More Interesting Facts About,

new dollar tree diy geometric wreath diy...

Bye for now, so I thought I'd add this little DIY in this video. It's a glass bottle that I bought at IKEA, however you can also find them at Dollar Tree and I've used some of their white twine from Dollar Tree. I'm just wrapping it around the neck of the bottle at the top. You can do it at the bottom if you want. You can go up a quarter to a half, whatever style you're going for. I just thought of this little white accent. the neck of the bottle matched perfectly with the floral and

wreath

I had created because it's a

geometric

shape and I thought the glass would give it a spring touch, so I just secured it with hot glue and that's it, that's it. how it looks now together with the crown for the GRI main crown.

I used 8 of the

geometric

decorative pieces found at Dollar Tree. They have them in gold and silver. You can spray paint them black if you want or even white. I think it would look really nice and I'm going to use 8 to make this. I guess it's a geometric shape. What you want to do is find each triangle that lines up with each other and then also have some nice straight edges on the inside of the geometric wreath, so I'm grabbing some masking tape here just to share with you that if you can't finish the whole thing this in one go, secure it so you don't have to play with them because it takes some time to find the right one. the spacing and definition of the triangles.

I have this little pattern inside and then you also have little patterns inside. You'll see once you start putting them together, it just flows really well, but if you can't do it. all in one go just tape it down so you know if someone touches it at least it won't move on you so here are the three points that you're going to secure together you're going to take that inner triangle and I'm going to apply it and you can see that at the base there is also another triangle, so it's flat on a triangle and then all the triangles are going to connect on their sides here, so you're going to take some hot glue.
Using a combination of e6000 at first and hot glue just to help me solidify them in place, the e6000 will allow you to take the wreath everywhere, hang it on your door, place it against a wall, hang it on a mantel, wherever you place it. I don't want it to fall apart, so here I am, I'm applying the e6000 to the three corners of one triangle and then to the three corners of the other triangle. I just want to make sure there's enough goo in here for it to stick and not stick. going anywhere at the end of this project the last thing you want to do is have your wreath fall apart and this e 6000 on the metal works perfect and then I'm applying a little bit of hot glue just to seal put it in place so the e6000 can join in and do their job, so I'm going to work my way.
I read that doing this on each triangle on each side takes a bit of time and patience, probably looking at around 15 minutes to glue. I'm not going to film everything because it was awkward with the angles. I kept cutting the camera, so here I am again. 6000 some hot glue, put them together and hold them there for a while. until you feel the hot glue come together and then you can move on to the next section of the wreath, so once it's dry you'll see that it has the three points connected very well and that's how it goes around the entire wreath. there are the top three points and the two sides and that's what you want to do now.
You can enlarge the crown. If you have 12 of these, you can make the wreath very large. Then I grabbed some of these flowers from the Dollar Tree and I just inserted it into the side of the wreath, you can arrange it however you want with whatever colors you want and I even grabbed a little succulent and placed it there too so the succulent is like the bow on the center of the little flower arrangement that I put together and if you're looking to make that little mini, yeah, why is the little mini ladder on the back made of wood?
I have that in the channel too, I'll link the card. above and a description below I want to show you here that once the e6000 has been attached, this wreath isn't going anywhere, it's completely assembled very well, so for the little accent here I thought it would be nice to share it with you. I bought this candle. at Dollar Tree I love the bottle it has nice writing on it and it's super cute so what I'm doing is taking out all the leftovers that I couldn't burn anymore and I had a nice throw Akshay was very happy with this candle and just the I'm going to remove.
It comes out really easy just with a butter knife, take everything out and then give it a good wash and make sure it's completely dry, I guess that's it. It doesn't have to be completely dry, but now I'm going to take a bottle, a spray bottle from the Dollar Tree and a cup of vinegar and a cup of water and I'm going to pour it into this spray bottle because I'm going to To give the mercury effect to the glass, this little glass jar, so the first step is to spray the glass jar. You can use any jar for this effect and don't dry it out and then just grab your favorite spray paint.
I'm taking a shiny metallic silver here. to create that mercury glass effect and then I just take a little cotton towel and wipe away any of those little bubbles, the vinegar bubbles that were here, I'm just going to pat them off, dry them off and then I'm going to reapply it, like this which I'll do another spray of vinegar and then another spray of metallic silver and then I'll dry it again and I'll also spray paint the little top lid just so everything's the same color. Would I find it funny if it had a silver one? red or gold lid with an affected silver mercury glass and that's how it turns out, right?
You have all the little spots and the little distressing effect. I love how this turned out and then with some succulent in It goes perfectly with the decor. Yes. I hope you enjoyed what I have created here and shared with you today. I look forward to seeing what you're doing and if there's one of your favorites in this tutorial, let me know. Know below in the comments. I appreciate you very much, thank you very much for joining me today and until next time, everyone have a wonderful day, goodbye for now.
