BLACKPOOL BREAKING NEWS! Major Incident developing at the North Pier!!

So today we're going to have a little Black Man Watching one more time, just see if anything has changed, if we've missed anything in the previous videos and what's going on, so it's a little windy today, not that bad , there's no rain, which is great, so yeah. Let's go straight to the video and see what's going on, so we're close to the North Pier now that we took out the police, so I think something happened, so I have to walk a little bit and see what's going on.

So we're at the North Pier and, you see the amount of police cars, what showed up, so I'm not really sure at this point what's happened, so I hope we establish some facts, but yeah, it's always So. there's always something in uh always something in Blackpool there's quite a few so it looks like it's possibly something maybe someone's overdoing it or something like that uh it's everyone, everyone's looking at the city, you see the place and there There are worries on the faces, like that that we'll walk down a little bit to see what's been going on so you can see the amount of police presence and what the story is that I gathered.

Now there's a guy there and he's apparently running around town with something in his pocket, so they surrounded him. I'm not quite sure what his next move will be, yes you can see the amount of police presence at the moment so it could turn into a bit of an unpleasant situation so I think at this point he's probably intoxicated with alcohol and drugs and it's getting a little bit hyper at the moment, you can see a lot of people now coming down and just having a look at what's going on so this is this is. right near North Pier, um, they shout their demands and have a bit of fun, so right now I imagine they're waiting for someone to possibly come and talk to him, convince him, so come on, we've got the police.

There must probably be over 15 police fans in the area so you can see he's on the wall now yeah, just a little bit for YouTube, yeah, Jeter gets you in. I know he's just visiting. Are you only visiting what you believe? from Black Pool so far abely oh I know it's changing it over the years great ok thanks it was lovely to meet a couple of nice people and as they could together they said Blackpool has sadly gone downhill . a little bit but I mean there's a lot going on in Blackpool so fingers crossed for the return and enjoy it a little bit later of course of course thank you so I've been talking to myself a little bit.

And so, yeah, I think they're just letting him thwart his anger, before possibly trying to encourage him to come down, so you see there's a cop right behind the Gip. He now he's gone on the wall, he's there, so I know. It's uh, it's dragging on, but um, but yeah, keep going with this because it could go one of two ways, so you see, the whole area is being cordoned off and the police are inside, uh, still talking. You see, the cord is gone. Right down there, he looks, I think he's still delirious, so I don't think they'll take any chances because there's a little drop.

The tide is low, so if the tide was high it wouldn't be so bad. Because he had the means of life and the life equipment to catch him, so you see, he has taken off his clothes and you see that he possibly has a cast on his leg, so he must be perhaps a possibly vulnerable person. I'm not too sure, so I won't film it right now. I'll just keep it out of the picture. You see the police presence is still here and the time is uh 25 one, so I imagine this. I could go on for quite a while um I'll just show up so he's still uh he still has his uh his spiel and the expression of his concerns.

The police have now pushed the cordant back into the Metropole on that second green. shelter there, so this is the uh, probably the closer they get, uh, you see, uh, there's more and more police presence coming and uh, there doesn't seem to be any kind of reasoning or conversation with the gentleman in question, so We completely cleared the area, so we just got the ambulance now, right in front of the

north

dock and the amount of room, just for one person, is unbelievable, I mean, if it's a waste of services, that comes down to your opinion, but there has to be some kind of 15 police cars for one person, so again now we just take a different angle and we can see that there is a door that leads to the bar and lounge near the

north

Here and now it appears where he is , uh, where is it.

I'm just going to make sure that if this police car comes back, it's going to sink, so yeah, it's just going to sink, so I'm going to get out of the way for a second, but there's a door and there's where they can get to. him, but I don't think they'll take the risk. It's right on the edge so we've been here for about an hour and now there hasn't been any change so I think let's go. what to do, we're probably going to end the video there because it's going to go on for quite a while, so I'm going to put this up just so everyone knows what's going on.

I imagine you've heard about these various forms of media um so they said what it was um as far as we can tell he's a bit of a runner um the police didn't catch him in time apparently um he threw something out of his coat pocket, I'm not quite sure what that was, but the gentleman in question looks like he's possibly intoxicated on drugs, he's certainly been Raven for the last hour and a half and let's have a quick check at this time it's 2:00 p.m. and he's still going on so I think the police are just hanging out and seeing how this plays out so yeah we'll end the video there if there's any update I'll post it.
