So for anyone who doesn't understand it or has never heard of it before, what exactly is it? So manifesting is using the power of

your

mind to change and create the reality that you experience and two manifesting means literally making it happen and for me it's a self development practice so my manifesto book is really just a self help book but manifestation is kind of an umbrella and all healing and self development falls under. under that, let's talk a little bit about um about you because um, life before you discovered this, uh, let's say it's had its ups and downs, yeah, a lot, so you know, I'm 20 years old and I'm sure there's a lot people who I identify with this, but I was totally lost.

He had been in a battle with addiction for about 10 years. I didn't have any career, I didn't have any personal value and I didn't really know what it was to be happy. a positive mindset, you know, the glass was definitely always half empty and I felt a real sense of hopelessness that life was always going to be like this and that's just what was meant for me and then after a lot of tough times, I want I mean, I had a lot, but you went to a party and uh and and that was pretty much when the wheels came off, yeah, it was me, it was like a 48 hour bender after a month doing a teacher training course. of yoga where I thought I was really going to make that change um and I and I clearly didn't and I pressed this mat button I thought what am I going to do in a friend of mine said listening to this podcast about something called manifestation and I thought I was going to be. this kind of spiritual practice kind of woos, but I thought, look, I'll just try it, I'll try anything and something about it just changed within me and I think what changed was that I realized that everything came down to yourself.

Is it worth it and of course is it a state of mind? Does it correct your mental state and how you think about yourself? I think that's a big part of it. You know we have, we somehow manifest what we believe we are worthy of receiving, etc. If we don't believe we are worthy of success or love, then we will never be able to attract it into our lives, so the first step is to reprogram our subconscious and our way of thinking, and reprogram how we feel about ourselves and Sorry, no, no, I was just going to say that a lot of people think about manifesting and they think, oh, you're just sitting there basically making a wish and waiting for life to hand it to you on a plate, but that's not what it is.

This is very much, it's a pretty active process, actually, definitely, I mean, I have

seven

steps

to manifesting and being clear in your vision is just the first one, so knowing what you want and visualizing it is the first step, but then there are six more.

, so what are they? Let's take a look. Well, here we have kind of an example of how you can start to decide what you want, which is clear in your vision so that you can create like a vision board. So anyone at home might want to divide her life into different categories and I have a step by step process of how to do that in the book and you can really get specific with not only what you want but how you want to feel inside.
Love and relationships, you might say no, you know, I want to meet someone who looks like this or has this job, but I wanted to be in a relationship where I feel respected or I can be myself, where we can experience adventures together, um , but after that. After you are clear about what you want, the second step is to eliminate fear and doubt and that is really about undoing all of these limiting beliefs that we have about ourselves where we don't feel like we are enough. The third step is to align your behavior and that is about taking action. do the work get out of your comfort zone and take risks, you know.
I think if there's someone we want to reach, we have to take risks and put ourselves out there and we do it more, we're more likely to do it to ourselves. -belief, yes, the fourth step is to overcome the tests of the universe and this is how to deal with the challenges, stress and rejection that will still come our way, you know you don't learn to manifest and life is perfect, yes, you still are. You're going to have difficulties, but how you show up and how you persist through them determines what happens next. The fifth step is Accepting gratitude without warning and that's what it's all about.
I call it the Sweet Spot of manifestation, which is knowing why you want to go while being completely grateful for everything. You already have that and I think you know that if nobody did anything other than just practice gratitude, it would change their lives, it would make a huge difference to people. I mean, I know you do, you do a lot of teachings and courses and things. so online, have you noticed a change in people if people follow this? Yes, they get the results they want. Oh my goodness, I honestly feel so blessed to know that hundreds of thousands of people have read the book now and I get messages. every day from people who have transformed their lives and it really is for everyone, any age, you know, any gender, anyone can practice these

seven

steps and see a really incredible change in their lives.
We also say: turn envy into inspiration, yes, trust the universe, yes. Yeah, and you know, I think environmental inspiration is very important, especially with social media, because we always have this opportunity every day when we visit these platforms and something could trigger that feeling of envy or just thinking about that person. have something and that might mean less to me or why they have that and that's exactly what I'm saying it's like a low vibrational response and it comes from this place of fear and what we can do instead is look at success or joy from other people and I mean, it's actually showing me that it's possible and that there's enough for all of us.
I really love that step and Trust the universe. Step seven is really about surrendering, it's about knowing that everything is going to be okay and trusting that everything will pass and the good times will come. go ahead and it's once you start doing something like this, so if you fill out that grid and start, how quickly do you start to see results in your manifestation? Well, you know, two weeks after starting this practice, where you would send a message. me on a dating app on June 7, 2018 and June 7, 2019, a year to the day our baby was born, no way, yeah, well it's a powerful thing, be careful, yeah, that's it literally amazing so yes it can be very very fast and it may take time but I truly believe anyone can change their life overnight thank you.
