Mar 29, 2024

video

, I want to thank

ever

yone for their patience with the release of this particular

video

, a lot of additions, editing, little changes and things in this video that were happening, which is why we are forcing the delay. this video so I apologize but we're here now to the people who were getting upset this video took too long to come out or they were mad that I was posting other videos but not this one uh get mad I guess not. I don't know exactly what that level of entitlement is, it's way beyond any reasonable threshold that I can understand, so for you

guys

who were upset because this video didn't come out and we're making nasty comments, or what

ever

, you know. youtube or youtube channel or facebook groups or anything, do me a favor and turn this off completely because this is not for you.

This video is definitely for all the people who supported the channel, whether from the beginning. You know when. I was new to YouTube and didn't really do much in terms of how to do it, uh, when you know, get your first sponsors, uh, the spike shenanigans, um, all those people

have

supported you over time, whether whether you are new or

have

been

around for a long time. time this video is for you, um, it's not my last video, it's going to sound a little strange, but it's not my last video, this is like a precursor to the video that's coming out, this little clip that I'm going to post, I already I've done. posted once so some of you have already seen it, it's only 55 seconds so be patient and then we'll move on to the actual video and I hope you enjoy all my life.

More Interesting Facts About,

hardest video i have ever made and the one you guys have been waiting for...

I always felt like I was getting closer to my goals closer to success closer to happiness and from the outside looking in I think most people thought I had all of that I started a business and over time I was very successful the kind of success that no one really thought they would see even Me and I should have

been

happy, but I wasn't. You see, I was so caught up in trying to reach my goal that I forgot to enjoy the moment and that was my fault. So, after a few years, I have learned a lot.

Look, we all think we want to be successful, but in reality we just want to be happy, that's the first thing you learn when you are successful, they don't always go hand in hand in these last few years I have realized that happiness is not a place no It's a finish line, it's the journey. I've come a long way on this journey and I probably have an even longer way to go, but from now on I will enjoy it every step of the way, every day that we get up as early as our bodies allow and prepare for the day. .

The irony of getting ready in the morning is that few people are likely to see you on any given day when you work for yourself every day. I go to the same place, a 2200 square foot sloping wall. Shop in one of the worst towns in the county, surrounded by a sign, a granite company, and a warehouseman far enough off the main street to avoid the prostitutes working blocks away. I love this store when I moved there I knew it was one I stepped up but I didn't know what to expect if you had asked me in five years if I would be here I wouldn't have even gotten an answer but looking back I probably spent more than 1700 long days in this building, I couldn't. escape I've been escaping all along I finally had to look look at the mess I had

made

in all its shining glory and its tarnished failures look at it and then decide I was too comfortable and being comfortable is what kills artists, there is such a thing as creativity for validation and creativity for oneself are very different places.
I didn't know what I wanted to say when I sat here to write this. I wasn't sure how they would interpret my words, but I had to find out. how to get to a good place again so i was ghost people making videos for different reasons but as a coder in dust that's the fabric that connects me to most of you my videos always came from a good place no I was doing them because I had to, but because I arrived I was never afraid of the platform I was standing on. I created not from a place of not doing it, but from a place of it.
Now look at the mess and learn from it, not alone. the one I created but the one others created too I just wanted to be my authentic self in a space where others seem too afraid to be themselves. You see, the Internet was never meant to be programmed, manufactured, or commodified. The Internet was meant to be something we could rely on to disrupt the norm, start conversations, and change the way we think and feel. If you weren't afraid of what you created, you weren't done yet, but you reach a point where you are. put aside him and your brand and ask yourself what kind of impact do I want to have what kind of impact do I want to have on real people so this is me right now this is how I feel right now and even if I don't I want to share my whole life with you.
I appreciate that you are a part of this journey with me and that it is not over. I promise I talked before in that previous clip about accepting the chase and understanding the journey and how that's really what matters, but yeah. You find happiness in the means, so what happens when you get to the end? Growth is simply recognizing who you really are and who you really want to be and once you discover that, your purpose becomes clear. With that said, I'm here with the announcement I've been working on for the past few years. I'm staying away from powder coating for the public for months, although I'm indirectly going to code for the private sector.
I will be entering the world of coding consulting into dust. Here locally I was given the opportunity to do just that and although I was hesitant having never done consulting of any kind it turns out I'm pretty good at it, some people noticed and more offers were

made

if they listened to the Roscoe podcast I did where I was asked where I would be in five years I said there probably wouldn't be any unknown encodings which caught a lot of people off guard but I knew it was probably true. I had been planning to return to Seattle since January 2021 for March.
He had already put the original plans in motion. The plan was to go there, keep coding, keep making videos, and live my best life in a place I love. The offer to do consulting has put me in a place where I can not only travel and be a part of the industry I love, but golf while doing it golf lug coming soon I will do this for at least a year and see if I like it. I plan to continue posting content for all of you. I have 26 videos ready to go. I will be. Posting at least once a week if not more, I'll continue to do live Q&As and whatnot and I'll continue to answer questions for all of you as best I can.
The videos may not be on projects as interesting as some I've done on this channel in the past, but based on what I know about this work, I'll have plenty of variety and should be able to continue to offer more and more relevant information to you all. You

guys

Also, another perk of this job is I'll be traveling around the US quite a bit and I'd love to meet some of you. If it works, come and offer the best advice you can to as many of you as possible. I know many of you have reached out to me in the past and asked me. if I could do just that and this is a great opportunity to help you know that it's funny.
I used to wonder if you could recognize the glory days when you're in them or if we just chase them until they pass, but there is something to these walks. of dawn have taught me that the days of glory are here, right now, in this moment. I hope you all are willing to continue on this journey with me. We reached over 7,500 subscribers on the channel and 10,000 are just on the horizon. If you still enjoy content like this, be sure to like this video. You know, make sure you subscribe. This is your first video on my channel.
Please go watch the other videos. They're usually not this bleak or uncomfortable, but I'm happy to see where this is going. Oh, and if you're one of the people complaining about this video being late, let my dick breathe for you.
