THIS Made Me Win More Fights In Tarkov

Mar 29, 2024
I'm going to go over a couple of raids on how using a scope like the Valdez or whatever scope you prefer can help you get

more

consistent kills. This small change to your Tarkov loadout can have big results most of the time. Gravitating towards one is exciting, but I recently realized how much scopes benefit me. I am forced to play differently but for the better in

this

raid, I am in customs to farm scavengers for therapists, but as I get closer to the sniper obstacle, a scavenger. he attacks but not at me wait it's because of the range I have I have the luxury of backing up and getting a better view of things from a safe distance if I had a 1x in the situation I could having had to stay in the area and risk being discovered by whoever was being attacked.

Things got a little quiet so I stayed patient and scanned the area due to lack of information. I decided to try to take a closer look after the kill. So at range I always assume there's another one or a teammate, so I'm not going to run for his body. I'm going to go back and do the same thing, scout the area for information. This will definitely want

. I receive confirmation. from another through those shots, so I approach from a slightly different angle for my first kill just to change things up and be safe. The last thing I want to be, especially as a solo player, is to be predictable, that's the other one, how's the pmc? duo cleans without a scratch on our PMC and barely 10 bullets were used.

More Interesting Facts About,

this made me win more fights in tarkov...

This style of play requires a lot of patience and waiting for that perfect angle, but the return is worth it. The only problem I have with having a scope is finding yourself in an unexpected Gunfight, up close and personal for a time like

this

, I prefer to aim fire preferably with a laser or you can always go to the inclined site, which I personally am not a big fan of. I prefer to aim fire or use a variable scope. With a 1x I barely survived, my helmet saved me, but the punctual shot came in the clutch.

Spot shots are great for times when you're caught off guard, but if you're prepared for the encounter, using the one x at a variable range works. Well, the best part of this style of play is having a better chance of being in the right place at the right time. Let me show you what I mean. I'm here in the back of Ali heading to the administrative office to check if the logistics office was there. unlocked, but on the way I hear gunshots nearby that sound like a player, I mean I was a player, this kill could have been possible with a 1x scope, but personally, this guy probably sniffed or hit me first, then I found him.

My opponent had a suppressed move that could have easily outmatched me, but Valdez went to work and I got this clean kill. Having the range, especially as a solo player allows you to be prepared and versatile for any situation Tarkov throws at you. In this next raid I need to get on the roof of the west wing of the complex to find one of the satellite dishes for the peacekeepers, but I ran into a guy who was watching the complex from the east wing. No way mate, all I saw was his head, what do you mean?
I can't believe he repeated it. I didn't expect him to repeat anything. All I saw was his head. What the hell did I hit him on the shoulder because he did that initial rep? I had a good feeling that if he was patient enough, he would get greedy and repeat again. I waited three full minutes and finally he, but I think he saw me, so I ran and he poked his head back in my direction, so I figured he saw me. I wasn't prepared for that. To play it safe, I flanked further left again like earlier in the video.
I want to mix it up even if it's just a slight change in angle. However, he never took the photo so I don't know if he saw me, but it seemed like he was in line with me I need to get him there eventually we'll do it later uh first we'll do our search in the west wing I'll consider checking his body a little later I might having teammates like me I just mentioned that I assume this guy has teammates and they should expect me to run to the east roof and loot the body, but instead I go to the west wing to do my mission, delaying the loot is something I like to do. as a solo player against squads, although there is a chance that you will lose the loot to your teammates as they can just take it and leave, that's fine with me as long as I survive, but if they stay, I usually catch the teammates victim's team in an awkward position maybe they are in the middle of getting rid of their friends' loot or they are about to leave, basically they have their guard down again keeping me unpredictable and mixing things up is what I want to do here, that's the body of there, my mouse malfunctions for a second there, so I end up missing my targets.
I don't know where the other kids are anymore. I won't repeat it, it's not good to repeat it like that. It was very annoying. There were three men. I saw a boy. to the right but he wasn't looking at me chat oh there he is I hit him once he was the third guy it was funny they were the three men the guy I killed was in the middle there was a guy much closer to me but in the corner of the I noticed that he wasn't looking at me. I crossed to the roof of the east wing to check on our first victim, but as expected, he was looted by his squad, but everything is fine.
I finished my task and survived. I ran back. coast to do the drone mission, I got the weather station so I decided to get an early sniper angle on the spawns with the drone to clear it first before heading there, oh right there you have a target, right there I couldn't. finishes the job so it's time to flank even if I'm held back this guy has a good idea where the shots are coming from again the goal is to be super unpredictable let's do a full flank I like to believe he was behind that deadly sword As for the timing proper, I doubt he escaped without me knowing.
I should have seen him cross the field if he had. I'm convinced he's somewhere around here, probably recovering in a bush or behind a small hill. I'll try. deeper flank to end up completely behind his last known position. I feel like he actually healed himself in a bush or something. Ah, there you can see how he stopped next to that big rock to probably heal himself or something he had no idea about, we ended up behind him. I'd like to believe he still thought we were at 12 o'clock him. I wasn't expecting that deep flank from Gigi but of course every playing style has its own problems.
Sometimes I end up running towards PMCs too close for comfort and ability to aim. battles i would rather not have if i had the choice in this one i encounter what appears to be a three or four man, two pmc right there, after releasing one its time to attack the full flank oh you still see one, i still hear this a little bit here Can we know this still here let's back up? They are looking for me. It's a Caesar key. You're going to see these doors open. I have to close this. They're here. They're here.
Close, close, close, so it's not obvious as I try it. To make my flank I got into some trouble, you probably heard that, so this is the plan we are going to follow. All the players, the calves are starting to appear and it doesn't help that I'm making noise trying to deal with them. them, the squad continues to hunt me, the plan is to just stay at a distance and try to attack them one at a time, oh, there I see when I see, once we know they are still there, we could get an angle if we climb up the other ramp, They're actually still looking for me, God, so much for playing silently, they're still throwing aid at Goshen.
I'm low on hydration and ammo so this is my last chance man the chase oh they're still there oh. Oh my god, are you kidding me? Look at that, Chad, that's three, there's still three left, Chad, this was my last straw. We've tried hard enough and it's time to finish. I didn't have to fight with the whole team, but it was more like it. It's fun to try using this mentality and play style discussed in this video, we held our own against a much larger squad, fielding and flanking kept us alive for another day and another fight.
It can be frustrating to miss your targets, but that's part of the game and it happens a lot when I play like this, it's a decision I'll make, although this is the beauty of playing ranged, especially solo, if you screw up you'll still live another day, Learning to flank is a big part of this playstyle, if you want to see how I use it for sniping runs check out this video here
