CHRISTMAS $5 GOODWILL CHALLENGE / Christmas Napkin Ring
Mar 18, 2024Hello everyone, I'm Ramon with the Rajas blog, calm down and today I went out to buy some
goodwill
because a friend of mine was a blogger sent me a label for the $5goodwill
challenge
and after Christmas I know it's a little late but she finished me off I sent this email and she thought it would be fun if she went out and bought my goodwill and so I did. I love to go. I haven't really had much time this season because we've been so busy decorating people's homes and businesses for the holidays, but I'm free today so I accepted thechallenge
and went to Goodwill and the first place I go when I'm in the Third store is the glassware in the glasses because I love glassware, it is the glasses. and unfortunately I couldn't find anything for $5 that I really wanted to keep so I decide against it and then the other place I love visiting for a long time but the good ones yeah the fabric department was out of luck for me I found four . of these really beautiful placemats that I'm going to use on a table that I'll show you in a minute and they were only 99 cents each, which is just amazing, it's crazy. 99 cents I bought four of those and then they had this little A garland like a glitter berry dress was also 99 cents, but that's how daddy had a pink tag and it's a little beat up on the inside but on the outside.I'll show you what I'll do with it, okay, so I thought about it. It was a lot of fun shopping, there's only a five dollar budget because I know some of us don't have big budgets to decorate our houses for the holidays, but you do know how to find the things you know and then some other things. that you have, you can create our beautiful settings in your home, so let me show you what I did with this place. Alright guys, this table was inspired by the location I found. Good job for 99 cents. I've got four.
I automatically knew I had to have them with this beautiful red, green and cream plant, and so it happened a few months ago. I came out of the Plate Department well, like I said, it's my favorite stem job and those were my favorites. I'll go through a good well I found these places to have these sacred motifs and they only cost 99 cents so I have to have those big plates while those 99 cent locations I found today were just a keeper for me the best way to find really beautiful things again was to keep coming back keep looking sometimes summer every day I just passed by passed by and sometimes I found some beautiful chains sometimes I just come up empty handed but that's okay and the other thing I find today these berries I made a candle
ring
out of and I'll show you how I make them in a second, as you can see creating a beautiful candlering
can be as cheap as 50 cents, like I said I only paid 50 cents for that sprig of berries of cane, but by cutting it into pieces planted with a ribbon and some greenery, it gives your table a really pretty Christmas touch and then again in the center.I have these Punchbowls that also came from Goodwill. I only paid $15 for it. It's a silver plate and it's really beautiful, it's like $1 for some of those big pine cones I had and then a bag of decorations. I also find that the first one is $1 in gold and red dye which ties the whole look together. I just want to mention again a defensive way to find beautiful things that you get was a do-anything speaker box and I guarantee you will find something you can't live without for a really good price and you can create something as beautiful as this for almost nothing.
I want to thank you guys, if you like this table setup and my five, my $5 challenge, give it a thumbs up, don't forget to subscribe to this channel and I want to wish you a very, very Merry Christmas in a wonderful new year.
