Dan Lok Never Owned This $35,000,000 Mansion, Landlord Suing

it and said, oh yeah. it's this multi-million dollar property kevin o'leary goes and inflates it and builds a little video about dan bilzerian's cool lifestyle, how silly, except it turns out it's all rented and he finally gets kicked out of the

mansion

now. Something very similar happened with Dan Lok yesterday. We got a report in the Vancouver Sun that said a businessman was sued for allegedly not paying rent on a house in West Vancouver and who is that businessman who didn't pay rent supposedly damn lock.

Now I know it's probably Not Right of Me to feel that trigger and Freud feeling, but I still love this stuff. I love it when these guys faking a fake lifestyle get arrested, baby, and these things always work out in fun ways we could

never

have imagined. this unless basically dan lok has been sued by the owner now a little backstory dan lok and ryan sirhant who is do you know him he does all the billionaire listings uh they got together and collaborated on a video where ryan zerghan went and I toured the mansion of this guy and the title of this video I just want to read this to you because this is the part of the fake lifestyle 35 million dollar Canada mansion tour with Dan Lok and they're going over it and you see the 11 bedrooms, you see the 16,000 square feet, you see the game room, the aquarium, the bowling alley, all that kind of crazy stuff and you think, wow, how can this guy be fake if he has such a crazy mansion he lives in?

It must be legit oh yeah sometimes it's really good to be me guys I have to say it when this comes out when this hits the press oh it's really good to be the real shellfish you know what I mean I just want to say the reason You'll

find out that I rented this hat or my whistle, it's because I live within my means, guys, I'm not going to buy these crazy lifestyle things because ultimately you don't need that in your life, but these guys. They're appealing to poor people who want to be rich, so they have to live that rich lifestyle and part of that is buying the lambo, actually renting the lambo, of course, you end up finding out part of it is renting the Bentley. rent the 35 million dollar mansion, whatever and just inflate your own sense of worth and ego, but it all catches up with you, so with this I want to address two things number one, these guys who do the apartment tours for the multi-million dollar mansions. stop omitting that the person is renting if he is renting this is a facade it is a rental right this is ultimately a rental dan lok apparently can't afford to live here he himself says if you can't afford to live somewhere just rent it with your current You may not be able to buy any income and that's okay because it can take you years and decades to save enough money just for the down payment and even then it's always hard to make that monthly mortgage payment and then not buy. rent, but there's something else that affects me too, don't inflate the price of the house for your clickbait, just put how much it's actually worth because Ryan Sirhan, I mean, I guess maybe this is being too picky.

He gives a tour of Canada's 35 million dollar mansion. but in reality under the Vancouver sun it is listed with a value of only 13 million dollars. Now I know that may sound like a big difference, but it's actually worth half of what Ryan Sirhan says. It is also worth saying that he has 11 rooms.
