strongest

man on Earth, so the diet is about

eating

to get stronger. We're going to start here with breakfast, so what? What I've got going is I've got Trifecta bison, I've got eggs, I'm making pancakes, we've got the griddle, uh, so I'm going to mix these things up, get them going and have some food in my stomach because I'm I'm hungry and I'm ready to eat, so with pancakes I'm not very precise when measuring this.

What I'm aiming to make is about half a box, so that's what I've marked. It may have gone a bit. There, of course, they give you the instructions in the box. I don't have time to deal with that, so I know the ingredients are milk, eggs, and water, so I just use my judgment to get some milk. Many times with half a box they say one egg, but one egg is not as good as two, so I modify it too, I always need more finishing touches of protein and I have done a good job, so here we have eight ounces of bison and this is already It's pre-baked quilting, which is amazing if I add it, so I'm going to do eight ounces and then what I have here is just a helicopter, that's what I'm going to call it.

It's called something different, but basically I like to cut these burgers because I'm going to add some eggs so we can do it. I'll rotate the eggs a little bit, but today we're going to make six, I mean, six eggs, eight ounces of bison here we go perfect and as far as seasoning goes, salt is all I use if I just put salt on this, the eggs and the bison are ready, oh okay, you get one, daddy gets one, two, two, three four, why don't you get four, five and? this could be for your brother how about this will be my service so basically a

I'll do regular butter and syrup and then over the eggs I actually put in it. a little ketchup helps them go down a little easier and tastes good. I always try to get it in one trip, so we got the syrup, orange juice, pancakes, and eggs. Let's take this to the food hatch. number one is down, good start to the day, definitely, it filled me up, but the good thing about this is that I will get over this quickly and move on to meal number two, because I have a lot to eat today, so even though that was a big meal , I'm usually hungry in about an hour, hour and a half or so, so I'm going to show you guys, what's meal number two, next meal number two that I actually prepare here in the kitchen and then I take it with me to the I work so I can eat it while I work.

I make a smoothie, so I have the blender. I have ice here. I poured in some water to about 20 ounces or so. and then I make a whey protein isolate. I'm using the undefined delicious persistent ISO and it's a really, really good protein, so I'm going to take three scoops here, so that's 24 grams of protein per scoop, so about 75 grams of protein. What I'm looking for with this I get them in a banana like this and then I add a little bit of peanut butter and kind of a spoonful of peanut butter like this, so I have my classic Shaw water bottle here and that one. that's what I'll pour the shake into that, perfect along with the shake.
I'm going to take an apple. I'm cleaning out these heavenly pieces, that's what they're called, but they're organic oats, dark chocolate, basically a cookie. and they're not very big, but they contain quite a few

calories

, so there's 110

calories

in this alone, so I get four of these with my shape. I have my little lunch box here, so I'll throw them in my smoothie. I go in and just zip it up and then I go out to work and eat it there, okay guys, I'm here writing some emails and it's officially time to jump into meal number two.
I hope not. my refrigerator has my smoothie I have my heavenly slices I think those are whatever they are amazing and my Apple so I'm going to jump on this keep working a little and eat these easily these next calories with this meal many times this it happens you know I'm on the go I'm doing a lot of different things you know I have to pack it bring it here or I'm on the way I have to take it The Lunchbox, but the work still has to be done, but the food has to be done too to keep moving forward.
Thanks, meal number two is in the books, it was delicious and like I said on the Go, it's very easy to do the work and get the food. I think right now we're sitting around 3500 calories for meal number two, so it's definitely a good start to the day and we'll keep it moving for meal number three. Sometimes I call it the first lunch. We are eating pasta. I have more bison which is amazing and then we're going to put a delicious sauce on top so the first thing I have to do is boil the water we're going to bring the hot dogs here turn it on and then add a little salt to the water like this so we'll let Let it boil and then we will cook the pasta.
The water is boiling. I've measured three three portions of pasta here and what I like to do is divide it. in thirds like this to make it a little easier to eat when it's all done, but with this meal I'm going to have a pound of bison, so basically two of these packages here we'll do the same thing as Before, with Shoppers, we'll just cut the burgers again and we'll make it easy so you can throw it right on top of the pasta. Once it's ready, add the sauce, so this is a really basic meal, but it's something that I.
I have used it in the past. I've had a lot of success with pasta, of course, I still love my rice, don't worry, it's still coming, but the pasta is definitely a bigger part of this preparation, it sure looks delicious and sauce three is the key. so it tastes even better, it's going to be great, it was delicious and as you see, when I eat I don't have my phone near me, I'm not talking to anyone and that's what I'm back with. this diet because if I spend too much time eating, for example, if I'm trying to scroll through my phone, you know, whatever I'm doing, email social media, that kind of thing, it really wastes a lot of time and if drawing If I eat too long it carries over to the next meal and then I end up at the end of the day not being able to eat all my meals so what I've really come back to is when the food settles.
I sit down in front of me and I focus and I literally dig into it and I do it and then I move on to the next thing and you know, now I still have to participate in a couple of different work meetings. I have other obligations and things to handle so that's it, we move on but it was delicious uh very happy with how today is going and uh let's keep rocking let's go to meal number four Emil number four is Trifecta bison again, which is very topic very common at most we have green beans to go with it and then we're getting to some rice, most of my portions right now are a pound as we move towards classic shaw, I might increase that. a little bit more depending on how I feel with the training uh how my body weight is going you know with this contest uh you know and the diet that I'm doing I don't mind keeping my body weight down you know some of the contests before this one you know from what I've talked about hey I want my weight on the scale to be low you know I'm worried about speed I'm worried that Shaw's classic isn't about any of that it's just about being big and strong so I'm going to eat like if I would like to be big and strong and that's really the goal here, so you know, like I said, my portion sizes from this point on will only go up, not shrink, so you know, I know for sure and for me It's very true, if you want to be big and strong you need to eat big, so we'll get back to that and I've really been enjoying it and to be fair, how I feel. in the gym also shows me that eating this way again translates in the gym to my performance there, which at the end of the day the weight on the scale doesn't matter, none of that really matters, performance in the gym is what that matters and being strong in the gym is what matters so we're going to keep rocking that way and uh I'm going to go into the classic shaw probably heavier than I've been in quite a while and then I don't usually take It's time to heat the green beans because the meat is hot and then the rice will be hot.
I put it on top of the meat here, I just pour them like this and then I go right to the rice and throw it on top. then it is a rice. I'm making about two cups of rice with this meal, so about two cups is perfect, maybe a generous two cups with that is fine. I prefer to go for slightly larger portions than smaller ones and then we have barbecue sauce to put on top, so I have more work to do with this meal, so let's go to my office. The war increases as I get into the program, so we definitely have something else to eat, uh right now, I don't know. exactly where the calories are, but I'm guessing you already know a little over six thousand in that range, so we'll try to break it down and show it to you as you watch the video so you know how to respond. That question is better than me right now, but let's keep rocking. I'm going to eliminate this meeting and then we'll get to deal number five, after that we've gotten to meal number five and what we're on to is.
In the event that I am training tomorrow, I have a heavy deadlift session so I am also gathering energy for that so what I have with this meal is that I have ravioli and this is something that I have used in the past ago. a long time, so I really enjoy that we will be back with some bison. We have these chicken meatballs that I'm going to mix with the bison. They taste really good and just adds to the overall dish, you guys will find out what I'm talking about when I'm done. I'll start with some salad.
I just have to add some vegetables and then obviously we'll finish it off with a little bit. amazing pasta sauce, but first we need to get the water to boil so we can get our ravioli ready for the water to officially boil, so it's time to throw in the ravioli. I'm going to make 12 of these and that equals uh four servings since the serving size is three inches chain so it's going to be just eight ounces of bison since we're combining the meatballs and these are actually one meatball mango and jalapeƱo so I don't know why I saw them and thought they were It looks delicious but I've tried it as you can see because it's opened but I'm going to consume two servings of these so eight in total so while We wait for the ravioli to finish, I'll prepare the salad. so I just pulled out a bowl and then basic with this, this is just shredded romaine lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette.
Guess we'll shake it up get it ready to use trainer yeah delicious continue next oh god this is it. looking good, you could smell it through the camera, huh, that's cool, it's coming with these bad boys, we got these bad boys ready to go and the salad ready to go and then it's time to eat, so I can legitimately say that I am excited about this food. Look here, I added a little coke to the drink, that's not a normal thing, it's just a heavy pre-workout thing, so I'm getting ready, like I said, to train hard tomorrow, so I can have more treats when that is. the case.
So I'm definitely going to enjoy this. I'm just going to enjoy this is what I'm going to say and that's meal number five. It is definitely a great tasting meal. I will say that I had to work a little towards the end. I wasn't that hungry for that, but sometimes that's how it happens, you know, I mean the day goes by and I certainly do my best to space out all themeals and making sure I have adequate time to digest and that kind of thing. of that, but on top of that I also have to make sure that I'm consuming the food because I have to sleep and that's a big thing.
What I'm really trying to focus on is getting more sleep along with, you know, this increased amount of food, so all the time it's a bit of a balancing act between, you know, certainly feeling hungry, but sometimes just feeling full and when the clock says it's time to eat, you have to eat and that's just part of the game, so that's over. I'm going to make a few more things and then I'll show you what I can eat first. I'm going to bed and that's really exciting so I'm going to let this digest for a minute and then we'll move on to the last meal of the day and this is something I've started incorporating every night. before bed and that's a Gigantor that's a mass gainer Beat whole food protein with no added sugar very very proud of this product it's something I've wanted to put out with indefinite nutrition for a long time it's delicious but what I really I have started making it instead of drinking it as a smoothie.
I'm turning it into ice cream, so it's like a treat I can have before bed. I've really been enjoying it, so let me show you how it's been going. I start with some Fairlife milk and I just pour it into the blender, so I make about 20 ounces of Fairlife milk and then I make a full serving of Gigantor, which is great food. Now, the interesting part of this is actually us. It has a Char on the back and based on your body weight you can determine your serving size so you don't have to use a full serving if you don't want to so it's great that it's broken down but for me I am.
Making a full serving, which is the spice control, I put five giant scoops in the blender here, so I'm going to reduce it here, but I just dump this into these containers and try to get it pretty even between the two lids and then put them right in the freezer so they're frozen, so we'll leave them here and throw them in the freezer. These are the ones I made last night and they're frozen so I'm going to show you how I turn them into ice cream and this is a ninja cream, that's what it's called, so once you put it in, make sure it's in the right position and then put the lid here, line it up and then just put it like this. go right into the machine and then all you have to do with this is lock it and then push it all the way in and put it in place, press the power button and then we'll select ice cream and then it will work. to do your thing right so that's the ice cream cycle this looks pretty good overall so what I'm going to do is take a spoon and just pat it and then we're going to spin it again and we're going to make it super creamy and delicious and this should be faster, it's definitely faster than the ice cream cycle, sure, perfect, so I came out amazing, which is amazing, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to launch this to repeat the same steps and then I'll be ready to enjoy them.

Yes, that's a fair point, this is a pre-competition training diet and cheesecake equals big power. And you know, what goes really well with ice cream, cheesecake feels strong, so, oh my gosh, this is what you do at night when I go to bed. God, the cheesecake was a good choice. I feel like you need a Cheesy for every container. No, did you see that? Okay, I'm judging you so badly right now. Oh, okay, I guess it's hard to say that the cheesecake upped the game.
The cream was really amazing. Very happy. I discovered this because now I can end each night with a tree that is delicious and also nutritious. It's fun to eat for the Shaw Classic this year and I'm excited to see how it translates to my performance, my power, just an overall package that I can bring to the table there, so I hope you guys are excited about the contest.
