Salty in the ocean maybe attracts some sharks I think it looks a lot worse than it is oh my gosh look at the coconuts I just got compare just some of the ones from yesterday like look Look at that I mean that's a great example but there's a big difference, but actually that one wasn't pleasant, a strange aftertaste, each coconut has its own kind of character, which I'm learning by drinking something like 60 coconuts in the last two

days

, wait. Today is the third day, so probably even more, some have little liquid and are sweet, some have a lot of liquid and are a little bitter, some have no liquid, some are very pulpy, yes, they are all in different stages of development, so that was a delicious coconut.

Beggars can't really choose, so I drink what I can. The sardine has lumps, very lumps since I've been here. I've been very lucky with rain so far, it's the dry season, although nothing is 100% guaranteed. It might be worth making some sort of

in the unlikely event that it starts to rain. I have time. I'm in the shadows. I'm going to do that now, it's not bad, I know if you can see right now, but there are hundreds of sand fleas flying around my head right now, they're biting me everywhere, strong little friend, oh yeah, she'll take winds hurricanes true, the roof is done, it's not perfect, there are definitely holes, you can see here some holes on the top, but very good, it brings the rain even when I'm resting and taking a nap.

I'm going to try to sleep out here, maybe even okay, we'll see what happens on the moon, oh, so, oh, that's a Who, oh, you're a big crab, you're a big boy, what are you doing right next to my head, look at my pillows literally right here and this damn crab is sneaking up on me, be G with you, you lay down here and all I hear is this like running around right here, look? Get up and it's like Big Boy, the whole whole beach is alive right now, there's a full moon, oh my gosh, there's a lot of them, get out of my bed in the morning, y'all, I slept pretty well all things considered, I definitely slept a lot more tonight I did it the first two nights, even with all these crabs running around, it would probably be more useful to build some walls instead of a roof.

B, I was teaching this course on a desert island and, uh. I thought why not come here and improve my skills and that's how I find myself doing this 5 day hike with no

food

, no

water

, no shelter, I learned a lot from Tom. I am very grateful to be here on this excursion, although this taught me a lot. coconut coffee I pick it up myself, thank you very much, this is a Buck special that I'm sure some of you might have guessed, oh yeah, that's a pro move, oh yeah, I forgot to mention it last night. when I woke up in the middle of the night and felt like I had to throw up.
I had a little stomach pain and felt nauseous and dizzy, but I didn't end up vomiting, which is good, but this morning I've been having like, well, diarrhea. I've had a lot of diarrhea, which is not good, so I hope I haven't eaten anything bad. I hope it's too much coconut and my body is processing it that way. but I will continue to monitor the problem of having diarrhea, although it is dehydration, so I returned to camp because I forgot my hooks and while I am hungry, I feel nauseous, so I continue to feel little waves of nausea.
They are not very important, but small, and what worries me is that I got poisoning from that triggerfish that was a little undercooked yesterday, so that would not be good, I will just lie down for a bit and see if I see if this will go away in a while. Triggerfish that I want to wear out a little. I think the trick with these limpets is to just use a little piece because then they go through the whole thing and get the hook with es instead of just ripping off the whole bigger piece, if you know what I mean, that was great.
I saw him come to get him, so I was provoking him and he just broke it, but somehow he broke everything. That was really interesting, oh we still have him little one, we'll see if he stays there or tries to escape. It's a giant slug, so I don't know anything about that stuff, so I'm not going to eat it or touch it. We're going to take out the last little fish, ship it, bring it back to camp and cook it one more time in the ground. Oh, this is slippery, the drop is graceful and we're good to limp, I honestly think the limits are my favorite. or I'm really hungry, it's pretty good after this.
I have to go get more coconuts. I have about 15 left in the next 24 hours, which is not enough considering also that I am dumping liquids very quickly right now, which I am not. Well, I definitely want to have plenty of fluids stored in case I'm sick. Don't know. I don't know if I'm sick or not, but yesterday it could have been that triggerfish. I don't believe it. I cooked completely and yes, it would be horrible to get or have food poisoning. I've had this here for a while, now it should cook. This one is for the birds and the crabs.
It has a good amount of meat. a little overcooked but that's for sure honestly like the fact that I undercooked it yesterday and still ate it which is kind of a b because like getting sick here getting food poisoning would lead to dehydration and vomiting which It causes death, but I actually like it. Not well. The tide is rising. I have a little time until the rocks there are inaccessible, so I'm going out to find some limpets for dinner. Good. I have about 16 limpets which should be a good amount to Honestly I could be here a bit longer collecting more but it's really hot and I'm pretty exhausted so I just want to come back and lay down and relax a bit there's not that much

, okay, we're down. about seven coconuts, so I have to go get more.
Come on, two big guys. Well, two more good ones. Oh wow, behind me is the mansion tree and it produces fruit that is apparently pretty tasty until it kills you. It is also known as the apple tree of death and apparently when you eat it it tastes very good and it becomes very spicy and then it closes your throat and xixi or kills you in some way, but yes, it is very horrible to think about. around here and they taste good at First Bite and apparently some of Columbus's men turn this into jam and about 12 of them died on an expedition.
I think that's true, I might be making that up anyway. Do not eat the fruit of death. manzano it's broad daylight the sun is beating down hard it's incredibly hot we've had about three coconut coffees and a bunch of seafood and it's time to drink number two so let me show you a couple of tips and tricks how to drink a number two here in the desert island dig a hole 6 to 10 deep do the old Power bend over it and let it rip use hibiscus leaves to clean myself bury it all and some crabs will probably come and eat all that deliciousness on another date so the other option is that once you are done with the Hibiscus, you can go to the ocean and clean yourself using any water you want to cool it down a little.
Plus, you can go down to the ocean, give yourself the old Splash R and you'll be ready to do the latter, although if you're bold enough you can go straight into the ocean. I usually swim a few feet, lower my pants hanging off my back and paddle and just let it out as I paddle back. It might seem a little strange to do it directly in the water, but the fish love it, the ocean is huge and, uh, it just becomes part of nature. I would never do this in a populated area that's yeah that's a little different anyway that's my poop tips for the day if you enjoyed those poop tips leave a like maybe subscribe for more poop tips in the future ooh, there's plenty of water there, oh yes, oh my god, much better the second time I miss the water.
I miss just pure water, it's very good, just because I want to show you how much is created when I drink from these that I like. Think of all the mouths of other people who have been in this before me, oh yeah, some of these were excellent, well that worked like a mouthful. I was literally lying there and I sit down and look who's under here, a fucking crab. There's like everywhere right under my bed, come on buddy, I got you. I just can't let them sleep underneath while I try to take a nap, okay, bye, no, we're not fighting anymore, buddy, that's good, that's good.
I'm going home tomorrow or at least leaving and although I really want to eat something real, I mainly eat chips and chocolate at the same time, combined individually, I'm going to miss this place, this whole beach was a beautiful ocean to me. all the wildlife, this place is so full of life, yeah I'm going to miss this place, this is a real J, it's not over yet, I still have to fight the crabs tonight, oh god that's cool, save it for a second and then, brother, high tail. here, feed my beauties, oh no, look, look good, little Krabby Patty, good Krabby Patty, what are you doing, oh look, this guy made a home under my cutting board, the whole beach is covered in crabs, he had a pan. go pick them up and we would have a big piece of crab in the morning, but these guys will be fine, man, turn me around and this guy was like he was looking at me, go away, please, okay, good morning, the sun is coming. so I'll get up too every time I get up they run away but they're digging around the edges of the bed here this is wild there's not an inch of ground that doesn't have crab marks on it it's all crab that's my Fresh Tracks, these are all crab holes, looks like it goes all the way to the beach too, wow it's pretty crazy, last three coconuts first and maybe just the coconut coffee of the day, delicious, I'm going to miss this place. excited to lead I'm excited I'm really excited to leave, but I'm going to miss it.

with no food, no water, no shelter and even though it didn't rain, it probably would have been nice. a really easy way to collect water to get those coconuts off those trees was a pain in the ass and I admit I think it was on the morning of the second day when I thought maybe this wasn't possible, I started climbing those trees or at least I did. I tried and I just wasn't climbing any of those coconut trees so finding that big stick really helped me get water from the coconuts and once I got a lot of them I felt a lot more comfortable being Here and wow, did I ever Was it a lot of work to open coconuts to drink, just sometimes just a small sip of water?
It was tedious, tedious work. I know I will return home and appreciate the fact that I can just drink water straight from the tap using a glass instead of pulling out a machete every time I need to drink a lot of food, food was plentiful I'm not very hungry The rescue boat will arrive in about an time I'm really excited to be I picked up and, uh, but you know, honestly, I really like it here, like this place has so much beauty and so much life, it's extraordinary, I'm definitely excited to take a shower, clean the dirt under my nails, all the shit in my hair and getting rid of all the scratches, itches, cuts, nicks and sand flea bites on my legs, yeah, amazing trip.
I am very grateful for this unique opportunity to tear down camp and prepare to pick it up. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
