Just remember some people. sometimes I have more than one Etsy account and they get confused and say they can't find them but they are actually there, maybe under a different email address than the one you used or a different password and email address combination, something like that. people have a different Etsy account on their phone than your people have on their computer and they don't realize that or on their tablet they don't realize it and sometimes that can make it seem like they're not there but they really are there .
