Hello everyone and welcome to my channel. I'm so excited for today's video because I'm going to share with you a ton of ideas that you can make using these Dollar Tree ornaments. They are like very small pieces of wood that you can use to make many things. projects and in today's video I will show you some ideas on how you can use them to decorate your home for Valentine's Day. ornaments from Dollar Tree, they come in a pack and they also come in different designs so you can choose the one you like the most and first I'm going to paint my

hearts

, you can paint them any color and I decide to use a very light color, like baby pink, which is now perfect for Valentine's Day and I'm just going to give it a coat of foreign paint.

This is a grapevine wreath I have. It's been around for so long and I really love them. I really like to decorate this wreath for every season and now I'm going to show you how I'm going to do it now for the first Valentine's Day, you can use some foliage or greenery and I. I'm going to put them between the branches of my wreath, which is why I really like these grapevine wreaths because you don't need glue, you can put those stems between the branches of the wreath and they will stay on very well. you can still wear your wreath, you can find something similar maybe at Walmart Michaels or Hobby Lobby.

I'm going to put Granary on just one side of my wreath and once that part is done I'll glue the hearts on, maybe you can. Put it like a little piece of twine and add them to the wreath, but I decide to stick them on the greenery with a little bit of hot glue and I'll start by gluing four of these

wooden

hearts. Now I need to put something in the center like. Among the vegetation you can put the same wooden heart, but I decided to use a bigger one, this one is also from Dollar Tree, it's like a small sign, I just painted the same pink color and I'm going to add a small piece of twine to the back so I can clip this on my crown.

I'm going to use hot glue and a piece of tape to hold it in place. I'm going to tie a little knot in the back and then the final touch. If you want, you can add some flowers of a different color just to make them stand out on my wreath. I'm going to cut the stems off with a cutter and then insert them through my wreath like five to one. side and five on the other side of the wreath and that's it guys this project is done, a super easy wreath that you can make yourself, you can put it on your front porch door and it will look beautiful and you can also use it . for the spring season will also work well abroad for this next project.

I'm going to use one of these wooden Hearts ornaments from Dollar Tree and I'll also use a stone or mat from Dollar Tree. With a ton of different styles you can choose from, I decided to go with the Dollar Tree classic. I think Dollar Tree always has this style, so what I'm going to do is use my wooden heart. as a template and I'm going to use a crash marker and I'm going to start making hearts on my rug once that part is done and you're good with the design you create with your hearts and the pattern you can start painting your hearts you can choose any color.

I decide to go with the white color using my Waverly shock paint and I really like this pink one because it works perfect on these types of projects and the color stays on your rug for a long time. You can add a clear coat of spray paint to make sure it will hold up well or you can just leave it alone. Now it looks weird on my front porch and I really like it. This is a perfect simple touch that anyone can do. You can do it very easily with only 1.25 tons. You can have a very cute Valentine's Day rug for your porch.

Maybe you can paint the hearts in different colors if you want or maybe add a word that says welcome or love. I'm going to use these. wooden hearts that I get at Dollar Tree. I'm going to use a pack that comes with eight and another one of these that have a different design because I need a total of nine hearts and these hearts have a hole in the top that I need to have two holes in so I'm going to use my drill and make a little hole in the bottom of each of the hearts and then I will sand that part to make sure it looks nice and smooth and I did the same with the nine hearts that I have once all the hearts have two small holes I am going to paint them and first I am going to be painting two of the hearts with these swirl wax in light color, this will just protect my wood and make the natural color of the wood stand out a little more so for the next two hearts I will use my Rivoli wax in old color and I'm going to paint these two and let them dry for the next two hearts.

I'm going to use my Waverly Chalk Paint in Mineral. I really love this color, so what I did was paint two of the hearts. and then if you want you can add a little bit of wax and that will add dimension to my heart. For the other hearts, I will use my special walnut stain. I paint them on the outside and this is what they look like. For the last heart that has all the designs on it, I'll use a pink color that will stand out from the other wood tones just to make your life a little easier.

You can use these types of heat tools. It works amazing. It dries your paint much faster so I'll leave you the link of the one I'm using in the description box. Well, now I'll use more thread, cut three long pieces and go. basically put the hearts on the piece of twine and I made three sets of three hearts each foreign for this project and I'm going to use this wooden stick. I have it at home but it's from Home Depot, super cheap. and I'm going to cut four pieces at 45 degree angles where each piece is 20 inches long.

I'm going to sand all my sticks just to make them smoother now I'm going to paint them. and I really like to use my special Walnut stain, so that's what I did. I used that color and dyed each of the sticks and then left them outside to dry. I'm going to glue them together, form my frame and then glue them together. I'm going to use wood glue and I add glue to each side and I stick them together and just to reinforce them I'm going to use my stapler and I add some staples to each side.

Thank you once you put it. the staples you need to add a little weight on top of the spring and let it dry for a couple of hours and once it dries this is what it will look like now I'm going to mark the center of my frame so I can put the piece of twine with the hearts and Make sure that the first one is in the center and the rest of the pieces have the same space between each one. To glue them, you can use hot glue but you must make sure that they do not stick.

They are going to be stronger so first I make a small knot at each end of the string then you can add the hot glue or staples and that way they will be stronger with the hearts I am going to arrange the hearts as I want them to be and on the same level to make sure they look good and then I will add hot glue to the back of each heart just to make sure they don't go anywhere and The final touch will be to add a prong hanger to the back to being able to hang our frame once I'm done, that's how my project turned out and I really like it, I love the way it looks, it's high end.

Look, I was just using these wooden hearts from Dollar Tree and you can make a frame, if you want, you can use an older frame that you already have at home or one that you can get from the foreign Dollar Tree boards that you can get at Dollar. Tree, comes in a set of six. I'm only going to use four for this project. I'm going to use some wax in antique color so I can paint my wooden boards, but a really cool trick is that you can add a little water to the wax, this will make it a little easier to paint and will also make the color to be a little lighter, so that's what I did.

I paid for my four boards and this is what they look like once I have them. ready part I'm going to add a Deca. I'm going to use my Cricut. I made these letters to form the word love and I also added a number on one side and this will make this project look like a Scrabble. In the game I made all the letters except the letter O because I want the letter O to be a heart so I'll use this one from Dollar Tree. I covered the holes with a little hot glue and then I will be painting my heart with a little white chalk paint, I will give it two coats of paint and then I will be gluing that heart on one of the wooden boards. and then I'm going to add the number of this foreign side.

I can add them to the wall, but I want them to be able to stand up on a surface, so for that I'm going to use these big pieces of wood that I cut with my saw and then I'm going to paint them with a little more wax and a thicker color, but this time I'm not going to add water just because I really want these peas to be a little bit darker, so I'm just going to paint them, leave them like this and let them dry also I'm going to use four pieces of these blocks these are Jenga blocks that I'm also going to paint with a little bit of wax and a thicker color now that I have that part ready I'm going to start gluing the Jenga blocks onto the big piece of wood that I have and this is just to help me hold up the wood planks.

Now I just have to glue the wooden planks together. I'm going to use some hot glue, but you can use wood glue to make. To make it stronger, I'm just going to add a little bit of glue to the bottom of the wood planks and also the Jenga blocks and I'm going to make sure that all the wood planks are super straight once I'm done, that's right how my project turned out. and oh I'm so happy with this project, it turned out so beautiful and oh my gosh so affordable. All of these projects are super easy to do on a budget and mostly use items from Dollar Tree, they're perfect enough for Valentine's Day, but you still can.

I use these decoration pieces in other foreign seasons. I'm a little obsessed with cutting boards. I love them and I really like using them in my kitchen just to decorate some walls and I also really like putting them on my countertops. I have these three. cutting boards that I really like but as you can see they are very simple one color and I really want to add a little touch to one of them. I'm going to use the smallest one and I'm going to use one. of these wooden hearts or as wooden ornaments Hearts from Dollar Tree and what I'm going to do is add a little bit of paint to them.

I really like these soft pink ones now for Valentine's Day this year so I'm going to paint my heart in that color and then let it dry thank you once the piece is ready I just have to stick this with a little glue in the center of my cutting board and so my project will be ready. I'm going to put all of these cutting boards on my kitchen counters and these little cutting boards will add the perfect touch. I think it's super cute and you can do the same in all seasons of the year. I decided to use these beautiful wooden hearts. that you can make so many crafts and products with them and this specific wooden heart is perfect for making a napkin holder so I decided to cover the hole with wood putty and then I'm going to paint my heart in these beautiful pink colors.

Waverly shock paint color and then I'll let it dry with my heat tool which works wonders. The link will be in the description box and you can add a nice touch by sending all the edges of the wooden heart to make it have a little more dimension, okay the last step will be to add your napkin on this ring holder, you are going to take your napkin and you want to pinch that napkin in the center and then I'm just going to put all of that inside the hole that these hearts have and that's all you can put on your dining room table near the charger near all the plates and it will look so beautiful it's a good idea that anyone can make and with this package from Dollar Tree you can make eight of these napkin ring holders.
