Who is Marvel's Bor? Father of Odin - Unimaginable PowerJun 14, 2021
Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great day. In this video I'm going to cover Bor. Now Bor's real name is Bor Burison and he is 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 650 pounds, he has blue eyes and red hair. He made his first appearance in Mystery Journey #97 in October 1963 and his apparent death occurred in Thor #600. As of April 2009, Bor is now an ancient Asgardian god wielding an
powerthat rivals and even surpasses that of Odin. With this
power, he can control the elements like wind and lightning. He projects powerful energy beams from his eyes capable of damaging Thor and can even cause major cataclysms with just a thought, he demonstrated this not only during his battle with the gate in the Dark Avengers, he threatened to unleash enough raw power to even destroy the entire world. planet, he has also been shown punishing Odin for bringing life to earth. he is also able to lift the hammer Mjolnir, one of the few worthy beings that ever existed capable of doing so being an Asgardian Bor possesses superhuman physical strength however his st Strength is far superior to that of a normal Asgardian.
He was able to match Thor blow for blow and even gain the upper hand once or twice during their fight despite Thor being the physically stronger Asgardian. He too proved to be too much for the dark. Avengers, it is even implied that he can further increase his strength by using divine magic from him. Bor can move at superhuman speeds and has exceptional stamina that a typical Asgardian can exert for approximately 24 hours before their bodies begin to feel fatigued. As Bor is one of the oldest and strongest of his race, it is implied that you can push yourself for much longer than that.
Bors' skin muscles and bones are far tougher than even some of the strongest Asgardians, and their incredible durability allows them to go toe-to-toe. with some of the heaviest hitters in the Marvel Universe, he was able to withstand full force blows from door hammers, the same ones that were able to knock down his key with ease, now keep in mind this is the same Hercules who was defended against an enraged World Breaker Hulk now, despite his divine durability, it is possible to injure him, however, even if injured, his Asgardian metabolism allows him to heal most injuries very quickly, even faster than his fellow Asgardians and just as most Asgardians have, he is extremely long-lived, being one of the oldest Norse gods in existence, however he is still not immortal, he also possesses full speech and due to this he can communicate in all languages of the nine kingdoms, terrestrial dialects and various. alien languages along with his powers, he is a master among masters in both armed and unarmed combat, favoring a scythe capable of withstanding blows from the air in physical combat, making him a deadly combatant in any situation, now his great physical strength allows him to lift well over 100 tons with ease being able to match an Odin Force and power Thor pound for pound in their first meeting and seemingly master that ba To some extent Thor himself even comments on Bor's power when Bor breaks Thor's rib with a single blow from the blunt side of his axe, and had it not been for Odin's Force, he would not have survived the first blow of their battle. it should be noted that as the powers of most earth gods are weakened on earth, the range of Bor's powers was reduced during his battle with the gate since they were on the planet, now part of the story Bor's background is that when his
fatherBuri left the throne, he left.
As ruler of Asgard, a born warrior, he led his people in a time of power and prosperity and earned his loyalty both through his leadership and his triumphs in the field. He was one of the guys who created the universe and along with his other achievements they were an unquestioned and powerful ruler, he took the giantess Bestla as his wife and they had four sons, Cul, Vili, Ve and Odin, who would be Bor's heirs though Cul would be forgotten until much later, when Odin was killed. born. Bor paid special attention to him preparing him to one day take his place as king.
Just like Odin one day grew up Thor, he personally taught Odin how to fight, how to rule, how to serve and how to defend his dreams, but he did not encourage his son to dream alone and when Odin won against him, he was driven to do so. . rage as Odin created the inability to undo the actions of his sons and his anger Bor visited every imaginable possible horror upon them now in the enemies of Asgaard once again threatened them Bor led his forces against them with his son Odin at his side along with his son they proved too much for the Frost Giants and easily defeated them when one tried to escape, though Bor true to form pursued his enemy and fell headlong into his trap.
A powerful sorcerer was waiting for him, who was actually the current incarnation of Loki in disguise and knowing that he could not match him, his powerful power caught him off guard turning him into snow. Bor's son arrived just in time to see the last of him fly away and begged Odin to find a sorcerer to free him. Years passed and Odin did not try to save his
father, but led Asgaard on his behalf and followed his own dreams. At first Bor tried to convince his son to release him. However, as the years passed and a son of Odin was born, Bor realized that his son would never release him for revenge.
Bor promised Odin that he would not bother him anymore if he took the son of a fallen king and raised him as his son. own self. Not even a week later, Odin killed Laufey, Loki's father, who was king. Odin brought Loki to his house to please his father and set the events in motion for his own doom. Odin never realized that the Bor that had been torturing him from beyond the grave was actually just an illusion created by the present. Loki. Now later, Loki, who was in the form of a woman at the time, used his powers to undo the spell he had used to kill Bor and resurrected him in the present day.
However, Loki also distorted his sense of reality making it appear that Bor was on a nightmare version of Earth invaded by demonic beings convinced that he had lost his final battle and his son was dead. He almost immediately went berserk and was finally confronted. by Thor, who did not know the boy's identity at the time, however, Bor saw Thor as a demonic being and taking into account that the Odin Force emanated from Thor, he believed that he had killed his son Odin, Bor lashed out at him. Thor and a great battle broke out on the streets of New York City.
As the fight progressed, Bor was beginning to gain the upper hand and Thor knew that he couldn't stop Bor unless he helped him. Thor yelled Avengers Assemble in the skies, but the ones who responded to the car weren't exactly the people Thor had in mind. instead, Thor found himself facing the Dark Avengers along with Ares and the Sentry, who making their grand entrance chased them both down, however Bor proved too powerful for the Dark Avengers and easily defeated those left behind after the Dark Avengers. Iron Patriot. he was thrown out of the fight by Thor with the Dark Avengers out of the way.
Bor and Thor resumed their fight blow after blow, neither of the Asgardians would budge and things only got worse when Bor began to unleash his true power. The power that could easily destroy the entire planet with Mjolnir actually thrown aside by Bor Thor was forced to fight his way against wave after wave of energy bolts as well as past the gale force winds to reach his hammer. Once Thor had retrieved Mjolnir, he stopped the storm unleashed by Bor's power, and in that moment, both Bor and Thor faced each other, each preparing to deliver the killing blow.
In the end, Thor was the one who was victorious and then Loki and Balder arrived and told Thor exactly who he had just killed. When Thor found out about this, he was overcome with horror and grief. But it was already too late and Bor died. Thor was then exiled from Asgard forever because he killed another member of the royal family. The ban stated that if Thor ever returned, he would be killed along with anyone who tried to help him. However, it should be noted that Thor was later pardoned by Balder and was once again able to live among his fellow Asgardians.
Now, from this story, it should be noted that Bor has been reanimated by Hela because he had his own scheming purposes in mind. Now, due to his enormous powers and abilities and his influence in the Marvel Universe; For my rating from 1 to 10, I'll give Bor a legendary rating out of 10. I hope you all enjoyed the video.
