I'm doing this on the first night of the Holiday Tour, this covers the entire Holiday season, I bought myself a spot on the inaugural tour, so I'm really excited to start this on this particular day. My check-in time is six o'clock in studio 18, which some of you may already know. like what used to be the Blue Man Group theater between Universal Studios Florida and the Hard Rock Café so let's head in that direction now sign up for our tour and get this party started right we're all signed up. It's a great show if you've never seen it before. Curious fact. I actually didn't like the show that much. I thought it was a little annoying, but I've really grown to love it as time has gone on each time I've been forced to see it for the Holiday Tour here at Universal. I liked it more and more and what was really nice is that once we left our group went straight to the Circus McGurkas for food and desserts and this is also where you meet the Grinch and Max the dog we are here for about 45 minutes.

Get food and drink whenever you want, but I'm going straight to Max the dog. I really want to meet this dog, oh my gosh, hey, hey Max, how are you? Hey little guy, oh my gosh this is amazing, this is Max the dog. I can find him on the Holiday Tour this is the only place you can meet him hey oh my god this is an oh my god I love you I'm going crazy oh this is the best day of my life thank you so much Max thank you so much something good now that we have our meeting with Max and eventually we'll get to the Grinch, we'll get to that guy, let's talk about the food in years past, you would just have the hot chocolate, the drinks and the desserts, which was Okay, I remember doing the tour and I like being hungry and wanting to eat.

More than just cookies and hot chocolate this year, they've upped it, they're actually savory foods, which is really nice. I think it's a very smart move. I think that's a big plus for this tour uh I should probably grab some and tell you how they are yeah okay this is my haul this is what I got from our food stop here on The Holiday Tour. I'm not going to eat all of this. I'd like to try slices and slices, but I have some pizzas over here, I have some green chicken waffles, uh who hash tots, and then the two cookies that you can get on the Holiday Tour, that's it, back to our table and try them To make the idea good, they are very similar to the ones they serve in the park, so if you have the ones at Green Eggs and Ham, it's exactly the same.

I wish they had the green eggs and ham version. They only have who hash and pizza tots which I enjoy but my favorite is definitely like the green eggs and ham tots, chicken waffle, something too crazy, nothing special. I actually really enjoy cookies this year. I never really liked cookies. On previous vacation trips they have improved them, they are like a sugar cookie. Style with frosting. They did a really decent job. They're not bad at all compared to what they were before. There is a notable improvement. It's a nice touch too. That the freestyle machines are set up, you can have unlimited soda, all different types of soda.

Something I've always really liked on all the Christmas tours I've done has been hot chocolate, so I hope this year is no different, wait, this is my coffee, sorry, it's hot chocolate, so obviously it's hot, but it's still very good, it's like they made it with milk, you know what I mean, that's the difference between a good hot chocolate and a good hot chocolate is when you make it with milk and at least that's how it tastes . I mean, I don't really know how they make it, but it definitely tastes like that, you know, it's not something powdered that you can get right, so the food was really excellent.

I loved meeting Max and you also have the opportunity to meet the Grinch. Unfortunately, I've been pretty bad with my time management at times. I didn't stand in line to meet the Grinch. It's a little different last year, you expected the Grinch. To get to your table this year you have to queue and wait and that's why I didn't have enough time to see it, what I would really recommend so you're not like me is that when you get to that part of the tour where you go to Circus McGurkus to meet the food, meet the characters first, the food comes second, okay, I did a double dip and I liked meeting Max twice because I thought it was cool and unique for a meet and greet, but I definitely should having used some of That Moment Was to Meet the Grinch, but we cut backstage and now we're here in an empty Universal Studios Florida and we're getting ready to ride the New York race car starring Jimmy Fallon.

It's about 30 minutes to walk around, take pictures, stand in line for a butterbeer, those are the two things you can do during this time. This is the only time you'll be coming to Universal on this trip, which I assume. I think the only thing I would really say is that I wish there was something more to do in Hogsmead than just wait for the show. Hog's Head is the only place that was open and there was a really long line to get Butterbeer and honestly I'd rather pay like seven or seven. Eight dollars more, which is about the cost of a Butterbeer. I'd rather you put that in the price of the tour so you have butterbeer waiting for you or just like they're handing it out to you because it's really big. offer for a lot of people and when they go to see Harry Potter, especially when it's cold and it's so cold, of course you want a butterbeer, but the line is very long and if you're waiting in line for butterbeer, you're not going. to have time to maybe take pictures in front of the castle or explore the empty powder magazine, you have to choose and I think last year I got an ornament as if we received a small gift that I didn't get something this year at least they didn't give me anything and always I thought it was nice to have.

I actually hang those ornaments on my Christmas tree every year and I didn't get any this year oh well, but I did meet Max the dog so he was great overall. This year's Holiday Tour was the best version of the Holiday Tour that we have simplified, more things were added to the tour, more unique opportunities were added to the tour and I think for What is a very affordable price?
