I wanted it, it was a special request. I have often had to say that it actually cuts off after 1.40 meters. That's exactly how I want it, because in the evenings I can sit here, I can write poems, I can lie down, I can rest, everything is a little different. (Bright music) I brought these colorful pillows from Holland, one after another, as a fun gift. And so I have a beach feeling here in my living room. (Cozy music) I'm human too... I like energy. Positive energy, as experienced in religions, is something really great for me. That's why I always imagine, when I put religions next to each other, how nice it would be if everyone could get along as peacefully as I do in the living room. (modern music) Come with me to my dining room and experience the charm of the past. (minimalist dance music) I collected all this furniture from flea markets.

Partially renovated, partly renovated purchased. And look at these cute tricks that this closet has, for example. I love this old table. (Music building) Look at those big old boards. And when I sit down I always imagine how many people have already sat and eaten there. (Casual music) Since we all have a bird somewhere, I want to show you that I have quite a few. (twitter) And colorful decor has all the colors of life for me. So that there are small touches of color and sparks of ideas everywhere. (Cooing) So I like these colorful little pops of color. (Coos, squeaks) (Relaxing music) The house is about 100 years old.

This house is the former police station in Bad Marienberg, the former police station. And then it happened that the policeman lived here. That is why it is also a historic building. (Bright music) My kitchen starts here, near my pink sink that caught my attention at the flea market. Because otherwise my fruits and vegetables would be simmering in my greenhouse kitchen. Just come with me, I'll show you. (strumming music) (is talking to the dog) Here we are in my kitchen, and I practically had to make it up. Originally that was the terrace. (Calm music) (Music gets more trendy.) And then I bought a really cool conservatory on eBay. "We're going to clean a kitchen." Then it was: "No, it doesn't work, impossible, how do we do that with connections?" Very important: the extractor hood. (Hip music) You see, it has become a wonderful disco ball.

I always get asked a lot: How can you keep it clean? With all that fat? It's easy to take apart, then put it in a bain-marie for an afternoon, give it a little rub and it will shine and shine again. (Lovely sounds) And since I like old things and I like to combine old with new, it was very, very important to me to have a great old floor. And this floor was in a sacristy. And of course there is also a real greenhouse. And this real greenhouse is my studio. (Published music) This is where I write my poems, this is where the nonsense plays in my head.

And this is also the place where ideas find me. (Wake-up music) (Wake-up melody) And when I'm walking somewhere, in flea markets or flea markets of any kind, sometimes I feel challenged. It's a very, very strange feeling and then I turn around and then there's the pink crow, for example, standing there and wanting to spend the rest of its life with me. (The crow calls) (Magical sounds) Everything is alive, everything has a soul, like the photos of my family. (Soft music) Unfortunately, my dad is no longer alive, but he was an incredibly important person in my life.

When he was eight or nine years old, he helped me design my room for the first time. We did a pink, white, black and silver wall and painted the closet sky blue. My dad looked big, but he said it looks good on you, you're the lucky bag and that's how it should be. And... yes, it's a matter of the heart, that's why I have photos of my dad everywhere. because he is a very important person for me. (Bright music) And visitors often ask me, tell me, Tina, how do you clean the dust? Because I have so many trinkets.

So I say, look, it's very simple. I just put a pair of old socks over the vacuum cleaner, turn it on... and of course set it to the lowest setting, and then I can do a wonderful job of dusting my little knick-knacks. (The humming stops.) (Magical sounds) (Hip music, birdsong) I like curtains and tablecloths. I like crocheting. I have not knitted them myself. But these are tablecloths that I practically hung up as sun protection. A piece of Ibiza brought to the Westerwald. (relaxed music) Since I've never grown up, I have more swings. (strumming) It's like... yeah, like meditation.

Just sit in the garden and swing and the ideas will come. So now we have seen the ground floor and we have seen the garden. And now I would say let's go to the first floor. (Powerful music) (Cracking sounds) (Relaxing music) And here we are at my dresser. The heart of the guest bathroom is this beautiful and nostalgic antique sink. Everything else, from the toilet, should be designed accordingly. (Loud tones) (Informal music) (Chirps) So, follow me to the first floor. But on the way I have to tell you something about my cowboy boots. Not only do I like to wear them, no, I also like to decorate the apartment with my boots.

And I love Maria, yes? And I love cowboy boots. That's why Maria found her place in my cowboy boots. (Casual music) Unfortunately, as you can see here, the floor was very, very old and worn out. And it didn't look so good anymore. And I thought, yeah, it would be really cool to be able to do such a cool snowflake pattern on this floor. (Lovely sounds) And now it seems like it's snowed a little. (motivated music) Let's move on to the closet I never wanted. An older lady approached me, unpacked some photos and said: I have something that would be very useful for you.

And that was this closet, but it was black. And then I started and painted it different colors. And the more I worked on it, the more I fell in love with this closet. (Vulgar music) Yes, then come with me to the bathroom. Again, there are those gorgeous green tiles you already know. And I would like to tell you something very special: the story of my sink, which is written on egg cups. (Funny music) The maintenance staff came up to me and said, Tina, we have a problem because we have a slope in this bathroom. And he held the sink for me.

Lo and behold, a huge piece was missing. And I could remember that I almost threw away these very, very ugly egg cups a few weeks ago. Something inside me said: Don't do it! You still need them, they are really important. And at that moment I also knew why, so I conjured her from oblivion. And now they are the feet of the sink. If you don't know, I'd say you can't see it. (Music on hold) Yes, this is my bedroom. There is also the trunk of the old Count of Leiningen-Westerburg, which was once given to me. And I love giving my coats a home. (Relaxing music) For me personally, the highlight is this wall unit in my bedroom.

At first it was just this one closet where my clothes lived. And then I came up with the idea of ​​a wonderful wall unit and turned to very dear friends to help me with it. And now it has become a big whole. And that is a wonderful feeling for me. (Curious and charming music) I love when everything is so wonderfully colorful and I am inspired by this spirit of the past to constantly let new ideas arise in my head.
