It's still typical, like the Jamaican sauna dinner. fried chicken rice and peas and with fried plans the first thing i'm going to do my chicken is create a march it's like a marinade pretty much use whatever seasonings you want if you like pepper add pepper add lots of pepper or whatever the case is you're going to do that i'll show you what i am i'm going to mash and then do the chicken the reason i like to do the chicken hole most of the time is that it's easier other to cut it and the truth is that I find that chicken tends to have a little moisture, especially in the joints. it doesn't dry as much because there aren't much smaller surface areas to dry so anyways let's get into the video let's see guys like videos like these give it a like give it a thumbs up like a thumbs up up in any case and I'll catch them on the next take, you know, use a mallet or something, make sure you cut out any bad parts like this, as long as you don't use a mallet or something, you can just mix it up.
