First, clean to remove loose dirt and rust. Ready for sandblasting. The rust caused a lot of damage to these parts. It has breaks and dents. Make small slots for soldering. The piece was a little bent due to welding. Screw tightly and let cool slowly. Sand again to obtain a nice later golden brown. Liquid browning putty. Ready to paint. 2-component primer 2-component paint "deep black" (RAL 9005) gold I make two pieces of brass to support the shackle on the side.These parts have suffered a lot of rust damage, but still work.
