Wrecked Vulcan 1500 Rebuild/Bobber build

May 09, 2020
What's up guys, has there been any interference outside today? I woke up 1,500, the guy actually hit a deer and tore it up. I'm actually planning on doing a

bobber

build

by replacing the headlight, cutting everything off at the rear, I'm not really sure if I'm going to replace the shocks or make the tail hard or not, but I'm going to put a

bobber

seat on it. You could try to repair the tank or just buy another one. The brake levers are raised. The foot lever footrest is raised. I'm going to delete the fender and probably cut it off, so make new bars, remove this windshield, it'll be cool, so stay tuned.

I'm putting dielectric grease on the computer plugs, put in their fuse, so I have a glass full of gasoline. and I hooked it up to the fuel pump and I'm about to test it to see if this sucks. This is what goes into the carburetor. There is only one quick test. The fuel pump appears to be working. Put that bomb directly into the last cup. Not yet. Look, it's a 93 fuel. I have some antifreeze to flush the coolant and replace the cooling. I have full synthetic oil at nubby forty high mileage. I actually got more fuel line just to upgrade the gas tank because I think this thing has some damage and is leaking. a little bit and then I bought some spark plugs and I'm going to do a full maintenance on it because I want to make it shake and make sure it's in top condition so I'm going to try to solder something up and pull. that noise, I'll see if someone can do it, the spark plugs, preferably, you need a little anti-seize or a little oil to put on the threads so that there are no seas and then a little compressed air and then your shock absorber.

More Interesting Facts About,

wrecked vulcan 1500 rebuild bobber build...

I drilled a hole in the wall filter that doesn't have an oil dipstick, screwdriver, pry bar, that's fine so I'll send it down, I actually shaved it down as far as the bolt goes. You may have to turn the bolt. go up a little bit, but other than that, I can drill a hole right there and mount it and sand everything and paint it and then those will be the operator sets of my dreams, so I have some sheet metal here, it's pretty thin. To form the belly here, basically, I'm just going to come take it and place it up to here so it takes up the space.

Cover the battery that is on top. It will be a smooth and flat surface. It will look pretty good when you do it. I'm done, hopefully, because no one wants to see the battery and you also don't want rain and other things falling on the battery, so it's so bent, that's me, my mounting bracket for my seat and the mounting bracket for my light rear, that's all here. a little bit of Shinto cutting and I'm going to do it in Springs so I just shaved it again and I turned off the bolt myself and I'm actually going to modify this side now so the placements are pretty good very happy with it so if it comes off hit the case with the rubber so it doesn't damage the case or scratch it and I'm actually a little bit off on this piece because there are two fitting places you can have it further away and I'll just cut it on the closest one because it will make sense having it, it kind of gets in the way when you put your foot in there, so I tried to buy a Harbor Freight tool in the store, they didn't have it so I had to order online.

They then proceeded to tell me it was on back order six days after I bought it online so I ended up canceling it and ended up going to the auto parts store and buying an extractor and a body camera this is the only accessory they had to it was similar to what I needed so I'm actually going to solder this piece together you're going to attach the rest of it so the battery terminals actually hit the top of this and they hit the back of this so actually the rays will be useful throughout the center section, they won't affect anything, it will look maybe a little strange, but it's not a big deal, it all depends on how you remodel it and improve it a little, but that would be nice if it was on the roads , suddenly, sparks everywhere, fire, someone cut the brake at an angle. here and like that, and I'm going to cut it right here and hopefully this will be able to rotate, hopefully, rotate nicely, where it's flat against the metal and I can just weld it in place, so this is Actually, where your foot, we're going to cut some dents in the chrome, so I'm going to hit it real quick with Bondo, hit the grinder, then put some Bondo on it, sand it and repaint it.
It's fine with a grinder, but I put some Bondo on it. So here's your tank paint job, you can almost see where, you can see where Bondo's not a big fan of my dad's work, I guess, but okay, I guess you can see those two, but after you've done many. consolidated jobs, of course, that's terrible. The handlebar mounts were bent and raised, so to drill them, I saved a bunch of bolts for a lot of things, they took out the freshmen, so I was pumping this, holding it and then opening, opening. one let it squirt and I closed it again.
I actually moved to the left side so these are off from the stock break light. I'm actually connecting them but at the market I'm going to plug them back in so the green is ground and I connected the halo to the low beams, preferably I wanted to connect it where it's on all the time but I guess this is just a Temporary dip in high beams, basically the LED blocks the red anyway, which gives me the blocks of the blue anyway. So the steering stops, so I'm going to weld this loaded 3/4 inch solid, done, don't sail.
I'm going to miss this bad girl.
