s and two ingredients. I think it will be fun to see how the amount of ingredients affects the brownies, so let's get started. First, the 20 ingredient brownie. This recipe, I start with brown sugar, a little granulated sugar, three sticks of butter and mix it with a hand mixer until well incorporated, then add some eggs, a little salt and a little vanilla extract and again . mixing until everyone becomes friends and the mixture is nice and silky and smooth and looks really good, yes, I really like the texture of this sugar egg.

Next I'm going to add some melted dark chocolate that I just microwaved until it melted and that's it. It will also mix with the egg and sugar mixture and turn into a really shiny, smooth ribbon of chocolate that already smells great. Then you'll add some all-purpose flour and some Dutch processed cocoa powder, which is essentially a really good stuff. cocoa powder version because it really tastes like deep chocolate so if you can find it I think it's great after it's all mixed together make sure you scrape the sides so the residue folds in and then I'm going to add a little bit of chopped semisweet chocolate just to add a lot of texture and have these pockets of chocolate that will be nice and gooey once the brownie is baked.

Now I'm going to transfer it to a fairly large frying pan. lined with a little parchment paper to keep it from sticking, I'm just going to roll it out, push it to the edges, make sure everything is as even as possible and then I'm going to put it in the oven and bake it at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes while is baked, I'm going to make the cream cheese topping, so I'm mixing cream cheese with a little bit of mascarpone cheese, which really adds a nice, rich flavor, using a hand mixer to combine those two first and then. add a little sugar, a little vanilla and mix again until this is all a really smooth creamy mixture, then an egg, oh you know, make sure you don't get any shell, a little milk and combine this until everything is nice and runny, no lumps again, make sure to Scrape down the sides as well because sometimes cream cheese can get stuck and we really don't want any lumps in this mixture because we want everything to be really smooth and delicious, so after those 25 minutes, take out the brownies and pour this mixture. directly on top of the brownies, it should flatten and even out quite easily and return to the oven for another 30 minutes, this is what it looks like after it finishes baking and cools for a couple of hours.

Now I'm making a ganache for the top, so this is just a little bit of chocolate and some very hot heavy cream and a little bit of salt. I'm stirring this slowly with a spoon because I don't want any air bubbles in this and it takes a while but it will eventually turn out. This really shiny, glossy chocolate ganache that I just want to eat, but it has to go on top of the brownies first, so I'm going to pour the ganache evenly over the brownies and I may or may not have definitely licked the bowl after that off. the screen, but you guys don't even see that making sure it's extended, even a trick that I also like to use at the end is to shake it until everything evens out until it almost looks like a mirror that you can see yourself in, which is something great, then it goes back into the refrigerator for a couple of hours until it's completely cooled and ingredient number 20 is going to be some flaky sea salt, which I think really adds a nice visual and a touch of texture I like to trim the edges of this one because it's an excuse to eat all the toppers and two, I think it makes a prettier presentation, especially since I'm going to give all of these brownies to my friends, so I like to trim them all out, you can see that It's taking a while but these are some really thick and soft ones so it's definitely worth the effort, the layers look great, it's pretty amazing and this is the 20 ingredient brownie with cream cheese. dressing and chocolate ganache on top.

This takes a couple of minutes, but it's great because the mixture goes from being kind of a yellowish brown sludge to this nice one. pale golden yellow cloud fluffy ribbon stuff yeah, they look pretty and then we poured that nice chocolate mixture that we've made before and I'm just going to bob ross and jackson pollock all over it because that's how the chocolate came out and then I mixed that in slowly with a hand mixer again wow that looks great and then just blend that until it's all combined and everyone's having fun with the dry ingredients.
I'm sifting some flour and just to make sure there are no lumps left and then I fold it in with a spatula because I don't want to overwork the flour. I beat the shit out of the eggs, sugar and butter like they owe me money so I don't want to. To do that with the flour too, this dough will go straight into the same parchment lined pan, I just want to make sure it spreads every bit, it's very soft and easy to work with, so it's quite nice. This is the ultimate

tasty

101 brownies recipe, so it's really good.
First it goes into a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, then I take it out and bang it on the counter so you get these nice cracks that appear on the top. after it cools it looks like this. I took it out of the pan and I really want to trim the edges again because these are sandwiches that I'm going to eat myself and the rest I'm going to take to my friends, so I'm going to trim these edges and cut them into nice squares so you can see the texture inside, it's very soft and fluffy as you can see, the top has this nice crunchy topping and these are the 10 ingredient brownies from the

tasty

101 series which is fantastic, last but not least, two ingredient brownies, so they start with four eggs that I'm going to use the hand mix to beat until they're really fluffy.
Thanks hand mixer for saving me a lot of physical stress because that will be a lot of work once you're really fluffy. I'm pouring in a cup of melted Nutella or whatever chocolate hazelnut spread you can find, just melt it in the microwave until it's warm and you can, you know, doing a paint a little bit over the eggs because I don't know how to get it out. things from a container and mix again until the mixture becomes nice and somewhat cohesive. At this point it looks a little liquid. It's totally fine. Pour this into a square baking pan. mold again lined with parchment paper for easy removal and this goes into the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes after they are done and cooled they look like this so they shrink a little mainly because the eggs have a lot of air in them, but This one definitely looks like brownies and this is optional but I like to top them with a little more melted nutella just because I think it adds a little extra flavor, covers any cracks or crunches that may have appeared and just makes it look more nice in general. so technically it's still two ingredients because we already used Nutella so please don't yell at me in the comments and now let's cut it into some pieces.
I may have gotten nutella all over my kitchen doing it like this. way, but I think the end result looks really delicious, look at that texture, it's pretty impressive and these are the two ingredient brownies with just nutella and eggs, it's pretty amazing, okay, so it's time to try the 20 ingredient, one was really decadent and really delicious, the brownie. It was soft, the cream cheese added a nice creamy touch that went well with the chocolate and the chocolate ganache on top really sealed the deal and made it a great dessert-like brownie, the ten ingredient one was very soft, It was really soft because all the eggs and sugar were beaten together and it's just a solid brownie overall.
The two ingredient one was really interesting, it was almost like a chocolate cake which was a bit dense, the nutella on top definitely added a bit of extra sugar and an extra kick that made it feel special which was a very nice fact. fun and funny, I'm actually allergic to nutella, but I had to eat this for scientific reasons, don't worry, I'm fine, so how much does the amount of the ingredient affect the final result? I think brownies are something where you get out what you put in the 10 ingredient one. One is your standard amazing solid regular brownie recipe.
The 20 ingredient one was really just an elevated, amplified, filled version of your regular brownie. It would have been great without him. cream cheese and ganache, but I think with those it takes it to another level, so two ingredients, one, it's something that actually surprised me a lot, even though it doesn't have flour, it's literally just nutella and eggs, they came together to form something Which tasted a lot like brownie if you hadn't told me, I don't think it would have been just two ingredients, honestly if you want to make brownies any of these recipes are fantastic, if you want to go all out pick 20, pick 30 even.
There are a lot of things you can do with it if you want something that's quick and you only have Nutella and eggs lying around, you can also make brownies if you just want a solid brownie that hits all those notes, ten and gritty is fantastic, if you make the ones from two ingredients, make sure the people you serve aren't allergic to nutella otherwise they might sue you and on that note, enjoy it, happy baking.
