I'm climbing from Coach Miltenberg at UNC, so we'll call it Milt twice a mile with a jog back at about 10k pace, 4 times 800 at a 5 km pace. 4 times 400 at 90 second mile pace and it will be 64 65 66 depending on how everyone feels, but we have a beautiful day, okay ladies, 231 232. Normal training for us is a little more difficult, the pieces are a little bit fast, but prepare for them like I would, kind of like a race, but a little less intense, you know, just try to get enough sleep, hydrate and here with my teammates, so I know that will take me through the nice alley 501. oh it's amazing, you know we push each other to be better and 345.

I like how we can play to each other's strengths. You know Sheep is a fast girl, if you really want to do a tough and tough workout, you can run with Ellie. so we all feed off each other's strengths in a really healthy way. 5 thousand pesos will become more difficult now that it is 216. Good job, good job Ellie, good job ladies, you know that as a team, when you get together on a hard training day, you know that your teammates are going to be ready to go, so it's nice to have that, but It's also good to know. that everyone is interested in each other, keep it up bro 58. I thought the training went really well, I mean it's the first time, like I was saying before, it's the first time we've done it and they got a little frisky. In the end, they got a 58 on their last 400, but they're starting to learn that strength is speed, so it's great, it's just a beautiful day, everything went well, I think I got the money you wanted, oh, it was good, It was definitely a longer workout. but it was a really great workout.

I'm really excited that we had such an amazing workout together before we went out to the flag, so we'll be in the flag for the next month or so and then we'll do a couple of races to get out of there and then hopefully get in in the Olympic trials you know healthy and ready to go.
