75 challenge was started by a man named andy frizzella, according to him this is not like that. It's not a weight loss challenge or a fitness challenge, it's a mental toughness program and it only has five rules.

It sounds easy right? Not at all. No rules. Follow a diet of your choice. No cheat meals or alcohol. Complete two 45-minute workouts every day, one in and one out. one outdoors drinks a gallon of water every day, that's about four and a half liters, reads 10 pages every day of the educational or self-improvement book and takes a progress picture every day and you do it every day for the first 75 days, yes. This challenge is pretty extreme and I instantly thought did Andy Frizzella really do this challenge or did he just make it up and claim that he did the challenge himself and it changed his

before I could finally continue with this challenge without further ado, let's get into the first day and this is where I'm starting to ramp up of weight, so I gained a little weight recently, but okay, let's just say fitness and health hasn't been a big priority for me this year so far, but we're about to change that, as always.

I'm going to weigh myself because everyone weighs differently and this is going to be more about challenging myself mentally and improving my

, so I started the first day with a 6-45am workout. m. On Monday, butt day, the best day of the week I did, some Bulgarians did some pumping for a while and one leg sitting which I'm obviously not very good at if you guys don't know why going to an exclusive gym for women, it's basically a boot camp called Stronger by B, so this is what I'm going to do. I make for my 45 minute workout indoors during the week.

I usually average three days a week, so five days will be a lot. It's the first day of 75 tough guys. I just woke up and went to the gym at 6:45am. And I just came out, to be honest, it wasn't the best gym session of my life. I feel a little better because I know that today I am also going to go for a walk, just like the last few days. that I missed the gym because I literally went to sleep too late, I woke up in the morning and went back to sleep, so I forced myself to get up today and I actually feel really good and really positive now, which is great, I love it feeling like that in the morning, so I'm going to go home now to eat something, maybe make myself a coffee or something.
Gym session finished. Here's how much water I've drank so far, so. I started my first bottle and at the end of the day I need to drink two of these for breakfast. Well, not really a full breakfast, but just to hold you over until you go out for lunch. I'm having some Vegemite. toast this is like a pitiful amount of toast but I don't want to have too much butter. I'm going to fill up and roll up my brunch and have a yellow peach because the yellow ones are the best and of course my iced latte with oat milk my life later I went to lunch with my friend Hannah.
I bought another iced latte and mashed potatoes with avocado and poached eggs. In my opinion it was delicious and very healthy and balanced, and then we took my parents' dogs for a walk, the little one in the stroller is Tilly, she doesn't know how to walk on a leash yet and that's Bonnie, we just went for a walk 45 minutes, so that's the outdoor exercise done abroad. The second day started with him taking me on a Little Solo Day. I've been loving doing this lately and tell me why I'm the biggest messy eater. I was trying to make a little healthy clip of me having breakfast, but everything was flying everywhere because it was so windy and God was against it.

We had a pleasant and healthy time. I mean, why wouldn't Mary want to come with me if he can watch me? On that ass, the whole walk is still about an hour before I go to sleep, but this is how much water we have. This is my second bottle so I'm almost done so I'm only going to read 10 pages of this one. It's sapiens which I've already been reading the progress photo and reading the book and drinking the water and then it's time to sleep with you feeling very proud I figured out having breakfast again I'm starting to realize that I have a little problem with food but if you're wondering what diet I'm doing on this tough 75 challenge.
I'm doing the Susie diet, just kidding, I mean, not really, but I was also trying to cut down on carbs and sugar because my doctor told me that. I should be doing that again on lower body Wednesdays, so I absolutely trashed the workout. Also, I like to say that my underwear line is very prominent because I wear vintage underwear. I literally look like a mom when I talk to people with my hand on my hip and everything and then it was time to walk and Murray said he had a good place to go for a walk, but it ended up being a hike up Mount Everest.
She was fighting for my life, here she comes and the next part is what really happens. my mind in the gym is about driving it's about power we stay hungry we devour we put in the work we put in the hours and we take God I'm so tired okay come on Susie you can do this kill me no come on let's go if I keep talking to people , the trainer won't notice that I'm not working out, oh god, she seems to pretend that you're crying. How much time do I have left? We're probably almost done. It can not be true.
She just says "I." I've been training for 15 minutes cut the cameras Jesus Christ, how am I still so bad at Cardio? I've been training constantly for two years, what time is okay? It's been five minutes, oh I'm so tired, oh Instagram. I still have abs, damn, we'll have them next time. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do right now, okay, stay here for a while, let's hope no one's looking, and then lift the weights. Okay, now do exactly that. thing but a little faster my brain fails me oh mmm I wonder what I'm going to make for dinner tonight.
Wow this is really starting to hurt one minute and 37 seconds in, absolutely pumped for today's session so obviously I've already done my 45 minute session. workout we had to do these dumbbell burpee row things where you do a burpee with dumbbells in your hands and then you have to lift them up, they absolutely killed, okay now I'm going to go home and take a shower because I'm wet. Good morning. Angeles, here's breakfast, vegetarian quiche, pretty healthy. I think look at all the vegetables there. They tell me it's simple, but I could paint a thousand different pictures of what's wrong.
Hey guys, it's the seventh and it's Saturday and the gym is not open. on the weekends and that means I have to work out at home, which, to be honest, I've been dreading so much that I've been putting it off until 9 p.m. I'm not going to lie, I would love to take off my makeup, take a shower, do my skin care and go to sleep right now, but I have to do this workout and I found this 45 minute weight training workout to boost your metabolism with pop sugar. These are longer shorts, which I really like because I find that they don't roll down at all and they stay down really well, okay? do this exercise I like that the women in this video are older, it makes me feel safe. I really risked thinking that the training wasn't going to be that difficult.
I'm literally dripping. I need to go take a shower. Good workout guys and it's day seven babe this is a brand new unreleased set from Gymshark. It's coming soon oh VIP and I decided to mix it up by trying a 45 minute full body pilates workout. It was Sunday, which is usually my rest day, and I definitely didn't feel like working out, but I enjoyed that this workout was mostly on the floor, so when it got tough I could crawl into the fetal position and cry. This Pilates exercise only used your own body weight, which seems easy unless you're like me and your thighs use the same weight as two baby elephants. next, the cockroach that had been sprayed with insect repellent or the roly-poly constipation solution because I was definitely feeling some movement in my intestines.
It was at that moment that I realized that Pilates was not for me. The Pilates instructor looked so elegant while he did everything. He moved me around while it looked like he was trying to break my water. I hadn't felt confusion like this since 11th grade algebra, but everything hurt, so I knew I must be doing something right. I went to the doctor and had some blood tests done because I've been having problems with my PCOS, if you guys didn't know I have PCOS, which is polycystic ovaries, PCOS, I found out I have very high insulin. .
The excessive increase in your insulin is basically what causes type 2 diabetes. I've probably been having more sugar. and cups I should, but not more than a lot of people and for a lot of people that wouldn't be a problem, but because I have PCOS it's a problem and it means I need to make some changes to my diet and I've been listening to this podcast, it's called PCOS nutritionist podcast and according to her, starting the morning with a high protein, low carb breakfast is really good, but I'm going to make an omelet anyway, does anyone else have to smell their eggs?
Before they are eaten, they smell good. I think you could fry this first and then add the egg, a little cooking oil, add some mushrooms, a little salt and pepper. Well my flipped omelette didn't really work but this is my finished omelette it has some chives in it and I just seasoned it with a little salt and pepper omelet review not sure how it would taste if I had it every morning for breakfast . I think I could do this for a few more days later and I'm a little hungry so I'm going to grab one of these chocolate cake protein bars from Elani Nutrition.
Aulani Nutrition sends me these and they are amazing, they have 16 grams of protein and they have Rice Krispies so good, oh I'm at the gym, it's 5:30. I haven't walked yet today, which I was planning to do before the gym, but it's okay, I just did it.I'll do it after the gym. This is where our water is. I'm basically starting my second bottle of the day, so I need to finish. that, but I'm sure I'll drink a lot of that while I'm in the gym and yeah, let's get this girdle. I'm ready, I'm excited for butt day, I didn't feel amazing today, but I still am.
I'm pretty happy with what I managed to do, my asthma was definitely really bad today and I think it's because the weather is

colder so I'm going home now and I need to go for a walk when I get home. I took my progress photo. I was feeling. super swollen from PCOS symptoms. I don't think you should take a photo of your progress every day because progress is not linear and some days you are bloated, your body changes every day and that is totally normal and you shouldn't feel bad, I put on a tracksuit and went for a walk with a hot

Carbohydrate breakfast option. Don't know. I feel like most of the breakfasts served contain bread. I'm trying to stop the bread from being right. This place didn't have a breakfast option without bread, but it did have a lot of kale, so I feel like it counteracts that. I don't know why I look so weird with these sunglasses and hatchimo like I always ate like it was my last meal. on Earth Light girl, calm down, no one will take it away from you, the staff probably thought I was having some kind of quarter-life crisis, but I washed it down with a nice latte and it was delicious, it's like 2:30 and I've been reading my book right before bed, but I'm going to read 10 pages of my book and go for a walk and finish them and finish them or leave them until 6 pm.

Maybe greetings, I really don't want to continue with this walk guys, I'm cold, I'm tired, I'm on my period I just want to go to sleep thanks I'm back from the supermarket I bought these high protein, low carb wraps from Simpsons Pantry and let's make a burrito of breakfast.
I'm going to start by frying my Linda McCartney Veggie Quarterly Burger. Pounder Burger I always say that living is one of my most toxic traits. I'm also sautéing some mushrooms and I'm going to break this burger up to fit in my wrap. I'm just going to add some cheeseburger, mushrooms, a little sauce and some arugula or arugula as you like to call it in America. I made it quite big. I'm not going to lie, oh no, oh god, there's a hole in my burrito, you know what's going to taste good and that's all that matters my burrito is hanging on for dear life right now, but let's try it ah, that's so Well, it's Saturday and of course I left my workout until 6 p.m. m. now I'm going to do Chloe Ting, we'll go back to Chloe guys, her 45 minute body fat burning workout.
I'm scared because this is a cardio exercise and I don't love cardio. Today I have this completely black moment. I'm just not feeling a high intensity workout today so I think I'll try to do some yoga, if it was like 30 minutes it would feel a lot more achievable but the fact that it's 45 minutes for some reason makes it seem a lot harder to Even though it's 15 more minutes of pregnancy yoga, third trimester, I honestly think I need it right now. Well, I found this 45-Minute Slow Flow Deep Stretch Yoga for Flexibility, so here we go. I'm going to try this and this will be my 45 minute indoor workout.
I feel like this is going to unleash my insides. Does this count as training? This doesn't feel right, oh my god this is not a Zen as I thought I would expect. I'm definitely feeling something liberated right now I'm light as a feather I move with the breeze I'm the Namaste of the Earth which was actually really nice and I have a silver right now I don't know if Andy Frizzella would have counted it as a 45 Workout minutes, but I think it was a pretty good workout. I mean, you don't want to do the most intense workout every day or you're just going to burn out.
It was really nice. I feel very relaxed. I think I'm a yoga fanatic okay, 45 minutes indoor workout done Hi guys, it's the 15th and it's currently 10pm. m. I didn't finish all my tasks today and I failed the challenge, the guys failed it on the 15th so we only made it 14 days and it feels so good to give up. I didn't want to continue with this challenge. There are so many things to do in a day and working out seven days a week is not for me. Well, guys, I'm offline. I think switching to a low carb diet has definitely helped my bloating, but most importantly I feel amazing inside and I still have my cute little soft belly, so there you have it. I think it's a very good way to start some healthy habits, for example reading 10 pages a day.
I thought it was very funny. I really enjoyed what it's about. A week later and I've still been drinking almost a gallon of water a day, so I think it's a healthy habit I'm adopting in my future. Something I found really annoying and really unnecessary was taking a progress photo every day, except for something that says it's not an appearance-based challenge. I don't know why you would want to take a progress photo every day. It doesn't seem right to me. Andy is just going to say that and I think that's healthy to have. at least one day of rest a week.
I think working out twice a day, every day, I don't like following a diet mentality. I think people can get very obsessed with diets and that could lead to an unhealthy relationship with food and no cheating. meals, that's not a life worth living, so I'm sorry if this wasn't as motivating as my usual workout videos. I'm sorry if you guys are disappointed that I couldn't complete the challenge, but I just wanted to be honest. It's just not for me guys, I'm not that girl, so there you have it guys, that was my experience attempting the hard challenge 75.
