I have a fork on a knife and my cutting board. I have a large mixing bowl. I have my baking dish, which is a 9 by 13 dish. Okay, now we have all of our chicken shredded and you don't have to shred it by hand. You can use a food. food processor, if you will, I find that when I use the food processor, for some reason, the meat becomes too small, so I like to have it big like this and we're going to open our can of Angelotti sauce.
