I love it but it's 80 euros a shake so it's not something I want to get every day although I would love to get it every day but they have the ingredients on their menu so I thought I'd do a little stalking so I'm looking into it and I'm going to try to recreate the bodybuilder shake because it's so good to have a protein shake for breakfast, it's so easy and you can even make it the day before so double bonus, according to their website, I don't know if you can see this.

It has almond butter. butter yeah, I got confused with the English word for a second because it was like butter which doesn't make sense, why would I add peanut butter? It has butter, never mind almond butter, almond milk, banana, cocoa powder, date paste, henna seeds, Himalayan salt. vanilla and vegan protein powder. I don't have vegan protein power, but I have the ingredients except the date paste, but I'm just going to add dates. I actually prefer to add frozen bananas to my smoothies because that makes them a little thicker and colder, so let's see, I'm really excited for this to work because I feel like I'm making money if it works, I probably shouldn't have frozen it without this skin. I think the serving size is better now but the color is too light so I think I have to add some cocoa powder but I will try it first to remove the sweetness. I'm really curious and now it's time to go ahead and make lunch. This is what I have planned for lunch, so I have two carrot omelettes, you can have them. cold or warm, so I'm going to eat them cold, then I have some leek and cucumber, I have Philadelphia salmon and I have toasted pine nuts, these were already toasted, so all I have to do is clean them and cut them and then make my little wraps. What I think is funny about this recipe is that in my opinion it tastes even better if you put it in the fridge and leave it there for a few hours, same with the smoothie to be fair, so it's perfect. you like to prepare maybe the night before or maybe in the morning when you have time and then you can take it with you or eat it later and you will still enjoy it.
In fact, I love making ribbons every time I add carrots or cucumbers. a wrapper, then the wrapper doesn't get very bulky but stays a little thin. I usually keep my gloves away from the wrap because there's a lot of water in this part of the cucumber and then the wrap gets very watery and I don't love it so I'll eat this and here's lunch so I have two wraps with 100 grams of Philadelphia salmon, lettuce, cucumber, pine nuts and a leek, and you can swap the salmon for anything else, basically, but it's super quick. easy and a hearty lunge with fats, proteins and carbs, obviously I'm stuck in my teeth, such a good recipe, it's like a very standard recipe, but it's really nice, okay beautiful people, it's time for the next and last meal today and me.
