tray
that I created with just some wood from Michaels hardware store and also our nail gun and you guys commented wanting to see if I could make a video about it.I'll link everything below for you in case you want to make them
your
self, so let's get started. These projects start with the same supplies, just in different sizes, your unfinished wood pieces from places like Michaels Hobby Lobby and your hardware store, so for the first one I went through and stained all my pieces with my favorite dark walnut from Minwax. let this dry overnight so when you work with it you don't have residue on your hands once they were dry, the first one looked like this, then I went through and placed everything to try to figure it out. how I was going to connect it I had originally thought about making the surface small on the top but I actually thought no, I'm going to make the surface larger on the top so that way I could put a plate on the cup or something else big if I wanted to be on top, then I removed the small candle holder because I was worried the nail gun would want to go through that and then I assembled it with my Ryobi nail gun, don't worry if you don't have this, you can use it too. screws or you could use a good hammer and nails.More Interesting Facts About,

I used a good amount of nails, probably three on each side, just to make sure they were firmly attached and I wasn't worried about those nail holes at the top because I was going to put items on top of them, so I like the height of this one first. , the color matches my decor and really allows me to vary the height and my decor. I can place it wherever I want, so this is the one I had. originally shared and this one has two larger rounds and a shorter stubby pedestal sort of thing, same process but we used a drill and some screws instead to make it a little sturdier and I finally went in a completely different direction with this chandelier and I love it. how it blends but also gives the vignettes a little bit of character so this one started with a 12 inch candle holder and also a wooden plaque.
This circle was in the same section as the 4x4 square I used for the first one at Michael's I. I'll link everything below and then go over with my smaller brush because there's a lot of detail on both pieces, the grooves and everything. I used a smaller brush instead of a larger foam brush and it really helped me get into all the nooks and crannies. Once it was dry, I removed the inside piece of the chandelier like I did with the smaller one, lined it up, and then used the nail gun for this one. I turned it around so that the target or part of the circle was on. up, so I raised the plate a little and put it down.
I thought it would give it a little more character and then I just went over it and dry brushed it with some Waverly
whit
e chalk paint. I was doing another project this day, so I had just finished. I finished painting that, so I didn't read, I dipped it in the paint, I just went over it and used the same methodology I would use if I was abrading something with sandpaper to get the edges in big, sweeping strokes. I don't have a lot of gray in my house but it goes with my neutral decor so I really thought it was pretty, it gave it a bit of character, it was a piece that could stand out but it wasn't that flashy so it was nice , not that.Fits everything this item I will probably use for pillar candles like this one. You could use signs. You could put many different things on it. It's pretty sturdy with a nail gun, so it can really hold anything you're thinking of within reason. Thank you so much.
