I bought it at Dollar Tree. Also a couple of rectangular trays or baskets with slots. Contact paper. Empty toilet paper rolls. We need four of them. A wooden dowel and also a cardboard. command strip that you will use to place our small tapes so let's create a tape dispenser just insert each tape through the slots we have 15 slots in this one and it only fits my tape here and then I'm just going to insert my double and that's my dispenser. The second. I'll use one of the trays to hold some of my craft supplies and this will hold my twine that I used for crafting and that's it, that's next.

I'll be using this cardboard, any cardboard will do, but I'm using some packaging material from an old sticker and then I'll just measure and try to fit it to the empty toilet paper rolls and then mark an outline. and I'm going to cut it out, I'm just trying to make sure they all fit together and then using my scissors, I'm going to cut it out. I'll cover it with adhesive paper. I have some used leftovers and they are also from Dollar Tree, but you. I can use any decorative paper. I'm rolling my contact paper around the empty roll and then measuring the size, just cut them into equal sizes so you need four.

What I like about contact paper, there's already some construction to it that he said no to. I didn't need to use glue and then I just wrapped them around each of my empty toilet paper rolls. Then once I'm done, I'll trim off the excess paper and then glue them to the cardboard piece. that I cut out earlier or since I have enough contact paper left, I will cover this car bird once finished. I'm going to adhere or place these rolls to the bird on the car. I am using my hot glue, you can use any strong type of adhesive, it will stay fine for me, my hot glue is enough.

Make sure that when you put each roll in, that you place them either that the seam is back or side by side, so that at least the back is clean as well and I'm just going to repeat all of this for all four rolls to make sure Let everyone stick to the cardboard. I want to make sure they are snug next to each other as well. You can also apply glue between each one so they stick together or you can put a piece of tape on top just to hold each one connected now I'm ready to assemble.
I place my command strip on the door. You can do this on your wall too and make sure it sticks well. and then place your shower caddy below. I'm going to insert my tape dispenser using the hooks, the two hooks on the bottom of the shower caddy and then my other plate with the twine. I'll put it on one of the shelves. I'm not going to fasten it with any zip ties and I just want it like this so I can take it out and then I'll put in the toilet paper rolls that I wrapped earlier and use it to hold some of my craft essentials, like my cutter, my scissors, my pencils, colored pencils or anything that can fit into the next project.
I'm going to create an extension for the Caddy, but you can use it standalone, meaning you can hang it on the wall. or over the door using some hooks alone, so I'll use them for st. Matt says I have a Dollar Tree and then I'm going to connect the two with zip ties. I'm just going to put three zip ties. I'm going to hit my first basket. They come three in a package. I'll use six. of them and I'm just going to connect each one starting at the bottom using my zip ties, then here I'm just going to show you where I'm going to place them making sure they have equal spaces, the reason why I put them on the bottom one first so that it has enough room to that my hand can connect them all.
If you start from the top, it can be done, but it's easier when you start from the bottom, then I just have to do. I sure put zip ties, you have to put at least three to make sure it doesn't wobble and is more durable now since this is a life item. I'm using it for washing. I didn't need it. I just attached the one on top of my sink mat and then put it under my tape dispenser and that's it. The beauty of these DIYs. You can use them independently of each other, but you can also expand them so you can add a left bar on the right side. of the sink match to expand it.
I use it to store my washes. There are approximately 150+ washes in here and I separated them by style on each of the trays or what I can now call shelves and I can separate them by theme or color. you can use this to organize almost anything if you want to use it for all your crafts, you need more ribbons if you like threads, if you like to sew, but you can also use this to organize your makeup, your nail polishes, now the next projects. similar to because I'm using a shower caddy, but it's another version of shower caddy organization, so for this project you will need a shower caddy 3 placemats made of fabric scissors, a glue gun, and glue sticks hot, just like this pencil bag a basket as long as it fits you can also use the other basket from before they will fit perfectly another box cutter with command strip I'm just going to remove the labels and I'm going to create three bags Here are some of the items you can organize, so this will be for a nursery, baby room, or toddler room, and is perfect if you are homeschooling your children and want them to learn how to organize their school supplies. and maybe art supplies, so I folded this to create a bag leaving at least two and a half or three inches on the top and then I applied hot glue and folded it and made sure it lay flat because I needed the space on the top so I can insert or place some of the items I need to organize.
I'm also applying hot glue to the top and then I'll attach it to the bottom of the other bag. You can also use Velcro or fabric fasteners. Dollar Tree also sells those hoop and loop fabric fasteners or fabric glue or fuse nets. You can also use them. They sell them at Joanne's and also use your sewing machine if you have one. If you can, go ahead and sew them together so it will be more durable, but for me I used hot glue to connect them and just to make sure the connections are secured, I also put more glue on the corner and then here I'm just trying it on for size.
Go ahead and punch a couple of holes in the top so there's a place where you can insert those two hooks that are on the bottom of the shower caddy because that's how I'm going to hang it, so I'm just marking. I'll do it with my pen and then I'll use my Exacto or my box knife and I'll just create a slit and then I'll pierce it with some pointed scissors. You can also use some fasteners or eyelets to reinforce the holes, but oh well. Now I'm using it like this, you can fix it with hot glue if you want to make sure it doesn't break.
Now, section two of this is where you could probably put crayons for the kids to color. pencils and this pencil case can be used to store erasers or extra pencils and whatever kids need, it's our multifunctional organizer, so it's not just for kids, it will be good for any age, okay, now reinforce it even more and that's it. dress and use the clement strip at the top to hang it, but you can also reinforce it with additional command strips on some of the corners of that shower caddy and I'm just going to show you how I organized this by putting down some colored paper. coloring books you can see here.
I'm also putting the pencil case on top of the top case and this is where I'm going to put this basket or tray that you can remove or leave there if you want to tie down. with flanges on each side so it doesn't fall over and then they can reach their stuff so there are more spaces on top. I would put the heavier one on the shower caddy just because it won't sink. and just like cloth or placemats, you can put the lighter ones on the bottom and the heavier ones on top and if you are a homeschool parent, imagine this in your homeschooling area. home or in the next DIY.
I'm going to use these pencil holders. three of them and I'm also using or reusing my zip ties. You can also use the smaller zip ties if you want, but I just want to also use anything that can go into the trash and here you can see that I'm using as well. a cooling rack that they sell for two for the price of $1 at Dollar Tree, so here I'm just inserting my zip tie and then I'm going to apply hot glue to the center or between those two ends of the zip ties. and then that's where I'm going to connect to the cooling rack now, as you can see here.
I've already placed this pencil or pencil holder and then I'm turning my twist. The reason I put the zip tie here is so that it will keep it in place so it also adds stability. I'm adding six thousand. Any strong glue will also work over time. If I am going to attach something heavy like pencils and any heavy objects, hot glue may not work. It is not as strong a hold as E 6000 or guerilla glue or super glue. I'm using it and I applied it on top of the twist and I put it on the bottom and then I'll put the top on and then I'm even going to add a little bit more hot glue even though I already have six mil because hot glue dries faster , so I'm just going to show you the back here if you notice I'm putting the connections on the back and using the part of the pencil or pencil holder that has the seam so it looks a lot better on the front that there's no seam on the front alone I'm going to repeat the same steps I did with the middle one now for this other one.
In one, I'm going to use this letter organizer and I'm going to create a hanging filing system using the second piece of cooling rack, glue it to the bottom center to have a place to hang files or notebooks, anything you need. It can be held after applying hot glue and placing it in the correct position. I added a 6000 for added stability and stronger hold and here are the two finished projects and my daughter loves them, she uses them to organize her pencils and pens, even her calculator and binder. In addition to the notebook, I made this a couple of years ago and it is still holding up and she still enjoys using them in her industrial style bedroom in the study area.
Now for the next DIY, I'm going to use two framed pieces of art that you can get. Dollar Tree, you know, I want this lemon style, it's good for the kitchen area because I actually made it for our command center, so I've included it here in the wall organizer collection because it's also an organizer that gives me power to me or my family. schedules and appointments or any event because that is where we will hang the invitations and notes as well as a good place to organize or hang photos, so I will also use this wired bin and this wire cutter later.
While I'm cutting this, even though the wire cutter is working great, I found that my pair of scissors from Dollar Tree are doing a better job and they're actually cutting better and I'll show you that in a moment here, so Remove the top and the proportion of this bin and then right at the seam, I'm going to cut that part completely so I can expand it because I'm creating a message board where I can use some clothespins or hooks to hang things. like notes and greeting cards as well as invitations, now I cut it in half after folding it and then I'll measure it again and cut it out, and this is where I've been using my Dollar Tree Caesar ever since.
I've been using Dollar Tree Caesars and then because again it does a better job than my wire cutter, now I'm just using the frame clip to hold the wire and then trimming off the excess that's sticking out or showing up on the side and then I'm going to reinforce it with hot glue. Anything that feels like there's not enough fastener to keep it in place, I just apply hot glue and now I'll line it up originally. I was going to do this vertically but I thought this print can also work horizontally and I prefer it that way anyway so I'll go ahead and connect the two using my hot glue and you can use e6000 or any stronger glue, place it between those two frames and connect them. together and then I'm using a popsicle stick and I'm applying hot glue to it to reinforce the connection because it's going to be wobbly and it may break or break so this one will give it extra strength or reinforcement so this is the handle of the word basket that By right, I'm going to use this below, but I usethis handle so I can also hang it on top because I want to give it a farmhouse feel, so instead of wasting the handle on one of my wire baskets, I just use Here and then that's where I'll be hanging and here's the finished project.
I love these cute camera clothing pins and bought them at Michael's. In fact, they are very cute and you can put photos here, your invitations, notes or memos. and you just cut them out or hang them there and then on top of this frame. I'm going to use a dry erase marker and then I just really use this to write reminders or notes throughout the family, but also a ribbon in the middle part where I connected the two frames and just so I can give it a better finish and to make it pretty I put some fake flowers or silk flowers.
Dollar Tree I also put a bow on top to cover the hanging food that I put in there and then I just hung the handle and here is the part of that basket. I use the part where the handle was and hang it on the wall. and that's where I'm going to put my dry erase pen and eraser so it works well for your next home office wall organizer. Another revamp of that cart before and then some sort of pegboard style organizer. I am using a shower caddy. and then I'm attaching this clipboard that I have from a Dollar Tree and then I'm connecting four of these medium sized wire baskets using zip ties and then I'm going to connect them together like creating a big square or rectangle and then that's where I'll be hanging on the wall and that is where I will place my Caesars and my other sharp items, this is what it looks like, I just place some slotted baskets on the cart shelves.
I also put adhesive paper. something like the wallpaper to be a backdrop just to put something else that's of interest in that corner so it's not boring it's like a demarcation for this nice wall organizer and then that clipboard there you can put some messages that you like, for example any project that needs to be turned in and those baskets with square or rectangular slots that I use and that I also bought at Dollar Tree where I can use them to put my twine, my threads and my ribbons and on top of course , I love it, this is like a pegboard and to protect or organize my Caesars and any wire cutters as well as my hole punches that will fit in there and even my magnifying glass and everything I used for my crafts, for my next DIY, speaking of pegboard, I'm going to be creating the one in the middle or center of that photo and I'm going to use this grill pad and it already has some holes in it so it's perfect for a pegboard and I'm going to paint this with acrylic paint, I'm just going to to dye with a little water using my craftsman's brush or artist's brush.
I'm only going to apply paint in one direction adding paint as I go because I'm trying to give it a whitewash look, it doesn't have to be perfect. and I want it to look a little wilted so it has a farmhouse style and I'm using this marker to scratch dark brown furniture here I also bought it from Dollar Tree and I'm going to paint it or apply it on the sides just to kill it off additional and then once I'm done I'll glue on some nautical rope or jute and then just apply hot glue to connect them, framing them and like I said this will be in farmhouse style so To add that would give it a look a little more rustic or farmhouse and then I'm going to cut the end off here using dowels that also came from Dollar Tree.
There are 15 in the package. You can also use the metal garden hooks they have. they are sold in the garden section of Dollar Tree, they come two in a package, so I'm just going to measure this using my ruler, cutting it in the center and then looking at my scissors, I'm going to cut it in the center and then I'll have some pegs , yeah, and then I'll insert them in some places. I'm going to apply this thick hot glue so that the hot glue acts as a stopper since the dowel is not so wide that it can rip off or fall out. through the hole, so I apply a lot of glue and then you can reinforce this with six mil as well to keep it intact, so I'm going to go ahead and insert the dowel with the glue into the hole before the glue dries. top and I do it from the bottom or from the back of the mold because if you do it from the top it will remove the glue, that's how it should look so leave it like that for a moment. dry and then you'll have a peg and I'm stacking the wooden utensils but I also have a

dollar

tree

and it's the perfect length so it's strong enough to hold two or three or probably even four because it's long now I'm going to put one more in the center and then probably another one at the end so I can hang a couple more items and just repeat the procedure again so you can see how I'm doing it, holding it up until it dries and then I'm applying the third pin, too known as peg, now I'm going to add a little more jute first.
I'll tie a knot on each side so I can add a little more decoration here and then I'll be warm. gluing each knot to the corners of the front and that will be where I am going to hang it, there will be somewhere I can hold it so apply a generous amount of glue so it doesn't come off easily or again at a 6,000 for a stronger hold, so here it is, it's ready and let me show you that you can add real plants or whole plants that you want to air dry so I'm using this whole plant that looks so real that I also bought. a Dollar Tree and then I hang it on one of the pegs to make it look like I'm air drying some real plants, so again you can use real plants if you want, so I just tied some twine here and then. hang it on the center peg so you can use three plants, but I decided to use two wooden utensils just to make it more like a kitchen decoration, but I can hang it in my kitchen, so I added a little more twine to decorate it and that fit well a little more rustic farmhouse look, so you may think this is more of a decoration than an organizer, but to me this is also a wall organizer because you can actually put threads in and then put in more pegs, put different types of threads and you can put it. in your sewing room or craft room you can put different types of ribbons on each peg and those too and on each side I would DIY.
If you are interested, click on the I card in the upper right corner and you can see how I do it. I also made those two decorations and for my next DIY, it was actually like a gift wrapping station that I created probably a year and a half ago and I'm just using this pot lid organizer or dish rack that I bought at a Dollar Tree and Use this to hang my wrapping paper, the wrapping paper rolls and so I can see them there at the station where I will wrap the kits, so underneath I also hung some of my gift bags, so just to give you an idea. you have the wall space, use it and you can hang this and this is only a

dollar

now.
I also created this type of wrapping paper dispenser or roller and I was just using those two hooks that I also bought from a Dollar Tree. I think they came. in a set of six or eight for a dollar and this is like dispensing the wrapping paper and I was just using a plastic desk or table to cut the gifts and I love this deep plastic basket they sell. at Dollar Tree and this is where I put some of the ribbons, the loose ribbons that I will tie to the gifts and also these blank cards and greeting cards or vendor tags or gift cards and I used command hooks again, one in each corner to hang it and they sell them at Dollar Tree, believe it or not, and here's another cameo of this cart you saw at the beginning of this DIY and look, I hooked up those fabric placemats and counted some of my gift wrapping essentials this time , such as a gift. tissue paper for wrapping or gift boxes and other extras that you can use to wrap gifts and I like that this has stood the test of time and I only used hot glue here is the tape dispenser from the first part of this collective DIY and this time because hook is used.
I used it on one of the shells and this is just a removable dispenser. This is how they look together now for the next DIY. This is one of my favorite projects because it's so durable it doesn't sink, so I use both of them. shelf riser that they sell in the kitchen hallway and also for these organizing baskets that are wired and these are the other items that I am using. I'm counting the position where I'm going to insert one of the legs from the bottom and As you can see, I counted a sixth slot from the bottom of this riser here and then I inserted one of the legs of the other shelf under or through it and I'm going to connect this with flanges.
I'm putting them close. to where the legs overlap, I'm tightening them and then I'll trim off the excess. My advice here is that you would probably do it better so it doesn't slide down. Make a crisscross pattern on your zip ties so they will hold better and the disposer won't slide down and I didn't do that here because it was my first try but reading or watching it now and learning through experience I think it's much better doing so, it's still good because what I've done here is I reinforced it with glue so it doesn't slide down, but I think crossing it and rolling it a few times would make it more durable.
Now I'm adding the first or bottom shelf first, sessioning it up like this. It will look like this on the wall so you can connect or balance it better. You could probably plug it in on the side or while it's done, but I think this is a better way. It's a little tricky for the first shelf because the first shelf. is the one that will make it stand up as I work on it, but as I go up to the top it's a lot easier so you can see four more zip ties here that I attached to the legs of the disposal and now I'm going to apply the second shelf making sure getting the first and second lined up and then adding zip ties again with the same placement as I did on the first.
I'm going to do the same thing again on the third shelf and on the fourth shelf now, the beauty of this organizer is that you can expand it, you can add more on top or if you want to do it as a freestanding or desktop organizer, you can make a sort of duplication, that is, like this, I have two. risers and for baskets with wire you can make another one and then connect them back to back so it stands up so this is the finished project total six dollars and I love this like I said it's very durable.
I put my heavy things. my acrylic paints, even my sprays and other things in there, make sure you hang them on the wall using sturdy nails that you know you can use to cut Panther nails, you can't see them anyway, next one I'm going to use this. two cooling racks come in the 2 pack $4 and then these office organizers the wiring I love this one you can get them at Dollar Tree than some zip ties hot glue them and reinforce them in a six thousand first I'm going to line them up or put the bottom where they are the feet for the bottom of one of the cooling racks to the top legs of the other cooling rack and I'm just going to tie a zip tie where they overlap so you can see the position here like I can.
I said I lined up the bottom two feet of the cooling rack on the top two feet of the cooling rack that I put underneath and then tied zip ties in the center so you can be liberal with your zip ties here depending on how you want it to be as durable as you want, you can add more, definitely more is better and then as you saw before, I reinforced it with hot glue so it doesn't move or slide from side to side. I was just reinforcing it with hot glue so to make it stay in place I then trim off the excess and you don't have to worry too much about what it will look like again because it will be hidden under or behind the

tree

s that I will be using as shelves.
When attaching this or each shelf or tray with flanges, make sure it is at least centered and covers all the other flanges you connected previously and as you can see here, I first made sure to attach my first tray, which will probably be my third. she will be okay first because that will be my starting point because I just want to make sure that you have even spaces between the trace or the shelves again, be liberal with this, make sure you apply as many zip ties or hot glue as you want. I would like it to be really durable because in this case we will be using it to organize my daughter's makeup and it can be heavy and I didn't want this to slide down, ride up or sink so that's why I made it.
This way, I'm going to lay out my bottom shelf and then just try to see where they're going to go because I want to make sure, like I said before, that they have the same amount of space between them. Which will look better, so it's up to you if you want to put taller items, you probably don't want to leave too much of a trace, so in my case I'm only putting four trays, you can limit it to three trays if you want. So for me, four trays are perfect for the items I'm going to organize here.
How I do it. I aligned the bottom shelf with the bottom of the rack.cooling and this will be moving fast. and it's self explanatory until I plug in the last basket or tray and here it is again. I'm just using the door. You can hang it over the door again. See that Dollar Tree over the door hanger hook? Or you can use Start Journey. too, but I think this one is more durable now for the next DIY. I love this one because it was a request from our friend who lived in a dorm and wanted something she could take off the shelves so I'm using this dollar.
Three removable hooks to achieve this with this rectangular tray with basket slots, as well as the smaller trays that come three in a pack, so it's actually a total of four dollars because those hooks are also a dollar, so just I'm going to put this here and if you want to make it more permanent if you don't want to remove the baskets because again, this is a special request for them to be removable so this is what I thought of but you can also tie the two ends of each basket to the side to make it a permanent shelf, but if you want to remove it, if you want to be able to remove it and then put it back and what was what you wanted because you want to hang it on the wall and then when you use something, for example, you needed this for your items of crafts, so I needed some of your tools or pens, you can remove any shelves you need and then whatever I like.
As for this one, there will be enough space at the bottom where I will hang some washi, so it was successful. I'm using some of the stamp pads because that's what she wanted, this is for her little pads and then because she's making a planner, I think she's also seen my planner videos and said she wanted to do more planning in the university and of course you will use washes to decorate them, so just a peg again and I just put up this

easy

and fun wash. part here, the extra part is that those slots became the cutter, so it's amazing because it's so thin that now you can cut almost anything, as you can see, it's a stopper so the pin doesn't slide out of each side.
I just used a binder clip on each side and to hang on the wall, I'm just using a piece of this thick ribbon which is a burlap ribbon from Dollar Tree, hot glue on each end and then I'm using it to hang on the hook from the hair commando You can also get it, like I said before, at Dollar Tree, so this time it's on the top of the door or on the door, but you'll hang it on the wall above your desk. I also want to mention that instead of the binder clip. You could probably use, you know, someone suggested maybe a hair tie and then if you're replacing the washi, you can just remove it or a zip tie would work and then just cut it off, it's cheap anyway.
Now for the next DIY I'm going to do. I'm going to show you an alternative to the Play Track Slash Pot Lid Organizer because for quite a while Dollar Tree didn't sell them, they're back as of this date, but before you know it, people were like, Oh, I want that wrapping paper organizer, but they ran out of those, I couldn't find them, so I came up with the idea of making a shower caddy and then I reversed one and then connected them like this and then of course using my zip ties, the I connected where they crossed. and to make them durable now I adjusted this so that the rolls fit and then the center part because not all gift wrapping rolls are created equally so the thicker or larger guns will stay in the center and I will show you later .
This is how I'm going to connect them starting in the center so it doesn't slide around as I connect them, to make it a little safer and easier to connect the other connections after 14 cable ties. or zip ties, then I'm applying hot glue after cutting off the excess on each of the connections to give it a little more stability so it doesn't slide and this is what I've done here: use a binder clip or even clothespins to use a stopper so they don't fall out because unlike the dish rack or the pot lid holder, it has kind of an area there that holds it up because it has some kind of curvature, this one doesn't have That's why the spiders clip on and it works, and the bottom hooks here I use to hang my gift bags.
That's all. I hope you enjoyed this video compilation and got some ideas on how you can build your own organizers using Inexpensive Materials from Dollar Tree.
