I think the health gear is by far the best option for him so now that Frank is maxed out that will be really helpful and I can only do one other fighter and the fighter I'm going to choose will be Lou because I already have his hypercharge , which makes it really strong, especially in Hot Zone and will be very good to have in those situations where you have Hot Zone and rapid fire enabled.
