It's clear I'm not working to give an example of that, I was doing Facebook ads and I thought okay, somehow I'm going to make it work, but for some reason I just couldn't do it, but because of my nature, I was so focused. and so disciplined, I tried it for years and spent a lot of money on it and just didn't find that it worked well until I realized maybe it was time to move on to something else and that's exactly what I did on the other one.

I used to go to bed at like 3 or 4am. and I would wake up at 3 p.m. or like 1 pm well and that was no help at all for me so consistently sleep 8 hours that is very very crucial. If you sleep too much, you won't have enough time in the day to do what you did. you need it so there's always a balance you have to find your personal balance and usually I've found that seven to nine hours is optimal for people so I would say you know, give yourself at least eight hours of I sleep before bed and outside of that. maybe you sleep seven hours.

I don't always go to bed at 10, sometimes it's 10 45 Someone is sometimes even 9 50 true, but I usually like to go to bed at a consistent sleep time of 10 p.m. m., that's part number one b is the diet.

This was happening I thought it was this weird thing that happened every time you ate and I started to accept that okay this is just what happens after eating but that's it it's so crazy that you actually fall into that trap. because you keep experiencing it for so long and you start succumbing to lower quality of life until I found out the secret steps of eating and the secret diet and which diet works correctly for you so I would recommend a test which is called vyam and I did it and I found out what was good for me and what was bad for me, so I found out that tomatoes and coffee and some other things like cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and all that were bad for me, so I eliminated it. my diet and I felt like I started to feel a lot better right away, like sour cream, anything with histamine, you know, that was bad for me and also, eating to the point where I'm too full is usually bad for you, so you know, I would always recommend it.
Eat, you know, until you're three quarters old again. I probably

Millionaire, you know this is what will get you there, just having consistency in these areas of your life, so in terms of diet, I would say find something that works for you for at least two meals and stick to it consistently, so like three meals a day, no. snack between them and two of them are consistent, two consistent meals now, why I say two consistent meals and not three is because you need some variety or else you will feel stifled and then act out.
You know sometimes you need to eat some junk food, sometimes you need to eat that cake, but it's in moderation, don't do it too much because if you do it too much, then you'll get in trouble and then again, you know, you start to feel that. way all the time, so if you're going to eat something you know, eat it during a time when you don't have to put in the best effort, usually I will, I'll have the two consistent meals during my work. hours of breakfast and lunch so that I perform the best I eat if you want to know what I eat just let me know in the comments there I will answer you but I don't want to go into too much detail about that you only have two consistent meals every day for five days a week and on the weekends you can eat what you know, make sure it doesn't set you up for failure the next week, so that's the diet, it's something important that I had to keep constant and that would allow me to earn a lot of money point number three low lifestyle point c low lifestyle good exercise routine or constant exercise this is crucial because without exercise none of these things fit as if you don't exercise you won't be able to sleep well.

And if you don't exercise, you're not going to want to eat properly you're going to want to eat I don't know you don't want to eat too much or you won't eat too much I don't know I just discovered that I'm out of balance when I don't exercise consistently what I would recommend is at least three days a strength training week why strength training has many benefits for metabolism.
I found that when I do cardio I don't feel as good. Well, I want to eat more when I do cardio, but when I do strength training, my metabolism speeds up all the time. When I do cardio, your muscles don't go into repair mode, or at least not as much, I've found. I really don't know, I can't explain it, I'm not an expert on this, I just don't feel as good doing cardio as I do strength training, I can tell all the fitness freaks and scientists who are doing it. I get criticized for making statements, but this is what I feel good about doing well, so three days a week of strength training, uh, going to the gym around the morning, around eight-nine in the morning, and At least do a 30-minute strength workout.
That's what I've been doing for the last seven months and I've been feeling fantastic. I feel great. I don't remember where I learned this from, I think it was a book called Superhuman or Becoming Superhuman by Dave Asprey, that's what it was and he mentions how when UVB rays hit your skin, it stimulates the production of vitamin D in the sulfate form. which can't be found in pills so using a tanning bed helped me and again I don't recommend you do this, this is just what I did.
You can try it, it might be useful for you, especially if you live. somewhere where there is winter, there are hard winters, long winters, but now I live in Florida and I get a lot of sunlight all year round, so I'm pretty happy and you know I like where I live, so the environment is the sunlight and also the social environment, which is Basically, who you surround yourself with, I had to get rid of a lot of toxic people in my life and doing so has been very beneficial because when I surround myself with toxic people, people who are not aligned with the goal that I want to achieve.
Then I start thinking like them and I start behaving like them, for example, my friends who didn't aspire too much in life, they just settled for jobs and did as little as possible at their jobs to be able to do it. I wait until the weekend to drink and have fun and I was like, "Well, I don't want to live my life like that. I want my life to be exciting on Mondays." I want to wake up excited on a Monday, which is exactly what has happened now. I wake up excited to work on my business every day andI'm a little sad when the weekend comes.

I'm focusing on focusing on myself. I am focusing on letting go every hour. I will remind myself to let go. I'm focusing on fewer distractions and more on not giving in to every distraction, so these are them. they are all valid, so these are things that you are focusing on to help you become a better person and be better, and three priorities, so these priorities are governed by your goals. For example, if you have a goal to grow your business, you know you have it. do certain tasks this month this quarter and later you know how many days there are in the month, so, today, what are your three priorities?
What three things do you want to accomplish today that will help you move one step further? Oh, I want to work on the funnel I was building oh, I want to work on my ads oh, I want to reach more people and start more conversations. I want to start 10 conversations today, write them down and after you write them down, prioritize them, transfer them to your Google or Apple calendar and that way you will never stop doing everything you have to do every hour or every block of tasks is look well, do you? I've already planned my day and again, this is a rough guide. It's strange, I haven't heard many people take this quarterly vacation, so every quarter in my business I plan a week, a stretch of a whole week where I take a vacation, just completely log off for seven full days and not I don't think any business owner really does this and I'm sure you can grow without it, but what I love about it is that it allows you to take a step back because when you're too close to something you can. You can't take a bigger picture of things, but when I step back and get back to work, the old problems that were still lingering suddenly resolve themselves without me having to do anything and I simply find solutions. literally out of nowhere things just take care of themselves so every quarter I take a seven day vacation and by the way what this challenges you to do is structure your business in such a way that it's not so dependent on you, so you start to optimize so that your business can run without you and again, that's the goal, that's the goal that everyone strives for if your business can run without you then it will, then you know you can work to grow. . your business instead of your business you can work on your business instead of your business, so every quarter this is what I like to do and this made me think well, how do I want what kind of strategic hires do I need? make sure the business runs without me and generates income in the beginning, when I started taking these vacations, I had to shut everything down, tell my clients, hey, I'm going to take a vacation and then just leave and you know no money would come. because I was doing all the sales calls myself, but then I started hiring people and I thought, "wow, this is great, now I can take a vacation and we're still making money." The money keeps coming in while I'm on vacation and stuff.
