Feb 23, 2020
So hopefully a simple video to explain handicap and then we'll talk about stable standing points. The handicap is basically how good you are at golf. The lower your handicap, the lower the number here, the better at golf. Handicaps can reach up to 36 normally for competitions. to zero and then even better than that, you can have a handicap less than zero, which we won't worry about yet. If you have a zero handicap, that doesn't mean you are a high player, much, much better than So this guy has a handicap of 10, which means that at the end of the round he will have 10 strokes taken off his score after 18 holes, so if you scored 80 at one time, you will get 70 par on this course. is 70, that's useful as you finish the level.

Even

handicaps

are great for leveling the game, so anyone can play anyone in this case and you can make it even more stable through points. This is where points are awarded to get a score on the hole and the score is related to par first and also how difficult you like the hole to be, so this stroke rate here is roughly the difficulty of the hole, so this player here has a handicap of 10, which means he or she gets a shot on the 10 hottest holes, number one is not the most difficult hole, so in this example the player will not have a shot deducted from his score here because the handicap is 10, this is the hottest 12th hole, so this player gets a 3 he stays as a 3 on the next hole, this is the hottest 6 and Also quite complicated, if the player rolls a 5, he is taken away one shot, so it is actually a 4 that will fall again, here is the next shot of the hole - the second most difficult grip. if you want, if the play gets a 5 which reduces to 8 4, then there is no shot on this hole once you get it here once you get it here and you also get a shot here that's the tenth part is sold to how many captors Tim now how does this work with points at Stableford for a par you get two points for bogey which is one worse than par you get a point for birdie I'm better than pi you get three points Eagle four points so this is after they took away your

, the play here got three, the par was three, two points, the player got four, don't forget that a shot was made due to the hit and X, the PI is also four, two points, I'll play next.

I got five which is actually a 4-1 shot and a four on a par five is better, it's a birdie, three big points. The good thing about this format for those who haven't played if you're a beginner it's definitely a good way to play if you have a really bad hole when you get a 10 it doesn't count as a 10 it just counts as zero points and you've been getting the hole and you're still forward.
