron is move and form. I'm forced to dodge as my flightless minions almost never deal damage, a big problem for a boss with over 53,000 health.
I move on, but in a fight this long, at some point, something can go wrong and that for me was A Singular Harpy after doing a little math. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have done enough damage to remove it before daylight. Anyway, now I've tried all the progression routes and none of them have worked. I'm basically stuck at the beginning. hard mode, but the feeling of defeat is what finally puts some gears into place. I've been playing as if it were normal mode. Small arenas, just a few upgrade potions, and no full commitment to boss fights if I really want to have a chance at success.
I need to completely change the way I play, starting with my summon weapon, my spider staff doesn't do enough damage, so I start a pirate invitation, kill a Flying Dutchman and get the pirate staff. Unfortunately, it's not a flying summon, but yes. I have higher base damage then if I'm going to play the game differently I have to look good doing it, oh and this really has nothing to do with playing the game differently but I randomly get my first key Sacred Nowhere to Get Back on Track My Queen Slime Are desperately in need of a makeover, so I double the length of the platform and cover all the thinking heart lanterns and bonfires, as well as two heart statues and some ponds of honey, finally to transition to master. final mindset mode I create an artificial corruption biome so I can fish for eban Koy to make rage potions.
I have done. I'm finally playing like I'm in master mode. I'm ready to take on the Queen's slime once again, but of course not before I get my second and definitely not last sacred key. I use a jelly crystal and the slime queen wakes up. Something must have really changed his mind because this fight is going much better than before. I can dodge most of her attacks while dealing semi-consistent damage, however, I make a fatal mistake that traps me and takes out most of my health. Inevitably, I fall to the Queen's slime once again, but I was close, the Queen's slime had been reduced to less than 4,000 health, this is a very doable fight, so I spawn her again and, just like the last time the fight starts out great, I get her down to 3/4 health without getting hit once she gets to phase two and things get really dangerous when she was in her first phase. she took damage at a fairly fast rate, but during her second phase she is constantly in the air where my Pirates can't hit her, which slows down the fight substantially.
I continue to fight for every extra second of life playing harder than ever and finally after a full 10. After hours of making no progress, the large, gelatinous slime queen is defeated. She immediately opened her treasure bag and inside it she found the sword staff exactly what she was looking for. She does way more damage than the damn Flightless Pirates. Things are literally looking up because it's about time I show those miserable twins who's boss, I use a mechanical eye. Wake up the twins, the fight is a piece of cake. Not only am I doing a ton more damage, but I also decided to wear a platinum helmet that doubles my defense.
I point to Greny. start and destroy it fairly easily, leaving only the red one, the much easier of the two, and in just a matter of moments my big enemies are defeated using my new health bars which makes the dur doll a not so bad upgrade. I also create the optics. personal, but it sucks really bad, so I never end up using it and continue with my boss doing Rampage. I change part of the Arena to Asphalt and summon Skeletron Prime, but apparently it didn't go well, as I wrote in my notes about this fight. it was oh jez please don't show this fight and while I should probably listen to that advice, here's the end of the clip anyway, well that was hard to watch in an attempt to distance myself from that train wreck.
I changed direction to face the laser. I do so much damage that the sword staff ignores immunity frames, so I can constantly get over 1000 damage per second, reaching even higher numbers in the 2000s range, but that doesn't mean the fight The lasers and probes keep me decently down throughout the fight, but as the fight goes on it gets easier and easier and the destroyer of worlds is defeated, which takes me back. to Skeletron Prime. It starts out pretty good until I get slammed into Skeletron by spinning my skull. Losing most of my health, I surprisingly come out alive and very slowly heal everything, but of course Terrari just has to throw a glance into the mix.
Now I have to simultaneously dodge five Skeletron appendages and maneuver around a 30-foot dragon. I somehow managed to take out the wyvern and can focus on Skeletron again and with a completely full health bar, the final mechanical boss is defeated and Planta is the next boss I plan to duel. I suppose I could also pull off something extremely complicated. the way I want the Desert Key so that once Planta is defeated I can immediately get the Desert Tiger Staff with everything now explained. I would like to formally welcome you to the fairly off show starring quite off.
I woke up this morning knowing that today was the day I was going to farm until I got that damn key. I arrived in the desert and began to massacre the innocents. I continued this for half an hour when bam, well, it tickled me pink, that's not the key I was looking for and Also, how the hell did I get a jungle key that makes about as much sense as a screen door on a submarine in the hopes of appease the desert gods? I changed my outfit and then went back to it. Well, could you look at that after a simple After an hour and a half of assassinating, the long-sought key finally drops, it's not that good, so we move on, there's nothing left to stand in the way of fighting Planta, so I head to the jungle and start digging some sand, it's going horrible.
I started to die. so much so that I even took the time to install a hollow pylon for easy access after countless deaths. I finish the sand and decide it's time to break a light bulb. Waking up the plant, Terraria's most exciting boss, is an incredibly easy fight if he just goes around it. I'm practically untouchable, this could just be a one-shot deal, oh boy, it couldn't have been further from the truth. Plant enters Phase 2 and Chaos is unleashed. I hold on as long as I can, but after just a few seconds it's over. Knowing that I almost have the best equipment for this stage of the game, I go straight to attempt number two, I break his light bulb and just before his first phase activates without problems, then comes his second phase, but this time I am Ready for the madness, I can dodge it pretty well, and as his health decreases, my confidence gains very quickly.
She's down to 20,000 health 10,000 1,000 health. I'm so close and so far with only 1.81 health left, I die. once again to plant, if only I could have survived another 2 seconds I would have won, while the second attempt did not go as planned, it let me know that this is a battle that can be won, so after increasing the size from the Arena, I enter. for attempt number three, then four, then five, at this point I'm furious, I came so close on my second attempt and I've only been getting worse since then, why is this fight so hard? So, for the sixth time, I wake up my biggest opponent, SL lover, but whatever, I get to phase 2 and I'm actually making progress, the fight is going well for some and finally, after five failed attempts, the plant goes away. defense 47.
I was missing 407 health to defeat the powerful plant. I deal over 500 damage per second, meaning that if I could have survived even for 1 more second, I would have been free from this seemingly impossible task, now knowing clearly that every damage counts, I decided that it might be worth making a hellish potion, so after fishing for lava for a while and topping up with my other potions, I head to my plant arena for what I hope is the last time and finally the Great and Powerful plant is defeated, rewarding me with a temple key and my relic most precious, but with the plant gone once and for all, now I can.
I buy a set of tiki armor and a Hercules beetle from the witch doctor and unlock the desert chest. I head to the post plara dungeon, drink a spelunker's potion, and after just a few minutes of searching I find the sacred chest of the desert. I unlock it. and grab the desert tiger staff, it's amazing. I can deal over 1000 damage per second, unfortunately my time in the dungeon is not over yet. Morning Star is my next whip upgrade so I set up a mini dungeon farm after just a few minutes and a couple of kills the Morning Star is mine it's a ridiculously massive damage boost and thank goodness I got it when I did because Terra's first post-plan solar eclipse begins, it turns out to be a pretty standard event.
Pinheads do an unfair amount of damage Mothron is super easy and I have my hands on a Death Sphere Staff which I now consider to be the third best summon in the game. I tend to stick with a desert tiger staff for tight environments, but if I'm outdoors it's the deadly spear staff until the end. I'm basically at the end of the summoner progression, so I decided to participate in one of the final events that it will really improve my equipment which is Pumpkin Moon, I use The Medallion and prepare for my favorite event. He made it to the end to greet 10 immortals and defeat both Morningwood and Pump King.
The event ends and I find an NEC Romance Scroll on the battlefield. I craft the Papyrus scroll and finally receive the advance for you and what an army yet. I need some Pumpkin Moon stuff so I start it over again and just a few waves in another holy key drop, what am I supposed to do with three holy keys? The event ends, but I'm still a pair of creepy woods. The short spooky wood is one of the main reasons I'm doing the pumpkin moons as I wait for the night to do the event again, a fourth damn holy key drops from a slime Pumpkin Moon later and I finally have enough wood creepy to forge my final set of armor which gives me a total of 30 defenses, only five more than the cast armor despite the absurdly low defense.
I'm as prepared as I can be right now, so it's time to face the Golem I make. I made my way to the jungle temple and, being the professional that I am, I made it through without even triggering a single trap. I build a Bare Bones arena. I pick up my second jungle key and summon the Golem. I'm using my personal spheredeadly to the fight and unfortunately I can do tons of damage, however so is the Golem, there are quite a few close calls but as usual it's not that bad and the Golem is defeated and quickly moves on to the next boss On my list is Duke Fishron but honestly I'm a little scared of that fight so I'll go back to boring old events.
Wow, look, I'm making such a cool Frost Moon that it takes a few tries, but I can knock them all out. three mini bosses the next event I'm going to get out of the way is the old On army. I place the crystal at the beginning of the invasion. They destroy me completely without even reaching a for. I guess one will have to be a future one. My problem still continues at my event. I start Martian Madness. I really don't understand how on Mars. This is a fair fight. Each enemy does so much damage and that's just the tip of the crater, the pure lud dioc of the Martian saucer.
The third phase is out of this world, seriously, how am I supposed to survive an attack that takes out 80% of my health? Unfortunately, I don't end up being able to destroy a dish, so I add Marsh Madness to the missing Future Me dish. I couldn't put it off any longer. I changed my outfit, collected some truffle worms, and took out the Duke. This has always been one of my favorite boss fights and somehow in master mode it's even better. I am advancing in its first two phases. and R in Phase 3, which is something I've never had to deal with, is terrifying.
Honestly, I didn't expect to get this far on my first try, so without hesitation I summon Dukon again, get to the phase and I'm positively swinging it until I make a fatal mistake and die to the Duke with only 656 health left. No, not again, please, not again. Fearing another plant-horror situation, I find the source of my inability to defeat Dukon, which is clearly my outfit. It's completely killing my vibe, so I tap into my inner Rune Wizard and don this new positive fire outfit. , knowing that now with 100% certainty I can win. I return to the Sea and see that the Duke has awakened again.
I dodged my way to the end of him. Having only been hit twice, but the unpredictable unpredictability of Duke Run's attacks wears down my health, still, in a moment of pure genius, Duke Fishron is defeated. I get the Tempest cane, but after a quick test at the plant, I find it to be complete garbage, only three. The bosses now remain with the Empress of Light being next on the results list. This would normally be big news since she's my favorite boss, but alas, I've foolishly decided to take on Master mode. Summoner alone before the moon. Lord during the day.
Empress of light. What's happening to me? I've never

beat

en Daytime Empress before, so obviously this is going to be quite a challenge, which means I have a lot of preparation to do. I build a group of houses on the beach. I'll get the ninja master gear to change me into my best and latest outfit. I'll wear all my accessories. order mostly and spend a few hours collecting tons of Prismatic Lacewings and just like that, I'm ready to begin what is sure to be an excruciatingly long journey to defeat one of Terraria's toughest bosses without taking a hit, so without further ado, the Empress of Light's number one attempt during the day, what a truly incredible start.
I move on to attempt number two on attempt number 20. I'm starting to text him and get to phase two for a second at least on attempt 50. I can consistently get to our second phase. I make no progress from Attempt 56 until obtaining a new BP at Attempt 121 by Attempt 15. I have mastered the attack pattern of the second phase of the empress. Now it's just a matter of doing it three times in a row after more than 12 hours of work. 207 failed attempts. and Dr Pepper can emptier than I care to reveal, the all-powerful Empress of Daylight is defeated, rewarding me with the best summoning weapon in all of Terraria, Terra Prisma.
Not only did I spend a full day with the empress, but between battles I also spent a few. Shenanigans ensued, so I think it's about time you caught up again in hopes of getting Zeno's staff. I started another Martian madness between fights and this time I managed to kill a Martian saucer, unfortunately there is no staff. Another thing that happened is with how many attempts were you making each day? I was forced to stay up every night to click on the prismatic lace wings and randomly during one of those nights I drop the fifth sacred key and just a few nights later I somehow get not one, not one two, but three sacred. keys in a single night sometimes I am very afraid of the luck I have in the present.
I still want the Empress' kaleidoscope, so I spawn her for the 209th time. I can kill her without taking any damage and fight her. It's extremely fast thanks to my new friends, it drops the kaleidoscope, which means I officially got the best summoner gear before Moon Lord after such a crazy chain of events. I continue to advance by summoning the Ancient's army once again, waves 1 through six are super easy with my team and soon the final wave is approaching, it's absolute chaos. Not only am I trying to kill a dragon but I'm also trying to keep the crystal alive long enough to be able to take out Betsy, it's extremely close, but the bets were defeated and I die immediately, finally gaining victory and completing by I complete my mini boss' relic room.
Now I've finished everything I want before finishing the game, so it's time to prepare to face Terraria's final boss, Moon Lord. I'm coming for you, brother, to start. I built a giant skybridge complete with tons of upgrade blocks and a decimated Sky Island. Then I prepare a bunch of potions for the pillar cultist and for the Moon Lord himself, and without knowing at all how The last chapter of the story is going to continue. I summon the lunatic cultist even in master mode. This is a pretty simple fight and a quick pro tip. If you're having trouble identifying the real cultist, fight them at night, which makes it much easier to tell. difference, but before long the cultist is defeated, which brings down the chaos by going from left to right, the solar pillar is up first, why does everyone always say that the solar pillar sucks because it completes everything without dying once and Do I consider it officially?
The second easiest pillar now in the nebula event, unlike the solar pillar, this one is correctly labeled as a harder pillar. I die a couple of times and I rank it as the most difficult celestial pillar. The Vortex pillar is next and it's a complete joke, it's so ridiculously easy that all you need to beat it is six blocks, the enemies spawn right above you which makes it really simple and quick to complete, this one is, with difference, the easiest pillar and last but not least, after making sure all my items and equipment are in order, I take it on. the Stardust pillar.
I die a couple of times and I would rank this pillar as the second hardest and once it is destroyed, imminent doom approaches. I frantically prepare some super healing potions. I save it on the Moonl Lord platform and wait. I'm terrified. What if later? All this time, Moon Lord is too difficult, what if I just don't have what it takes to beat Master Mode? After what seems like hours of waiting, the great and inevitable Moon Lord awakens, while he obviously wishes he had won the fight. On my first try, part of me is glad that Terraria won the final challenge for me.
I make a celestial seal and once again awaken the Moon Lord in a matter of moments. The hands are destroyed, but after dodging a ghostly death ray he was trapped at the bottom. the gravity of space receives several devastating blows sealing my fate returning to it. I summon him for the third time after so many failed attempts. I'm completely out of pillar fragments, so guess who will be able to make the pillars again. Yay, now this video is done. really long, so I'm going to go through all the pillars in less than 10 seconds from now on, the solar pillar is the easiest thing ever.
I literally don't get hit once. You are all bad. I die once in the nebula. event, but it really isn't very difficult and during the Stardust and Vortex pillars I don't die at all with all the pillars gone, approaching imminent doom once again, but instead of using the airlift I decide to use my Empress deck, which I learned quickly become the right choice. I can maneuver much better. It almost feels like cheating, at least until they completely kill me. It is at this point that I pause to think about what I can change to give myself an advantage.
Moon Lord, I look at my armor, my weapons, my accessories and then my defense. I have each of my accessories rebuilt to protect or shield them, which gives me a total of 60 defense, but it is undeniable that it is not helping me much against the moon. The Lord's powerful attacks and that's when it finally hits me, no matter how much defense I have, if I get hit by the Moon Lord it will do a lot of damage, no matter what, if I want to be victorious, I just need to get it. I hit less with that in mind.
I reforge all my accessories to be threatening or angry. Honestly, it's scary how much damage I do and for those curious, here's my final loadout. I use a celestial seal to let the powerful Lord of the Moon know that his impending doom is approaching. I place my last Relic on its Mount and look back to see how far we have come and finally, in a world now free from Evil, free from chaos and free from the clutches of its many now defeated tyrants, I crack my whip for the last time. once and leave the world satisfied.
Making this video was one of the most fun times I've had playing Terraria and I have you guys to thank for that. Everyone makes the 75 hours of filming, days of scripting, and weeks of editing possible by watching these videos. Really thanks. I have some wacky projects in the works, so be sure to subscribe so you don't miss out. I promise this time it won't take as long with all that said, thanks again for watching, have an absolutely wonderful day and see you soon
