in that video, so the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to go ahead and take down all of our fall and Halloween decor and I've got this box here. that I'm only putting things that we don't use and that I want to get rid of this year.

I'm just putting them right into that box and then I have a few different tubs that you'll see in just a minute, but I have one for fall and then I have two Halloween tubs that I'm putting all of our decor in and I'm going to store them in our attic. One thing I've been doing lately is I've been using a lot of gallons. Large size Ziplocks to store some of our decor and I try to keep them categorized together by room or place where I decorated them, that way when I pull them out next fall they will all be together and it will be easy for me to decorate each one. room now, before we continue with this video, I wanted to let you know that it is a collaboration with my sweet friend Johanna Thornton and that today she will also be doing some Christmas cleaning and decorating with me on her channel.

Possibility is about to fill them in a minute, but this one is completely filled with Halloween stuff, the one at the bottom. we still have a few things to put in there from the outside and then Nouwen is our fall tub so I'm about to put it up and I wanted to say I bought this tub from Walmart and I like that it's clear because I can see what's inside it even though it doesn't have it, even though they have stickers or whatever I put on there, they are clear so you can see what's there anyway and I love that now in this day that I'm the decor is rainy and gloomy and it's very cold outside.

I say freezing cold, but it's like 50 degrees and I haven't picked up my Halloween stuff from outside yet, but I'm ready to go inside while I'm cleaning up today. I'll be using mrs. Meyer's multi-surface spray and snowdrop scent and you guys this is awesome if your target doesn't have it look online target online they have it there so make sure you stock up on this stuff because I haven't seen it on nowhere else. that Target throughout this video, I'm going to take down all of my regular decor and clean up the surface behind and underneath it and that way I'll have a blank space so I can start adding things back in and then put up my Christmas decor. also so if you missed my last video it was a fun day with me and I did a big Christmas decor shopping and I'm sharing everything I got this year for

I got things from Walmart Hobby Lobby Target and Home Goods and I also have links to all those things that I bought this year in case you are looking for something similar to for now, when you start decorating your house, if you send me the chosen years of your decorations or tag me. in your Instagram stories so you can share them with our community. I am overwhelmed by clutter, so what I did here was take a five dollar garland from the dollar target spot and since I didn't want a big garland here it would have covered

part

of my TV. I just used this, it was super simple and then I grabbed some little berries from the Dollar Tree and started putting them on the garland and then also a little bit around the house, you'll see I use them everywhere and I love them because they give it a pop of red, but it's super simple and cheap so if you saw my drop, clean and decorate with me then you know all of these pillow inserts and covers are from Amazon and I recently bought this box set also from Amazon with these new pillow inserts I bought and what he wanted. the down and feather fillings just because I like the way they look and you can karate chop them and they look so much better than the cotton fillings I had before.

I know these are a lot more painful because the feathers will start to come out so I don't know, I'm always torn on whether I should get it for functionality or just whether it's cute or not. Now the rest of these pillows weren't from Amazon, they were all from Hobby Lobby or Walmart, so I shared those in my last video as well. Now we're going to move on to the kitchen, I'm going to clean here and then we'll start decorating and you'll see that I don't like it. I have a lot of stuff on my countertops so I try to keep the decor here pretty minimalist so now we're going to decorate my tiered tray and I wanted to let everyone know that I got a lot of this stuff from Target Dollar Spot and then also Dollar Tree and mainly everything here we're going to use, so I have a lot of snacks, a lot of things for hot chocolate and I'm excited about this and being able to use it this holiday season and My kids have already been checking and asking for snacks and I was like, "Okay , we won't have a hot chocolate night and that's when we'll start taking all the stuff out of here and start using it." I collected a bunch of bows. I went to Target. and Walmart and they had all these bows and I thought it would be something fun to add to the decor that I already have just to make it look a little more Christmassy now this plaid blanket here was a $5 blanket that I bought at Walmart and I actually ended up returning and buying a second one that was the same to use in Kayson's bedroom as decoration, but Walmart had so many really cute $5 blankets this year and I actually bought another one for Gracie June's room is a little different.

I shared it in my last video, but this will be the first year I'm decorating the kids' rooms for Christmas and I'm not going to go overboard, I promise I'll just do a few small ones. There's stuff in there and I'm excited because I know the kids are going to be really excited too at this point in the day the kids came home from school and Gracie June wanted to help me decorate so she's helping me here to just Decorate our entryway nicely. I moved most of the decor into the entryway and into the office, so now we're about to spruce up the dining room, so you'll see this sideboard definitely needed some cleaning.

Look at all that dust, I think. It's from when we sanded the wall in our office and I guess I missed cleaning it, I don't know, but it's okay, now it's clean and we're going to start decorating here and this is probably my favorite room and my entire house to decorate for the holidays and I think it's because when you walk into our house this is the first room you see, so I like to keep it festive. I'll keep it simple but festive for the holidays now here in my bread bowl. I'm just putting in some greenery and then we have a bunch of turkey feathers that I like to add.

I think it makes the greenery look really pretty for Christmas and then there are also those same little berries I got from the Dollar Tree. and then these berry stems that I bought at Target, they're your skinny hands ones, so they were $7.99 each, but I thought I'll be able to use them every year, so they were definitely worth it, so these plates, napkins and even the tablecloth was all from Target, they were the threshold brand and if you are looking for tableware for Christmas then these are very affordable. I love how they turned out and I'm so excited to be able to wear them for Christmas this year.

Alright, this was the last decoration I'm doing in this video, but the next day we ended up putting up our Christmas tree. I thought I might have it for this video, but I didn't have time. to put all that in so it's on the next one and I can't wait for you to see how our Christmas tree turned out. You'll see we have the little base right there on the left, that's where our Christmas tree is. is going to be published, so I can't wait for you to see how it all turns out in next week's video.

We planned to decorate our tree tonight but it's too late so we decorated it the next morning so it didn't appear in this video and it will be in next week's video so I hope they are.
