First, the death test. Doug Bladesmiths. This is the killer cut. Now, to test your weapon's lethality and your sharpness, I'll deliver some killing blows to this ballistics dummy and attempt to cut some sandbags from the skies. Chad Europe, first, are you ready for this? Yes sir, the first test is a death test and I feel very good doing it. I know my sword is sturdy enough to cut and not bend or break. Well, yeah, let's talk about it. Your number here is very obtuse, so a lot of the weight is very far forward, making it a forward cutting weapon, but on the recovery it requires some effort, but because of that, it sinks very deep into this ballistic dummy as much as you can.

See almost the entire shoulder of your gun here, sir, it will kill, okay Gary, it's your turn, so be ready. I'm absolutely nervous. I haven't gotten first place in any of the events so I really need this sword to perform and give me a chance to win well gary the balance of this sword feels good in my hand the weight of your weapon allows the weapon to do its work I don't have to control it because I'm not trying to wield the heavy weapon your edge is very sharp, as you can see, it goes a shoulder overall, sir, it will kill, okay, Matt, your returns, are you ready?

Yes, Mr. Gary and I made the same weapon, which means it will be head to head basically because the points are the same. In that, it will really come down to who performs better. This is stressful, okay, Matt catching. Wow, you are very sharp. The bounce you have here allows for a deep cut using momentum as I move. There is a little. There's a little shine on your edge, cutting through bone, but the edge is still sharp and decapitated the head. Your weapon, sir, will kill the blacksmiths. Welcome to our test of strength. I will take each of your swords and smash them against this clay. pots, skulls and my favorite, the ice block, chad, you look excited, you're ready to go, yes sir, okay, I know no one thinks their sword is going to break, but if that happens, I won't get any point nor all the progress I made.
Winning the first three events will not be in vain. Good job Chad, thanks. The steel held up very well. You still have an advantage. I don't notice any chips or flares or anything, but the handle construction is not my favorite. In fact, I just swing it. My palm started to hurt a lot, it swelled here and narrowed towards the back, but you survived. Good job, thanks. Hey Gary, ready to go, let's do it. Good job, Gary. Your head still looks good. Without any damage. The handle is semi-comfortable. I could use a little more finish. I like the little skull and crossbones you put there.
It's a nice extra touch, but still nice. Good job. Thanks Matt. I know you're ready, right? Bass. Oh, it's okay, Matt, you survived. But there are a couple of problems, you got a pretty significant curve in your blade up here, it's pretty thin getting to this area and it was too much for it, the edge of your blade is still there, it's not as sharp as before. other than that, he survived, good job, thank you, very good gentlemen, the final test, the final event, the edge test. Now we have three different bags here, three different materials.
This test is all about the edge of your sword and what it does to these targets. come up first you're ready yes sir so right away Chad that's a beautiful gun. In the first bag, I cut with more head. I cut deep into the second bag. There's a section right here that's not very sharp, but I didn't cut into that. bag the third bag that cut very deep but came out sharp very well done thank you okay gary you're next ready to go I'm ready gary you're catching dow he does exactly what he's supposed to do he's got a good advantage. on it, cut beautifully, very well done, thank you, okay, matte, ready for this, sure matte, the blade right where that curve was taken is not very sharp.
I can run my finger over it without worrying. You can see that the cuts are a little broken. It's a rough cut instead of that clean cut and on the last bag you barely cut it but it will cut yeah it'll be fine gentlemen the judge's deliberation is complete with 84 points at the end of this competition Chad congratulations you It is the
