The best way is to find the online tutorial on how to build some kind of boom robot, for example the following robot, like buy all the components yourself and figure out how to assemble them to make it work. If you're young, maybe Lego Mindstorms. is one way to do it, the visual programming language is very easy for children to understand and if you want to do it more advanced, you can do it with Java or C++, you can program Lego Mindstorms with Java or C++ and, as you know, that is Lego, it is simple. to build it I don't have to worry, I don't know if 3D printing, maybe CNC machining of some of the parts, everything is simple to build, there are also those stem robots, however, it is called everywhere Kickstarter and IndieGoGo, in my opinion, it's really not a good solution Lego Mindstorms is definitely much better because the mother robots you can only program them, there is no construction, usually there are some exceptions, that's too easy Lego Mindstorms allows you to build things and is not only limited to the programming, that's a good thing. and this is, in my opinion, the best way to get started with robotics with just an Arduino.

It is economical, easy to use. You can easily learn to code. You can buy many different sensors. Learn how to use them. Build some projects like a weather station. an alarm clock or a POV screen like I did, then you can buy some kind of robot chassis with different sensors like this or this one, you can build all the robots with that and once you get some experience you will know what you need and what what do you need. what not to do and what to do next, you can read about aro robot operating system or about Raspberry Pi, those technologies are very often used in robotics nowadays, remember to find your own solutions to a problem, don't copy everything from Internet because Problem solving is crucial in robotics.
