made, the iPhone 14 pro is something impressive with many great features returning from its predecessors, obviously, but some amazing new additions that make

this

phone really stand out in today's market. The most immediately recognizable feature is the new Dynamic Island, the replacement for the Notch, and although I made fun of it in the intro, it's a cool feature that no one knew about. We were really hoping that we would know well in advance that the 14 series would eliminate the notch at least on the high-end models, but we were really just expecting the change in the actual form factor, as well as the notch that the new pickup cutouts would have and drill.

There were only static holes in the screen, but what we got was the opposite of static. The new setup has two cutouts, the aforementioned pickup and the hole punch, the former housing the Face ID sensors, the dot matrix scanners that make Face ID work, and the hole punch houses the new width.
