Stay tuned to discover each individual stage from day one. 9 a.m. m., shortly after dropping off the vehicle and once I arrived, but after dropping the client off at the train station, I began the most important detail to date with the Lenoir tuk, which would be the engine compartment first, which began with a power jet wash to remove the loose top. My usual cleaning products and tools were used which is Pro Bulk All Purpose Cleaner diluted five to one, Swiss Dollar Detail Brush and Easy Detail Brush, Martin Cotton Lowry Brush and Small Scrub Brush glass.

I spent quite a bit of time in the engine bay attending to each area and attending to all the different types of materials, but I felt like the engine bay had been shaken up enough and everything was rinsed off with the jet watch if you want to see it. A complete guide detailing the stepper motor compartment, then visit my other uploads as I have covered this process in great detail. Deadly nuts, the top of the engine bay takes about an hour to clean initially and when this was done I started on the next task which is a complete decontamination of the wheels from deep cleaning the arches, surprisingly because the Arches were absolutely filthy and due to the fact that they were mainly of a cloth material, this was a task that took quite some time before the wheels were removed one by one.

One and I worked on each of the four sections, one at a time, the bows were given half rates of Philip Tree to remove as much dirt as possible before hitting the bow with a strong dilution of cleaner multi-purpose and Then, by shaking with Burmese willow bushes, I found that the top of the bristle brush, that is, the top tire shown, Bush did the best job of cleaning the pump. The regular wheel brush was good for tighter areas, like around the suspension, and easy to detail. The brush and the Martin Cox and our bushes were good at reaching between the various axes of the spray pipes and random spaces and crevices.

The process for the arches involved pre-rinsing agitation with a strong APC and several brushes. Rinse again and shake with a PC and several booties. for the second time and then four final snap rings, this time consuming and physically demanding task was a good stage to get out of the way early, the wheels were initially rinsed to remove loose stuff before being hit with the tire remover itself. radioactive fallout. On two separate occasions, each timer agitated the product using my flexible Swiss detailing brush, and with the benefit of having the wheels off the car, I was able to completely decontaminate the internal barrels and the people behind us after the state of waste removal, which made a big difference with the RS5 summer wheelset.

Tire deposits were removed, requiring two separate hits of the tile remover chemical and glue. The never ending list of things to do is to deep clean the convertible top like all the detail stages, this started with an initial pre-rinse, the jet wash was kept a respectable distance from the fabric material so as not to cause any damage to the mediocre . delicate surface after pre-rinsing, I applied a tenth dilution of all-purpose cleaner to clean the entire fabric and began the agitation process with a Sonax upholstery cleaner again, like most details involved, you need to take your time.
I noticed that with this convertible abstract, it took a few moments for each section to begin to turn slightly green as the moss or algae contamination was drawn from deep within the material. If I rushed this process and the wheel arches and engine bay, they would. still being dirty afterwards, which is not what the details are about. I took my time as I went over the fabric roof and reapplied the product when we were quiet, when the agitation stage was complete to my own satisfaction the hood was thoroughly rinsed. off while keeping the water jet at a respectable distance test the camera damn five s

This will remove loose items before making direct contact with the sandpaper. Note that my main jet notes the Crumbs or k7 had recently blown an o-ring so I couldn't use it. Uncommon, using that collar I could have a depth of 140, which is my secondary machine, but I don't have a staple at a time of contact. Inklings are more difficult areas to reach, just remember that it's all in the details and every effort will show in the end. The result after all the nooks and crannies have been addressed, the exterior was pressure rinsed before going into the bucket and washed with the daylight drawing, as the first day comes to an end, they are used to the sums detailing the wash mitt and the shampoo detailing the sun. rs5 a good initial wash was used with a secondary wash mitt for the lower areas so as not to contaminate my primary wash meds too much.
I simply took the time to clean the RS 5 respectively before rinsing everything off in the near darkness of the first appointment. The washing stages ended shortly afterwards due to British winter time. At 5:00 p.m. m. I lost power completely. The first day was an intensive day of 8 hours of work from 9 a.m. m. until 5 p.m. m. and it turned out to be very productive the rs5 was parked overnight before returning the next day day two started at 9:00am. m. and saw the beginning of the decontamination stages for the exterior the paint was cleaned with tile and glue the labor to remove those nasty black stains from most of the cordoned off areas two applications of the product were required to remove the buildup of contamination from rock and when this state was complete, Dick's theory was that the pressure dropped back to the secondary decontamination stage for the exterior. to give it the only rain treatment, so with my double action spray and a liter of the product and once again I became popeye and got all the related exterior, the product received as much time as possible to live in, whose duty are cold and wet winters.
The morning turned out to be about 10 minutes and soon after it can result in pressure. On Wednesday at this stage of rinsing, I opted to clean the dirty mediocre door and beep closes the candles under the cup filling area, starting with pressure weights to remove the loose stopper at the end without getting the inside soggy. I followed the rinsing stage with a manual cleaning stage using the swiss box detail brush and a thoughtful nor linus t. This is one of my favorite parts about the detail decontamination stages because I mean, what monitor does this. This is one of those.
Stages that begin to set you apart from the average car observer. The exterior was given another rinse to remove the APC soap scum. On to the next task, which is completely unheard of in a bulletin, is called the clay bar stage. This little piece of putty type material. When gently wiping off the paint several times while using a detailing spray, all traces of any final adhering contamination are removed, this stage is carried out with military precision as we must finally clean the car before more begin. jobs. Blow drying was brought to the subunit after swapping it out with the focus and after I built the temporary moon shelter, the 4.2 horsepower gravity heated blow that can be picked up for a decent price does an effortless job that completely drank the outside, there will be drips from the insides and cracks if done correctly, which will be important when completing the common stages of the course.
Now the task I wanted to check off the to-do list from the start was the complete interior claim which I tend to tackle each room of the Interior as I go which usually starts by giving all the areas of the first room. Whether the drivers do some initial vacuuming and dusting to move the debris forward, this is followed by an APC and detail brushing stage which I will once again just focus on. In this first section to start, starting with the center console and steering wheel before moving on to the dash or card and leather seat due to gravity I tend to go down starting with the high rope sections first, it's usually a case of just

doing

what is necessary which always seems to take a long time no matter what stage you are at in the details the last area to clean for this section of the interior is the driver side area and once again I will address this with a Swiss Flux PC.
Thoroughly brush and pour B mats to avoid false re-launching. All interior areas are going to be protected with Technic products, so just like the exterior we also need the interior impeccable. The mats were removed to allow for a deeper cleaning process. carpet and also a deeper cleaning process over the months they have already been shaking to remove loose bits of debris and are now being cleaned with an upholstery cleaner if there was shaking at maximum it will certainly break up the major dirt particles. Embedded in the fabric, which will work wonders, the mats were given a thorough blast cleaning to extract all the mud and grime and, deep in the spiral of the fabric, the mats were washed away. inside for vacuum extraction once again. make sure to remove all dirt and to help with the drying process, they saw the end of day 2 which again ran from 9am to 6pm. m. to 5 p.m. m.
Another eight hours of physically demanding and laborious work, the third day began by protecting all the leather surfaces with the first layer of Tonic Leather Protector l1 and I also protected the carpet with the G Technic Smart Fabric I v which I cleaned around the closure of the convertible roof. Mechanism that I don't think has been cleaned in quite some time. I coated all the interior plastics without a fine spray and while it doesn't seem like a lot of work, it still took me four hours. Then I dedicated myself to correcting the painting and when I arrived at 4 p.m.
I composed the entire front and back. I didn't intend to record any footage of me

doing

this, as there was plenty of composite footage to be viewed the next day. S

more hours of work were carried out on the third day and even more. The progress can be seen. The fourth day started at 9:00 a.m. m. once again and started the day by protecting the mats with G Technic I v smart fabric. I then applied the second layer of G Technic l1 leather protectors. All leather surfaces I also cleaned the interior. of the windows with the interior thankfully finished, meaning I can close its doors and concentrate my efforts on correcting the black Panther paint job that Tama had left available.
My goal was to finish the composition stage and leave both sides of the car to Attend the small damage throughout the car was very obvious and being black left a lot to the imagination. The rs5 Spain twerk was neither difficult nor difficult to correct. I'd say it's bad, average and heartless, but it had several deeper flaws. Across the entire painting I wanted to eliminate about 98% of the defects that were present, which also meant diminishing those more serious defects so they were less noticeable. The repairs, the LH r15 machine polisher, a microfiber cutting disc with flexible pads and the PES growing substrate compound for roots.
It worked absolutely wonderfully for the paint, although it did require a light hand towards the end of the compounding cycle to help reduce the amount of cloudiness and hologram ink left behind. Cloudiness and hologram are normal when a compounding step is carried out, but it isnecessary to ensure that you can fully refine the paint to a truly glossy finish with the next stage of polishing. Wayne Carini, I will be doing a minor two stage paint correction. I managed to finish the initial composition stage for both sides of the car, which completed the entire finish. initial compound for the entire car and finished the day at 3:30 p.m.
In order to go home and edit a YouTube video, on the fourth day I put in six point five more hours of work on the car and still, to make more progress, the fifth day started at 9:00 a.m. m. with the task of taking the wheels. I left to send them an OEM renewal offer. The rs5 was lifted, placed on axle stands and the wheels removed. I personally left the wheels of those JP alloys at Kanak and I must say, unlike the last reference video, that I had a good feeling. About this highly reputable company, their facilities are simply amazing with all the scissor lifts and the symmetrical positioning and clean appearance of the unit, so I returned to my unit with high hopes.
My first task when I received a feedback was to inspect my proofreading work and mark any areas that I felt could be improved further. I marked several areas with Detailers tape and started to give these isolated sections a little more composition, most of them were marks or scuffs or even slightly heavier scratches and required quite a bit more time with the buffing machine to taper down to a point in the one that is much less noticeable. I set up the Shy Matte Mini Rotary with the extendable intricate area polishing attachment and took care of the rather annoying dings and crevices, this tool is absolutely exceptional in terms of opening up to correct parts of the paint that would otherwise be inaccessible.
I am using a foam attachment compound on the mini rotary along with the medium green repair compound and I intend to follow this compounding stage where they smoothed out a refinement stage, the areas I am now trying to tighten are swirled as they were the rest of the painting, so they required a bit of compositing to correct with all the intricate areas composed, I began to refine. the paint, a white, is worth it after a smooth finish pad on the white, a very baffled refine finish polish worked absolutely wonders when refining the black panther paint. I managed to refine the entire front end and finished the day at 3:30 p.m.
To finish that YouTube video with another 6.5 hours of work and good progress made at the beginning of the sixth day, I had the goal of completing the entire refinement process and to protect the arches and brake calipers, I started atm to refine the paint using the same type of ultrafine finishing pad in the white group as ultrafine finishing polishing. I spent the necessary time on the rs5 paint and rebonded it to a deep gloss finish without any problems. We use the route puzzle in each ar. -15 Bigfoot for the larger and medium sections, the crop has lots of Bigfoot for the small areas and the mini rotary show matte for the really intricate pieces.
I completed the entire unfinished refining process in each polishing cycle at a slightly slower speed that was around 4.5 compared to the initial passes, being at speed setting 6 and doing a slightly slower final pass after most of it. of refinement simply meant that there will be little or no chance of holograms and clearer spots remaining after being satisfied that all the refinement had been done to bring this car up to a winning standard. I moved my attention to finishing the final prep work for the arches, ID to the arches and then there were no tar deposits on the lips of the painted inner arches and I also polished the brake calipers back.
At home, the fabric bow liners received a thorough vacuum using the three George vacuum attachments and pneumatic tires which worked wonders to remove the last bits of interlocking dagger. I'm not going to lie vacuuming the fabric arch linings while hiring. A lot of work and angles you have to work with our wedding, regardless. I rented the arches for protection, which will be done the next day at the same time as the sixth day of building the convertible finished at 7:00 p.m. which in total was 11 hours of work mainly due to the fabric arch coverings. It took quite a while to get back to a magnificently clean condition that day.
I also polished the doors and trunk, and the gloss cells made a mini rotary, but I didn't do it. I didn't capture any images. The seventh day began at 8 a.m. m. with an initial dose made for the paint and vacuum process and Dean Linton with a convertible top. I applied G tonic. I find smart fabric on all the royal arches and massage sitting with my hands if you want. If you want to use all the Jew Technic I 5 smart fabric dyes, watch the recent ridiculously obsessive meat up to their detailed video to find out with the NAR convertible top also fully G Technic-ready.
I fight against smart fabric. I went ahead and applied that product. using the correct technique, fully saturate the fabric and work with your hands with the correct application, this product will last three years, that's what made sure I didn't skimp on a slightly expensive product, the hood was taped from the sections close to Avoid staining the immediate areas, but I certainly didn't wait for Bascom to plate this entire process. The fabric protector dries quite quickly and will stain any type of hard surface if not removed in time. The tape was removed from the paint and nearby windows.
They were cleaned with IPA to remove some of the haze from the ice byproduct and by then I gave the cloth called final white paper by hand to make sure all the product had been worked through thoroughly and then I got to work giving it the rest . After the paint job and cleaning with IPA, followed by a thorough inspection in total darkness, IPA has now removed all polish oils and residue from the paint, which will allow us to be able to see its true condition considering the fact that we will be Coating this ceramic finish for the next 5 years and we will perform this final inspection in the dark while only using my scanning grips so frequently that it will allow my eyes to only focus on one particular area at a time in the Resort, if there is any .
Leftover defects I will find them now. I found a few areas that hadn't been polished to the max, so I once again marked these isolated areas with Detailers tape and then went back in with the polishing machine on day 7. I also managed to apply the G Tannic glass coating to the windows and the windshield, polish the exhaust tips, and clean the old trunk and hood doors and sills with some spray wax detailing. On day 7 I finished at 3 p.m. I swear 7 more hours of work and the Auris 5 paint is now ready for one of the most important tasks, which is the application of the 3-layer ceramic coating.
Day 8 started at 9am. m. with the application of the first layer of ceramic, which is G tannic crystal serum light that I applied. Apply coating to one panel at a time and then remove excess product using the 2-tile technique. This first tile removes most of the excess product and make sure all of your 1 panel has been coated properly and then the second towel will be removed. On all the final tracks, I applied the first coat of CSL to the entire exterior and then ceramic coated one of the wheels. This CSL black treatment requires a minimum of 3 hours before applying the next coat in those 3 coats in total and each coat takes approximately 2.5 hours to do.
I found myself with 30 minutes to spare, which was perfect for ceramic coating one of the winter wheels at a time. This is the rs5 s Winterset and I have already been completely decontaminated with one of them, the cornea, I will mention it along with the Somerset. I cleaned the wheels with IPA as lost in the preparation stage and then applied the G tonic c5 wheel protector using the same two-tile technique as the bodywork. The excess product was removed from under the wheel and was now blocking a powerful fine. I continued this method on the next layer of ceramic coating called G tonic xov to apply to the vehicle, removing the two tile technique, inspection of my results and when the first layer of xav fall was finished and then ceramic coated the second wheels of winter while the mechanical paint minimum of three hours of tap curing, this was continued until the three layers of ceramic were applied to the paint, when the three winter wheels were coated.
I finished the ceramic coating bonanza by coating the brake calipers previously polished and prepared to finish this ceramic. Full day with nothing but a headache. The eighth day ended at 3:00 p.m. It is worth more than seven hours of work the other start of the 9th at 9:00 a.m. m. I headed to JP Alloys in Cannon to click on the freshly refinished set of summer wheels and also that winter wheel. I returned them safely to the pottery unit. coating and after the job was done I coated all eight tires in one go which was a lot of fun to do, I fixed the slightest plastic lip on the RS5 from the rubber seals with lithium serum and swiss seal feed.
I cleaned the inside of the rear window. The interior was dusted and vacuumed and then I put the winter wheels back on and lowered the car, the wheel bolts were talked to their correct torque setting and I started a final inspection, I was asked to do a little toothpick around the vehicle and they gave me a final. dusting before vehicles collected on the 9th finished at 6:30 p.m. There were over 9.5 hours of work in total, the rs5 received 70.5 hours of solid work and a vote is not the biggest transformation and condition vehicle I have ever had in the drive, it has been the vehicle in best condition to set aside new.
The Auris fibers had every surface improved, corrected and protected without budget-restricting ties. I must admit that this car so far has been one of the nicest in detail, the paint responded very well to the machine polishing process and in general all areas. I reacted very well to everything I was doing with them, the RS5 is an amazing car and now I officially want a convertible for the summer. The owner then picked up the car. Dame got some good advice on how to keep the car looking like this. In the years to come, as always, thanks for watching, like and subscribe for many more videos.
