The Corn On The Cob Rant

Welcome, come one and come all to the

on the cob, it's time for me to talk about this. I have a very deeply complicated relationship with this food, there are ups and downs, we go through phases of not talking to each other and I need to talk. about this because it's just that it's getting to me, you know I need it, I need to vent my frustrations,

on the cob with butter and a little salt and pepper is the most beautiful thing in the world, okay, but tell me. Why tell me why I'm a disaster at eating it?

Here is the corn when I try to eat it. Stupid fibers like corn get stuck in your teeth. The worst part is that you're sitting there like this is for the best. I've ever tasted well, this is divine, this is um. Suddenly I feel like I'm spiritually awake eating this corn, but just as you're eating it, the corn mocks you because you can never get it all out of the corn on the cob. There's still a little bit here and there and you just can't get them all out because then you get more fiber than real corn, so every time you eat corn on the cob there's always a little bit left over and it's like you want that but you can't have it because it's a huge inconvenience, it's just sitting there taunting you and saying, I know you want this but you can't have it and I think it's cruel.

I think it's sadistic, I think it's like, you know, like sticking a carrot on a stick in front of a pig, they keep chasing it but they'll never catch up with it and I think that's very cruel. I think it's like a micro version of someone. chasing their dreams in life they can never reach it and then they just live there completely dissatisfied because they can see it but it's out of reach so I think the corn on the cob is one of those things where it's beautiful and then you look at it afterwards. it's so heartbreaking it's so sad yeah this was my very sensible
