This thing is definitely made for the little ones. people, oh I have leg room, oh my gosh, wow, wow, this thing is lying down right now. My shift lever is very loose. My shift knob has all the threads gone too. I'm not going to do the short shifter thing, some of them break the pool ball. I'm going to fix that by putting a fender washer here rubber grommet.

I think this was from a valve cover and I cut the inside out and just put it on top. I'm going to consider myself lucky because I found a used set of these, they are coney yellow with eibach ground controls, it has the ground control top hats, they are an inch longer, yes they are a little lower than I expected but I'm not going to play with that. Leave it there, I'll probably like it. I've had a leak in my trunk forever and couldn't figure it out. I have some water here. It's a huge leak, dripping up here.

honda

turbo

?
405hp d16 honda civic turbo build start to finish
Yes, that should work. It feels like Christmas, don't let the games begin? I have a d16y5 engine here. I'm going to

build

on this elegant piece. This will be my mini monster. I think this should be fun now. I have a block protector. It looks good. Oh my god, this thing falls right on me. I don't even like that, try this again, I heard some good things about these, they're loose, it's loose, I can see daylight around this piece of trash, people sell a lot of trash, yeah, so I put this here with bolts and moves ridiculously stupid.
They also gave me this gasket and this piece of shit that looks like it fell from a two story window. I hope it doesn't fit. I have to make a notch in the block and the shoe fits this thing. it doesn't fit it hits my oil pan and it's not square on top cheap ebay turbo joke here's a little more fun it's a three inch pipe two and a half inch flange well there it is , so yeah, this is how it's going to go, so I'm going to cut it right here, I'm going to angle this whole thing back, that flexible tube is probably going to be the lowest point of my entire exhaust plug that I can actually use and I bought this as just a regular hose barb and with a 90 here I can touch it, that's perfect, that will work great for me, you know, I have a square hole for this drain and this is round, it's a nice funnel.
I found a guy on Craigslist to weld my plug to my pan well I got my block back it's been boring and the plateau was polished and covered and I have some molly plasma rings here some ycp yong chang piston company pistons that should work place 17 thousandths here let's see what happens I'm just going to use a pretty slow speed and just go little by little you want to make sure that they are completely dry but they are completely dry and completely clean stick a couple of drops in these holes I want to make sure that these rings fall alone I have King Racing Rod and main bearings for this and I want to take my 20w50 and I just want to lightly cover the skirts.
I just want to lightly touch on this. I'm at about a thousand and a half, which is right where I want it. I set it to zero. I want to stretch these 55 to 60 thousandths. I'm at about 57, which is a good number, so yeah, the 55 foot-pounds we're talking about, it's a bit of a target to just grab the top of the crank and do. Surely you can turn it. I can turn it by hand so it's fine, it means nothing gets stuck. I'm going to use the stock oil pressure so I don't mess with any of that crap.
I can't imagine why I would need more. The pressure is pretty rough, but that will help it drain. A very nice short block assembled. Well, I decided to make fun of this turbo. It's there and I'm impressed because it fits. I bought this used on eBay 1320 ram horn compatible with AC. It's all fun and lies, these people are a joke, I should be further away that way and further away that way, so I guess I'll

start

with my butt. I did all the work on the machine. Did a four angle valve job on the The seats put all new guides in.
I bought a cam kit. I can just put a file in here and see how much it sticks out. That is completely wrong. I'm going to take this to my machinist and I'm going to have him a machine with the same amount of this nose. I have some Bosch 1000 cc ev14 injectors, they say foamico, they're probably like a cobra or something, so I'm going to see if they fit. I just went through an o-ring assortment and um the factory o-ring that came out of the fuel rail is on the top and I just put a smaller one on the bottom just to make up for the gap and it looks like it's going to fit good initially. this big thick washer here and this big thick o-ring I bought from something.
I found some o-rings I don't know what and that's what I have. I got the cheapest engine gasket set I could find on eBay. seal head gasket i have some arp head bolts here now i just need to put this in carefully i have the camshaft sprocket back i cut the back off this wrench doesn't fit quite right although i have a

honda

wrench here is the part number so one I bought at the hardware store, I just clamped these two together and I'm filing it slightly so I can get the profile right and it'll be a little bit deeper.
I put the original key there and looked. all that junk I have there, this is what my aftermarket model looks like once fitted, although it's not going anywhere so I'm probably the only one who has one of these aftermarket cam gears from eBay that will actually work as advertised They suppose they should. I have a frame filter because everyone talks about them. I have a pressure vessel here. Somehow I did this. I'm going to put about a liter of oil in this pressure vessel. I have a regulator here and I'm going to increase it. I don't know, 40 pounds, look, it's

start

ing to come off the rockers, yeah, it's pumping, oh, okay, I don't have anything, but here it's primed and it feels like depth.
You know, it has aluminum washers and they're crushing. Crazy, I don't like them, this oblong pile of cheesy cheese, doesn't it look good? All I could find was seven millimeter zinc and I had to do it. I had to make them a larger rat tail to fit these studs whenever I could. turn this just a hair less than a quarter turn, that's right, six finger brass over ceramic clutch that has no springs, hopefully it will hold and not slip well, you're ready to get back in the car. I took out four of these bolts at ten for one two five well it moves a lot less than when I bought it.
I bought the cheapest three core aluminum radiator you can find on eBay. I had to make sure it had one inch hoses but I bought a hose kit it's all silicone and Well I bought some engine mounts on eBay these bolts are too small yeah if I use a lot of horsepower turbo on this, these caps rip off right away so I can't use them, that's the only support you definitely need when you're doing this, all these pockmarks or whatever you want to call it, it looks like it was just old, rusty metal that They just got it running and, well, it's in there and that turbo is stuck in there.
I got the cheapest three inch jack from eBay. -Rear exhaust that I could find, I don't know how they make these things so cheap, or it's stainless steel, it's mandrel bent, so it looks like a pretty good thing and I found a resonator on Craigslist that I'm going to replace my catalytic converter. Converter with well, this is interesting, this snow fart god. Can I have a three inch exhaust and look at this little hole? It's about twice the size of my thumb. I'm going to have some clearance issues with the sway bar being a little short, thankfully.
I grabbed a piece of diesel exhaust pipe that was lying around and discovered that it had never been used, so I'm just removing bits to make this work. We need to add a little chunk here. I'm going to enter the house. Now and wrap this in there to keep a lot of heat out of my engine bay and away from my A/C compressor. Well, my exhaust is the lowest part, but that's the best I'm going to get. Well, this is something interesting. I cut this piece of diesel tubing and it fits great. I need this to be solid in the engine.
It was vibrating like crazy when I hit the pipe, so I bolted this bracket directly to the bracket, which is basically the engine's intake air temperature sender. this plastic here is going to make the reading too slow so now it sticks out enough that this thing should read extremely fast and that's what I need now I have this ridiculous piece with the turbo two and one kit from eBay. half an inch and the turbo inlet is three inches so they want me to look for a two and a half inch air filter because it doesn't come with an air filter and apparently I'm supposed to put this here like this so I went on eBay and I found this.
This is a cold air intake setup and it is for a Chrysler 300c and it measures three inches and seems to fit much better here. Yes, I also bought this kit because I needed an air filter. Alright. the part where i get really anxious because i can crank it up and see if it works i guess it's time for the intercooler so i got this intercooler with my turbo kit from ebay it's made by amusa like a hybrid goat or something so I did it. I don't agree with the one I have. I got this one on Craigslist.
It looks like it's going to fit pretty well here somehow and I want to go up that hole so it fits pretty well, just tapping it in a little bit at a time until it fits now. What happens now? Yes, it doesn't fit. Yes, something is wrong. There's a big fat intercooler in my way. Well, I only had to remove the bumper about 20 times and trim it little by little. I managed to get it to fit, although it's pretty much an unknown. I'm going to make this bottom balance fit as well. I'm going to make a screamer tube.
I just bought some pre-mandrel bent tubing and these adapters come with that Chinese wastegate. I'm going to put this in the car one last time, make sure it's where I want it I'm going to wrap this look at this everything is falling apart this cheap Chinese crap looks itchy doesn't it? It actually looks great with the flash there's the

finish

ed product I put a turbo blanket on this too because I found one on eBay really cheap, it looks a little ridiculous but that should hold up really well the boost is worth more now. I need to put some gauges on my car a little on the ridge side, it's time for Honda time Those should be good connections, well I put five gallons of e85 in it, let's see if this basemap is going to work for this thing and Hopefully it will work.
Oh my god, it's working. I'm going to make the fuel sensor flexible. Rock out, one has a genuine GM piece. I don't know what's going to move, but I think it'll be fine, it's working, it says 61 percent ethanol. It's time for the maiden voyage, I guess it's okay, let's see what this thing will do. I found this on eBay for a very cheap amount. I couldn't believe how cheap it was. It is 24 millimeters and this suspension is marked. This is a very common noise when you don't have a muffler, you don't really need one. a turbocharged car around 3 500.
It gets really annoying, it's a really bad drone, basically what it does is it takes the frequency of the drone and it makes it travel down this pipe andthen I stop the end and the noise will go back to the exhaust and it's supposed to cancel out the frequency that makes the drone. I think I'm going to paint it. Hey, there's no drone. I can hear myself talk amazing. I'm going to do a rear brake conversion kit and uh, put some front brakes on it. I purchased these stands made by Scare Bird. I think I can put the spindle back into all of these things now.
I'll have to check it after I bleed the brakes and use the brakes. There is. I did it right, that last pulse sounded great, especially when the exhaust backfired, that's what even my guy would say I said the car sounds great twin 5-0 look at that nice smooth 405 it looks nice te gave a little treat say cheesy oh oh I should probably turn off my air conditioning huh good friend yeah it was it was burning a little yeah you could feel it right there. I was thinking I should turn off the boost and third because it's not breaking traction.
What is it, yeah, I felt it, oh man, this thing really moves well, dude, yeah, that was around 140, maybe yeah. It feels great, it feels great, well this is what I've been waiting for my whole life, so too much boost, I blew a head gasket, 24 pounds is too much for this to handle. I made a cold air intake for this. and that should help keep it fresh. I'm going to upgrade the bolts, probably about 35 percent more clamping force than a weak little 10 millimeter. I bought the Milwaukee step drill here, but it looks like it will fit.
I put some wd-40 in the holes just because I can, it should be nice and square, it doesn't move at all, as you can see, they are nice and parallel, yeah, half an inch, perfect. I've been wondering who makes the je pro seal head gaskets, do they make it sound like that. Are they. I just googled this number and an Athena head gasket came up, so Athena makes a professional seal head gasket, okay, bye.
