their

incredible cosplay. My name is Alice Martin and I'm cosplaying Magical Mirai 2018 Hatsune Miku. The pigtails are a wire base and then there is foam on them. And then all the hair is glued with the 6000. My favorite part is probably the skirt, because underneath I have a very pretty petticoat. It's the color of the rainbow. And then I also made the crinoline skirt. So it gives it a really nice, big, fluffy shape that I really wanted to achieve.

It turned out much better than she expected. She was very worried, like she was always putting everything on me. I was like, I don't know. And then I put it all on and thought, like some kind of murder. Also, I want everyone to know that I filmed all of this on my phone. Maybe soon I can buy a camera for the channel so I can use my phone for more important things like playing RAID SHADOW LEGENDS. Thank you Raid Shadow Legends for sponsoring this video. their

lands. And my favorite champion from that faction is Mycilic Priest Orn, just look at him, look at his little mushroom hat, and it's not too late to get him in the Valentine's Day event, where you can play a lot of Valentine's-themed games.

It's much more ornate than I'm normally used to.
So there's a new learning curve on how to place everything and layout it. First I got a lot of resources. This shell molding I found was the first thing I found when I started building it. I just love it. I think he's so pretty and perfect and he was so easy to work with. Hello, I'm Zack, also known as Vulpire Cosplay and I'm dressed as Blaidd, the half-wolf from Elden Ring. I did this in about two and a half months, but it was unhealthy and I don't recommend it. So all the armor is retouched with a fully coated steel.
It is used for similar models, but has a very shiny and lacquered base color. And then I could go over that with acrylic, with a wash coat, which you usually don't want to do because acrylic dries immediately. But I found that if I use the 70% isopropyl alcohol mix, I could spray it on top of the armor and it would only be aggressive enough to remove the acrylic, but leave the lacquer paints intact. So I got this really nice rust and pitting effect on the armor. My name is ManaKnight and I cosplay Axel from Kingdom Hearts. I ended up using layers of foam board and covered it with wood glue.
And then I ended up painting all the things, you know? I only used acrylic paint because it is a little less messy than spray paint. I'm LadyCells, or Corey, and I'm disguised as a witch version of Umbreon. I am Lady Ikari cosplay. My name is Ikari and I cosplay. A witch version of Eevee. Both are Tigakun designs. One of the things I learned is to cover the foam with fabric. It was too much. I took smaller foam pieces, tried hot glues, super glues. I tried contact cement. But it's really a trial and error, because you have to test it on your particular fabric versus what will adhere to the fabric in the foam.
My favorite part of the whole costume is the broom; It was actually a martial arts staff that I carved. It was a lot of fun and it's a really lightweight and easy accessory to use. My name is Isabel. I'm Sailor Mercury. Actually, this shirt I bought at Savers just had the sleeves removed and I changed the collar to a white one. I use the call above as a pattern, so I found the fabric at a local store near me and then I picked it up and said, Oh, you can see through that, let's take some cheap polycotton and it's just flat lined, so it'll give it a little more weight and then you won't see the petticoat passing through it.
I'm Zoe or Lumina and I'm cosplaying Madoka from Madoka Magica. So at first when I started watching the show I thought I would never be able to cosplay him because I didn't think I could do him justice. But one day I decided to buy the cosplay, I put it on and I felt good. This was one of the first times I crimped a wig. I was teasing him, but he wasn't doing what I wanted and I squeezed him for the first time. And then I put a lot of glue and lacquer on it. I originally planned to attach all the flowers by hand sewing them, but I found that hot glue is much faster and works just as well.
My name is Abby. I'm cosplaying Sakizo's Witch Marigold from Sakizo's art books. This is the second hat I have made. I made it using traditional hat making techniques. They will look so heavy, hat wire. I created some of my own pens. My favorite part is the giant hat or the sleeves of my giant cape. I'm living my gothic dreams. My name is Madeline. I'm cosplaying Sucrose from Genshin Impact. I have a dress form at home, so I take this sofa packing material where it's like a fabric that's also a little sticky and I just lay it out, draw the patterns and then turn it into an actual paper pattern.
My name is Royal Mischief Maker. I'm cosplaying Doctor Strange from the MCU, this cape has eight different types of fabric and six different types of beads. The beads had 3608 hand-sewn beads, and then on the inside, the red and gold details are hand-painted and individually. And then my boyfriend and I put 2545 iron birds on vinyl, and it forms a rotating pattern, so it doesn't face the same direction at all. I spent a lot of time working on this piece. It's my favorite piece of all time. I'm Kay, Kaydoescosplay on the Internet. I'm dressed as Star Guardian Xayah from League of Legends.
I followed Kinpatsu's iconic cosplay tutorial for Gold Edging. You make a masking tape pattern, draw where you want the border to go. You make some craft foam and then wrap it with some stretchy faux fur and then glue it together. This is actually a pre-pandemic cosplay, you know, everyone's sizes fluctuate, so I had to make some adjustments to fit. This is a breakaway zipper and I made snaps all the way down so I could get in easily without having to dislocate my shoulder, nothing like that. My name is Kyle. My Instagram is SakuraShounen and I'm cosplaying Snow Miku 2023.
I'm not a prop maker at all so I had to design my own pattern and I modeled it in 3D and then from there I ran it through a website. paper crafts to flatten the image and then it was just foam. I am Riuski or crystal. I'm cosplaying Hypnos from the game Hades. I'm Minomotu. My name is Courtney and I'm cosplaying Thanatos from Hades. I learned how to make a Hanfu skirt, which is one that ties at the waist. The hardest part was getting the shoulder pad and neck brace to work together. There is a shoulder pad made of Worbla on the inside of the wings and the wings are attached to the neck piece.
It's all one piece and has a zipper in the back that keeps it on. My favorite part of this cosplay is definitely the accessory. My scythe is one of my favorite accessories I've ever made simply because I'm so happy with the way the colors turned out, the size, and how it falls apart. So the blade comes off for travel and it's very easy to put in my car. My favorite part is probably the waistband because I liked a padded look and it was a lot of fun to make along with the belt. I just like how it turned out.
I'm sara. I'm dressed as Belle from Belle's Enchanted Christmas. This dress is an 18th century tunic inspired by France because Belle's story takes place in the late 18th century. The hardest part was getting the trim on the front of the dress to be even. I bought a literal Christmas ribbon at Michael's so I didn't have to make a bunch of strips of fabric. I pulled the wire out from the edge and just pleated it. I think my favorite part of the cosplay is the historically inaccurate rose brocade I found for the sash and petticoat. I'm Janna and I'm cosplaying Totoro from my neighbor Totoro.
The soot elves are made from Sherpa cut into circles and hot glued, with little eyeballs. My corset is completely steel bone, fully lined with a waistband. It is tied in front and behind. All small applicators are hand sewn. I really love this costume. I really love the reaction I get every time I use it for cons. The serotonin this costume gives me is literally incomparable. I'm Rosie Rosie Marie Cosplay. I'm cosplaying Alucard from Castlevania, the series. This time I have worked leather before, but this time I learned to work with real tools, this jacket. It's actually fully lined and the back is what's really cool.
The way it is pleated makes it wide, so it is more drawn out and still very loose, like an 18th century jacket without being made with 18th century patterns. My name is Ken. I'm cosplaying Hatsune Miku from Vocaloid. I had bought a crimping iron so I crimped everything and then sprayed it with hairspray, let it sit for about 5 minutes and brushed it all out. And then I touched it up with hairspray again and then combed it all out. Honestly, my favorite part was like the wig and also my makeup because I love the color blue. So like doing a blue eyeshadow, it was really fun for me to do it this morning.
I'm Shibby or Shelby. I'm cosplaying Lan Sizhui from Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation, so I made this at the same time as two other matching outfits because we were a family unit. These, like the hip roll pieces, I discovered very quickly that I couldn't sew them stuffed, but I needed to stuff them so I knew the size and how and where they should be sewn. So I had to stuff them, finish sewing them, make a small incision to get all the stuffing out before I could show it to the skirt, and then place a skirt on top.
And then I could sew it back together and hand sew it with a whip stitch. I'm Skyler. I'm cosplaying Code Geass and this is Euphemia, so I originally didn't like Euphemia's original design. So I thought, what if I like it and make it my own? I actually went to a thrift store and found a wedding dress and I just wore that wedding dress and incorporated all the lace that I don't know. It just makes me feel like, Oh, princess. My name is Krys. I'm cosplaying. Mei Lin Lee., The final transformation of turning red. I made the tail using a lot of blood, sweat and tears, using a lot of recycled materials.
So the base was two layers of upholstery foam and I sandwiched them between a wire armature and then created thread wefts and took a pet brush. And then I fixed it again, a hard surface. And then I like to scrape it to get that lint out. I'm basically reversing the process of what the spindle is supposed to do and just letting the thread unwind and then become fluffy. Maximum fluff for the tail. My name is Bree or Sakura today I am cosplaying Sakura and my @ is Chibibaby13 on Instagram and all other social networks. Satin stitching is done with a very narrow zigzag stitch.
I use some special threads, so I had to weave them together pretty well before sewing them. And then my skirt is completely assembled. They are two circular skirts. I basically cut one of them out and then pieced each individual color together with a little bit. and then added some seam allowance to create a continuous circle. I had a great time choosing embellishments and sparkles for this build. Just because there are so many different types of sparkles that I wanted to use. I have a lot of different sizes and colors, very fun. My name is Alyssa. I'm a dodgy cosplay on Instagram.
I'm cosplaying Yor Forgerby SpyFamily. My roses are made from 2mm Eva foam and I cut each petal and heat shaped them a little. And then basically just glue them one at a time in a spiral. The spikes, so I discovered this trick. I cosplayed Banshee Moira, she has a lot of spikes, but they're basically just paper cones, like when she rolled printer paper into a cone, then stuck it together with regular old duct tape, and then tapped it. Coat it with wood glue a couple of times, coat it with wood glue a couple of times and then just spray paint it and they will be sturdy enough.
In general. What do you like most about cosplay? (Many voices) Creativity - The championship aspect - I like hand-made beadshand embroidery. - I love cosplaying characters that really speak to me. -Become the character. - Be a character. -He is the closest thing to me that I feel. - Like these in character interactions. As if someone had approached, she says: I just want to tell you that you seem like a perfectly normal housewife. And that made my day: meeting new people and sharing similar interests. - I love making them. - Explore my creativity and have sewing puzzles to solve. - I love learning new techniques. - We're all nerds and we're all a little shy and it's a great catalyst for meeting new people.
Meet other people who have the same interests as you. Cosplaying for me is like a great coping mechanism. It really allows me to explore who I am. In cosplay I get to explore a completely different side of myself and I have made lifelong friends. It's so magical. Sarah: Would you say it's Magical Mirai? Me, Snow Miku: NO, I'd say it's Magical Mirai. Well, I've never made a video like this before. So if you liked it, you'll want to see me do it again at a different convention.
